Customer Country not listed in CRM

Customer’s country is missing from Business Opportunity. The customer is active, created some years ago, Customer Orders have been created for them etc.. so everything should be fine, but the country information - NORTHERN IRELAND - is missing from BO and it doesn’t even appear on the list. 

There are also a couple more countries we have activated recently, which do not appear on the country listing in CRM. No problems with customer order creation or otherwise, just in CRM.

Hi,

Can you please check the ISO Country Codes window and verify if Northern Ireland is added? By default we have the United Kingdom option which includes Northern Ireland as well.

Yes, we do have Northern Ireland added in ISO Country - listing; as well as the other 2 “missing countries”. We have created Customer Orders and invoices for the customers in ‘missing countries’ as well - the countries are missing only from CRM.

Hi Maisa,

The field you’re referring to is not in the core application, can you please check if that’s a custom field with an enumeration?
