We are looking into having the option to create a “Near Miss Incident Report” directly from the work order, was thinking about using Case Toll for this, but I cannot see the option from the work order to Right Mouse and create Task/Case? Isn’t there an option to link those so all data will automatic copy over to the Call Center?
