we are looking into upgrading from IFS Applications 10 to IFS Cloud, however, I cannot find any information if the IFS Retail extension component (RETWHO) is available for IFS Cloud.
Is there anything available already now or is it part of the Cloud roadmap?

I would suggest you contact your local IFS consulting contact on how you can handle this in your upgrade to IFS Cloud.
There are no longer any extensions developed by the Consulting organisation on IFS Cloud, however this solution can be made available as an individual CRIM and I believe that there is already some work on-going related to this for the Retail functionality.

I would just like to clarify so that there is no misunderstandings, there will be not be an official “Extension” built by IFS Consulting, this is not something that is done/allowed anymore internally in IFS Consulting. What we can offer is a CRIM per each customer that covers the same type of functionality. It will not be supported as a central extension but instead handled as a CRIM per each customer.
