Trying to update NCR with either Custom Event or Background Job  and receive ORA-020115:  NonConformanceReport. The "Non Conformance Report" has already been removed by another user. Any ideas on how to resolve this issue.

Is it possible to default the Delivery Terms field on the Customer Order to blank and set it as Mandatory Field so that the user has to select the Delivery Terms rather than it come from the Customer.

Hi, Set up event action on PDF_REPORT_CREATED to send mail for report Shipment delivery note.I thought the optin to send by email would become available on RMB from the shipment but this is not the case.On the shipment I have the receiver reference set to customer contact with mail address defined.This event works for other reports like purchase order and order confirmation.Should it work also for shipment delivery note? Regards,Anna

We upgraded from IFS App75 to App10 (UPD9) recently.  Earlier when we printed the Shipment Proforma Invoice it used to print the Unit value. Now it doesn’’t. Then found out that the this Unit Price is actually fetched from the Customs Value field on the CO line / Shipment line. Isn’t this a change of behavior from App75?  Is there a way how the Customs Value is fetched into the CO line? Why can’t it directly be fetched from ‘Price/Curr’ field like before? Manually entering a value in the new field ‘Customs Value’ is something the users are already complaining about. Or have I missed a step here?

Hello, this question is about automating who receives commissions using IFS 8. We have multiple rep’s that can receive a commission depending upon which of our product lines (Brands) we sell. From what we know, you can have multiple “Commission Receiver” assigned to a customer, but how do you automate who should get the commission (only one should get it)? Up to this point we have handled this by having multiple customers and a bit of a manual process for our customer service team as they enter the orders. Feels like there has to be a better way..

Hi ALL,We are looking to see if anyone knows how to get the ‘Main Customer Name’ field to populate in Business Mail?We were told it would work in UPD8, then UPD10, and still nothing is happening.We thought it would take the customer contact from the Business Mail, and grab the customer# from that association and then fill in the field. That does not seem to be the case. There are also other fields that seem linked to this as well:Main Customer ID Customer Address Main Cust Contact ID Main Cust Contact Name   Thank you in Advance for your help :)

Apps10 - When does a search I saved go to “Saved Searches” under the My Administration section of IFS and when does it stay only on the page I created it on?I have many saved searches, 20 plus, and I only see 7 under my saved searches.

Hello there,we conduct contracts with continuous shipments lasting more than a month period. We issue invoices for our customers covering multiple shipments of goods (within one customer order). This is perfectly fine for us as long as the month doesn’t change. At the break of the month we would like IFS to stop cummulating shipments into one invoice (so the shipments from month x would belong to invoice x, and shipments from month y would belong to a new invoice). Now if we don’t manage to prepare an invoice at the very break of the month, we get a mix of shipments from 2 months on one invoice.Does anyone have an idea how to solve this? 

Is there a way to display quick reports in the B2B portals of customers in Aurena?

Hi,When we loose a BO and choose a “lost-reason”, we also have to choose a “Lost-To” reason on the BO. We cannot close the BO, without choosing a Lost To reason. We are not interested in gathering that information - does anybody know, if it is possible to simply remove that field or have it fillled in pr. default with a * star icon, as I have illustrated in the example below:   

We have a requirement to capture cost spent for a chassis. for example when you sell a vehicle.you could have vehicle registration cost, PDI, free service, Local Options etc. We need to provide a standard value at the time of customer order creation and spend the same through Manual supplier invoice/Customer Check, Through a PO, and through service module.For Example we can provide a value for vehicle registration and once the registration fee is paid that should be able to enter against that particular chassis/serial.All these parts are serial parts and you do have a serial/chassis number for each. Kindly help me to provide the solution

Hi, It seems that the standard functionality for converting/merging a business lead to a customer results in IFS deleting the lead. Is there some way to stop IFS from deleting the buniness lead? Or another menu where we can still see the lead? Because we want to keep track of how many leads we bring in, and analyze on for example the source. I hope someone can help me on this. Kind regards,Simon 

HelloIFS Apps9 ASN message doesn’t pull enough information out of the handling unit packing structure on a shipment for our customer’s needs.Does anyone use a third party to send ASN messages out of IFS Apps9?We currently have a work round with our VAN supplier but with ever changing demands this is getting more and more manual plus we have to raise multiple shipment for one actual delivery, which means multiple invoices too so we’d like to change this.Thanks Sarah

We are in the final stages of Aurena Apps 10 implementation and I work in CRM and Call Center and I want to make sure we have all understood the sales roles correctly.  If I create a quote or an order, I think:  the coordinator creates the quote/order, but is not responsible for it  the representative is responsible for the quote/order the main representative is the representative’s senior and can override their work the salesperson can be internal (colleague) or external (e.g. reseller)Is this right? TIAKezzia

When I print the Consolidated Picklist from the Shipment for one customer only, this issue occurs on the printout on the place usually the delivery Address is displayed.   However when I check the Customer record, ‘Delivery’ has been ticked for one address ID only. How come I get this error?

Good day. Is it possible to see who created the Customer Statement of Account,   Cannot see who created in Report Document Archive and it doesn’t appear in Print Manager. Any ideas? Thank you.
