please help me to join below views?what is the field that can we use for join? &AO.inventory_part_in_stock&AO.INVENTORY_PART_PLANNINGRequirement is need to get  safety stock with on handy quantity.

We have two parts in Internal Order Transit -- 70-00001 and 70-00002. When we go to do a Direct Delivery from Internal Order Transit, the parts are not displayed to be received. See screen captures below. Any suggestions as to why the parts aren’t showing in the Direct Delivery dialog box?

Hi Community- We have a customer that is looking for assistance with questions around Ebuyer.  Does anyone have project experience with Ebuyer?   This is for Apps10. Here is what the customer is asking for: We have installed Ebuyer and configured it to how documentation has stated.   However we are having an issue with the IFS punchout in how IFS receives information from the Vendor’s web site. Can you provide any information on how information is transmitted back to IFS or is there a way to set up a meeting with a support personnel to ensure we have it setup as needed.   We did discover some  transformers rules that had to be imported manually but was not found in any documentation so not sure if there are some other steps that are missing.

How do you set up an Inventory Part that can have more than one supplier option?  For example - - I have a coil - Part number ABC.  This same coil is made by manufacturer Apple, Beta, and Charlie.  They have their unique supplier part number - - but I am using the same distributor for purchasing them.  How do I set the Inventory/Supplier for Purchase part record so I can choose which manufacturer to order - as their inventory is available?

After an upgrade we have a problem when trying to add a purchase order. We get the following message:Database error occurred. Hi allWe are importing our currency rates from an external source. The external source is using a conversion factor of 10,000 for 1 currency however for that same currency the conversion factor in IFS is 1. The external source can’t change the conversion factor from their end. Any suggestions as to how we resolve this issue?ThanksGT

Hi, Is it possible to create a tax only invoice? We have a customer that was miss-charged in the legacy system and have requested a further invoice for the VAT, I have tried running a few tests in the Instant Invoice and Manual Customer Invoice screens but I can’t seem to find a way of only charging the VAT that will show it on the Tax line of the invoice. Thanks, Georgina 

Hi! All,I use IFS 8. Part 288900 ‘s Planning Method was set as B. Then system create PR for it. User change its Planning Method to A on 2022-08-28. Then an INV and Planned PR proposal  which was created on 2022-08-28 live in PR proposal pool always. Users always find it if search PR by Requisitioner INV and Status Planned. It congused user. Is it possible to cancel or delete this PR?Thansk your help in advance!    

The GST tax rate not reflecting on Purchase order line When using Supplier Agreement, even after connecting HSN with supplier for purchase part.This HSN group has Tax structure at HSN/SAC group code.

In IFSAPP10, I am trying to determine what actions on a Purchase Order (header, Part Order Lines, other tabs) will initiate a Revision increase on the Purchase Order Header.  As seen on the printed PO and also Misc Order Info> Revision No.I have a user who expects to see the PO Rev up when a Part Line revision is modified. Similarly, they expect a PO Rev up when a Charges line is added. Those appear to be significant enough changes that we expected the PO Revision to change, but we do not.Conversely, we do see a PO Revision change for something that seems more minor, such as modifying Misc Order Info> Ship-Via Code. Can anyone explain or point me to documentation about the rules or logic? Thank you.Tim

Please can someone provide a working example – List of Api calls to cancel a single line in the Part Order Lines on the Purchase Order and on the Purchase Order Change Order. These cannot be located in the documentation. This is required as soon as possible as it is holding up a time sensitive project.

The Self Service Procurement portal does not include purchase group when Free text ( no part purchase) purchase is used.  The purchase group is essential to catalogize and make correct pre accounting, why have this field not been included into the portal? 

Hello,Do you know a way to update easily the prices of many supplier for purchase part for one site and for one supplier instead of going through each supplier for purchase part?I know we can do that by data migration but the access of data migration will be restricted to the IT service. In order to be autonomous for this action, buyers would like to update prices of many supplier for purchase part without data migration.I was thinking of the screen below but the modification of each line is not possible, I need to go to the details and that open one and only one supplier for purchase part. Thanks in advanceLaura

HiIs there a template format in IFS that can be used to upload lines to a non part purchase requisition, if the system doesn’t have a price list in there, rather than having to manually type in multiple lines each time. Thank you 

Hi,I am setting up an event that triggers when a new purchase order is created - it is looking at one parameter on the supplier side and returns an information message depending on said parameter.It works fine when creating a purchase order from scratch. However, event does not trigger when creating a purchase order via the ‘Copy Order...’ RMB option. When looking at what’s happening (in the debug console), I see that the method Purchase_Order_API.Copy_ is used. Is there a way to make the event works after the copy order action is executed?This is what is set up, for reference:Event:Event action: 

Hi!We use IFS8. Normal there is Total Tax Amout in PO subtotal area when print PO. It looks like as follow picture. Recent we create a new site. But there is no Total Tax Amout in PO subtotal area when print all PO in this new site. It looks like this. What setting I missed for new site? Thanks in advance!

Hello All,Is there a way to restrict what Purchase groups can be used for NOT PART lines vs PART lines?    For PART order lines, we only want to allow a few groups as well as the NO PART order lines.  Is there a way to accomplish this with base configuration in IFS?We are on Apps10.
