The user wants to be able to search for Main Representative Id on the Sales Quotation Lines just like you can on the Sales Quotation:

How can I achieve this

Not easily.  It’s a read-only custom field, correct - reading from the quote header?

In that case it won’t enable the LOV - unless there’s some trick I’m not aware of.
