Hi , we use Apps 10 and just done upd 14.IFS is allowing to add  no part lines in purchase order change order without asking for purchase groupand we can save and update purchase order without any purchase group.I remember, it should give error when we update purchase order saying line added without any purchase group . any inputs on this. Thanks you.  

Hello,I hope someone can help me 😊.This is the scenario :When a CO is for the customer XXX, I would like to create a “Purchase Order Direct” , and when it’s a YYY or ZZZ customer i would like to create an “Invent Order” . ( It’s the same sales part )Can we drive the Sourcing rules automatically du to the customer ?These are the setting I made :Create a sourcing rule : With highest rank as Sourcing Objective.Create a sourcing rules per Customer and Sales Part   And this is the error when I create a line on CO :

I’m creating this post on behalf of a customer which has the following query. Is there a way to set up a Delivery Route for every two weeks for Customer Orders? If we have a Customer that has a Wednesday 4/13 delivery for tomorrow then skips next week with the next delivery on 4/27.  I have tried the Number of Days Before Route Day but that would not allow my 4/13 date.Would we have to set up a Calendar specific for these Customers?

Hi , We have 100 migrated purchase orders  in planned state,we have Released in mass by switching off authorization as this has been approved in old system.after Release , we have activated authorization so that new PO should have authorization. Now system is asking for authorization during the receipt  of migrated PO,any way to fix this ..?Thanks in advance.

If I’m creating a Lead, I see a field called Stage. How do I set up the basic data so I can use it?So far I’ve found the screens for CRM Process Template, CRM Process, and Default CRM Process, but I can’t figure out how they work together. I want to set up a simple set of stages that apply to every new lead.

 Hi Team, In Customer Order, there’s a Project Reference.   Here, I have entered a Rental Order line.  There is no Project quantity shown in reservation and I’m unable to move company rental assets to Project inventory as well.  Please let me know how I can reserve the rental for Project in Customer Order.

Hi , I have one customer order which have one non-inventory sales part.this is intercompany order and want to deliver this without shipment.Due to data error , shipment id not generated automatically when order is released and when we create new shipment manually, we are not able to connect ( system not showing this in available order line to connect and we have done all matching but still it not showing in available lines)  How to deliver non-sales part which out shipment process..?quick order flow handling also not working for non- inventory sales part

Hello,  Does anyone know what the below error means? We got it when trying to manual issue stock in IFS.   ORA-20110: ShopMaterialAlloc.NORESERVEMATERIAL2: Insufficient reservations for the component part 7000069 on the order 50265. The reserve/issue method for the component is Manual and it has to be manually reserved or issued before reporting the connected operation 1000.

Has anyone ever experienced this customer order failure in background jobs:The Customer Order redeploys a Serial tracked Part from Inventory to a Customer. Hi,Since the update from APPS10 UPD8 to APPS10 UPD13 customer order lines of released customer orders are reserved and picking lists are created and printed, although the checkbox "Release for Mtrl Planning" is unchecked.In APPS10 UPD8 these customer order lines were ignored, when pick lists are created.Does anybody know, how to restore the original behavior? Thanks and best regards,Madeleine

HiCreating parts with assortments seem to create a new node to the assortment for each part. Does anybody know what is the point in that? Just makes the whole assortment structure confusing. Matti

Below is a business scenario of a customer. “Until recently, only their distribution has been using the counts screen, and so there's a limit set on the site level which meets distributions requirements. They don't want the limit to be increased.Recently they added the engineers stocks. The issue they are having is a lot of Engineering parts are more than the site limit. So the majority engineering counts are being rejected automatically.Only team leaders and managers have access to go in and manually authorize the counts.They look to find out is if there's any other screens where they can use for authorization and where they can have a higher limit set for the engineer specifically, so that doesn't affect the distribution side.”

I’m trying to convert a Purchase Requisition to a PO in 21R2.  This is something I’ve done many times.  Now, when I try to convert, I’m getting a message that the Tax Code is required.  I’ve tried setting things a bunch of ways and still cannot avoid this message.  The Tax Code field on the PR is also NOT editable so I can’t add it specifically for this item.We’ve recently installed an update but I can’t tell you which one.Does anyone have any ideas for me?Thank youPatrick

Our customer is on Apps10.They seem to have lost many of their customer orders and lines and claim that they never ran the cleanup of customer orders. Is there any known core bug which could accidentally or intentionally delete or remove customer order lines and / or customer orders?The shipment lines still exist and seem to show links to the former customer orders.

Anyone know where I can get some branding standards in IFS? Something that shows logo sizes, color matches, etc? The technical docs only show that you can upload a logo but don’t tell you what size to use, etc. 

Once a PO has been released and the authorization fetched, a change (add tax) can be made to the PO, increasing the value which is not retriggering the fetching of authorization. Leaving a situation where the only approver cannot approve to PO amount. How can I rectify this? 

Is their a secure a way of opening IFS application to the public network ? We are looking for a solution with multifactor authentication and only exposing selected functions.

Some of our users are getting a strange error when trying to RMB / Deliver on a Shipment.Has anyone seen this before or can provide any insight?  Looks like some kind of config tied to the employee (i.e. this works fine for some users but not others) and we’ve ruled out Permission Set security.ORA-20110: Voucher Type() is not related to function group (B) Apps10, SP9, using IEE. Thanks,Nick
