Hello,As I understand, if I assign certain users to a certain warehouses in the form "Users Connected to Warehouses" for this user in the form “Inventory Parts in Stock” should only be visible inventory parts in stock related to those warehouses.But I still see all warehouses in “Inventory Parts in Stock”, even if assigned only some of them:What should I do to restrict visibility of certain warehouses information in the form “Inventory Parts in Stock”?Thank you beforehand:)

Hi, We are currently working on upgrading our IFS 10 version to IFS Cloud 24R1 version.It was noticed that Resource tab is not available under the Prepare Work Order> Tasks Tab  Resources can be planned under PM Actions’ Tasks.We would like to know whether this is the standard behaviour in IFS Cloud or are we missing the other tabs in Prepare Work Order page due to any set up issue. Thanks,Thilochana

Hello,Do I understand right, that document file for e-signing in IFS Cloud could be sent for signing only in the context of some IFS business object?There:​​​​​​But the file cannot be sent for e-signing straight from Document Revision record.Or I am not right and it also can be sent from Document Revision Record too? Thank you beforehand for the answer:)

Hello all,My customer uses GL and a depreciation voucher only affecting GL; The IL has been implemented at the same time as the GL but never used. They want to start using IL and have accumulated depreciation of object registered for the past years in IL for the object.The purchase of object was registered in 2016 in both IL and GL, and existing depreciation was only posted to GL I would like to update accumulated depreciation for existing objects in IL (estimated life is longer for objects in IL, same method) Since object is not in the registered status, I cannot use the "import object" functionality. I tried using the external file template "ExtFAObjectImport" to import accumulated depreciation on IL for each year from 2016 to 2024 but the error shows "object already exists" on the log analyis Do you know if it is possible to import accumulated depreciation on internal ledger only for existing objects? I thought the ot

Hi Experts,We have a requirement to deliver a Serial part (We already have the Object created for the serial via maintanance aware) to a customer for an installation. Here I created a Cusomer order first for this reserving the serial to the line.Then I can create a Service Request from the CO Line here I can dispatch the work to the Sub contractors. Then the problem is I cannot link the Object ID to this work order created with an error.Why it is blocked, what is the real business reason for blocking it.It is benificial if I can link the object to the order so the Cost details can be linked to the Object. Hi there, I need help in below scenario, looks like it is a standard IFS bug. Work Order Status- ReleasedThere are two or more work tasks connected- status releasedNow when we try to change status of work order from released to prepare then system gives pop up error message “The work order cannot be set to a lower status due to work tasks status”- This is IFS standard functionality. However, when we try to change status of work tasks then also it gives same error message:- “The work order cannot be set to a lower status due to work tasks status”System should allow changing status of work task. 

Hello Everyone,Is anyone able to help me with the “Movements” section, on the Item form.My colleagues prefer to update the Item form and its fields rather than create a “New Movement Record” because it’s more efficient for them to update a record. However, this is not capturing the data we need for QA and audit purposes. For example, If two colleagues update the same Item record on the same day. We can only identify the last modified By and date.How can I make the “create a New Movement” history/feature more efficient, to encourage colleagues to use this instead?Is it possible to change the collum we want to view within the Movements section? Hi every one, I have an issue related to the source connection of the WT : I have these 21 PM actions that use the “merge” feature, and by using “Calendar generation” I’ve created one WO with one WT with 21 steps. But the problem is : I don’t have any “Source connection” one the WT. That value should be “PM action”. Do you have any ideas ?  

Is it possible to import an object that is in Investment status into a new database? 

Hello,I’m trying to understand why the map position that we have loaded into the GIS Map for our assets is not pulling across into the Equipment Object Navigator. In the example below, you can see we’ve mapped a turbine: This is linked to the equipment object 2795. This is correct. If you then go to the Equipment Object Navigator… there doesn’t appear to be any reference to this connection. I would expect to see the location of the object loaded…There should be a dot loaded on the screen below I’d have thought.  

We are a maintenance organization in a mining company. We do not sell a service. We do not need to see customers or sales in our IFS maintenance application. Is it possible to hide the Customer Information form from view in the Work Task? See screenshot for the item I’m referring to. Thanks!

Hi all, I’m working on the implementation of IFS GIS Map and during the presentation of the functionalities the Client raised some questions:Is the IFS GIS Map integrated only with ESRI's ArcGIS, or can another GIS service be used? According to the documentation and API, I believe it only supports ArcGIS. The Client is requesting a clear answer. The layers and maps created in ArcGIS are published on the server and accessed by the IFS GIS Map web application through REST APIs and URLs. How does data synchronization occur if there are updates to the map or layers? The Client's main concern is whether there is an impact if the ArcGIS server goes offline. Is this dependency present? For this initial work, I created an ArcGIS Online Trial - Creator user. Hello dearest community, I have a question regarding the Work Task Filters i.r.w. IFSAPPS10 vs Aurena. To give a bit of context, a couple of years back we started using IFS as ERP. Currently we are moving maintenance to IFS as well. However, it has been announced we will be moving to Aurena in about a year or so. Furthermore another site abroad already implemented maintenance in IFSAPPS10. To prevent confusion on implementing Aurena we decided to directly start using Aurena for maintenance purposes. But Aurena is a bit funny at certain times. One of the differences we have found is the missing of “My Work” in Aurena. Fortunately we have found the “Technician Portals > Maintenance Engineer” which acts and seems to work the same. However, the application of Work Task Filters does not seem to work in Aurena. The various Maintenance Organizations can see/ accept work that is not meant to be visible by other organizations.

We have on-boarded a large application wherein the application takes a pathway back through an Integration/Coordination process, through to the Server/data endpoint.ie,Application → Integration/Coordination → Server/DB ServerWe have relations setup between each node to show data flow from the App to the Integration and the DB to the Integration point.  This is the flow of data.  However, when our Service desk receives an issue with the application by an end-user, it will only show connection to the Integration point and not through to the server/db infrastructure.Question:   Using relations, how would you represent that the Application is connected to the Server/DB Server as well as the Integration/Coordination point?

Hello, we are facing the challenge to set up a maintenance plan where the trigger is the completion of the previous’ period maintenance activity.   At the moment our Maintenance Plans are set up as Calendar Triggered with a 12 month interval and a 2mo expand backward and forward window around the start date. The target date will be the same every year as will be the window around this date. Now if one year, the maintenance gets completed at the beginning of this window and the next year it gets completed at the end of this window, the interval between services can be very short in one season and very long in the other. What we would like to achieve is that the target date for next years maintenance is dependent on the actual completion date of last years maintenance. this would avoid extremely long or short intervals and allow certain activities to be slowly moved into different seasons if whished, by performing the maintenance early (or late) in the wind
