Hello everyone,I’m currently exploring the Work Order Report Control functionality in IFS and would appreciate any insights into how it works. On my project, I’m trying to determine whether it’s possible to print a work order or work task layout together with all of its associated attachments (PDFs, Office docs, images, etc.) in a single print operation. Has anyone implemented this or seen a similar solution? Any guidance, examples, or pointers to configuration options would be incredibly helpful. Thanks in advance! 

Hi everyone,I have to develop some SQL Queries, which will be saved as Saved Search within the Functional Objects search window. I noticed that we can’t use the “join” to optimize the execution of the query (Maybe a wrong assumption..).So, the second option was to used the in/not in or exists/not exists but performance are crap….See an example below:  For instance, on the above queries, I stop the execution after 10 minutes…… I tried to find another way via the API but nothing seems matching my requirement…. Thanks in advance for your suggestion/recommendation

Version 24R2, Maint App, when we enable a Multi Visit in Work Task, example for 20 Hrs of Task and resource work for 4 Hrs per day, allocated the resource in Direct Allocations and transferred to Mobile, created 5 visit id in Assignment. it shown the 5 visit id in Mobile also, when i started and completed the 1st Visit ID, remaining Visit ID got cancelled. whats the best practice in Mobile app to complete all visit ID ?

Hello, First of all our customer using IFS Cloud 23.2.8 version.In this case, we try to print a Work Order Report for 13 lines of work orders.There is an error occured which is “Error When Printing to Aurena Agent Timeout” and nothing happens, dialog closed. Error Image Log records in below;Application -    CMD(2): timeout in agentcall after 60000 msApplication -    CMD(2): toast({"type":"error","msg":"Error when printing to Aurena Agent ${error.Message}"}) Does anyone know reason or solution for it? 

Can we transfer the Attached documents in Work Task screen to Work Order. Below is the settings i have configured in Object Connection Transformations but no luck. 

In IFS Cloud 24R2,I have come across this requirement and want to know if anyone has faced this before :In a structure, the Parent has a meter and all child objects also have a meter.e.g :Parent object - CarChild Object 1 - EngineChild Object 2 - Suspension When a New reading is recorded on the Parent Object meter, the independent child object meters should also inherit the same value.e.g : If the new reading value on the parent is 103, then the new reading value on the child objects should be 103 Not sure if there is a smart way to do this or whether it requires a configuration.   

 A customer using Work Order/Work Task in Cloud (version 24.2.3) is experiencing an issue when creating a service request.After filling out the required information, they are unable to proceed to the next step or finish the process using the “Next” or “Finish” buttons—both buttons (located at the bottom) just continue to load without progressing.I suspect this might be related to missing user permissions. Dear All,During implementation for our client on IFS Cloud 24R2 we have observed following in MWo. Is there any setting that can control below scenario of restricting the work assignment before setting as completed in MWo.The technician if changes the date/time in the past. Say current time is 11AM IST and technician is working in this time zone. If he changes the time on mobile from automatic to manual and changes time to 8AM. The following is effect in the application.Say allocation time is 11AM to 12PM for 1 hour, if technician changes time and completes assignment. Then application will capture work assignment start and finish as 8AM and 9AM respectively against the allocation time of 11AM to 12 PM. Is there any setting to restrict this from MWo which validates the time between allocate time and start/finish time ?Thanks for your help and replies in advance.Regards,Srinivas

Hi All,We are using IFS Cloud 24R2 and MWo app based on this version.When Downtime Enablement Per Work Type Category is enabled then it works fine in IFS Cloud. How about assignments that are executed from MWo, as there seems no functionality in MWo where the downtime is asked for mobile used before closing assignment. The mobile user completes the work assignment and work task moves to Work Done status without asking for downtime registration.Please correct me if there is any setting or configuration that need to be done for Mobile app to use the downtime feature ?Thanks for your responses and help in advance.Regards,Srinivas

Dear all,We were exploring the IFSAPP10 online documentation and we found the RCM ANalysis module, which has the Receive/Prepare/Execute the RCM Analysis.I have some questions about this functionality.1. Is this available for IFS App10?2. how do I use it, can someone share any support document? Is there any image as example? What is the idea behind the possibility to set up object type structures (object type In object type). How can I use this structure in equipment object structures? 

The description of the relevant part from the Part screen is inherited as the description of the Serial Object when a Serial Object is created (Service > Equipment > Serial Object > Serial Object). Once the object is created, the description can be changed in the Part and Serial Object screens.If the description of the Part screen is changed for a Part then the Description(s) of the corresponding Serial Object(s) is/are changed accordingly. IFS Cloud EnvironmentI am trying to assign multiple Resource Groups  to a Work TaskOn the Work Task>Resources tab, I create a new Demand line and  provide a Resource Group and a Planned Quantity of 2. Once the Work Task is Released, it shows up in the Unassigned section of the Maintenance Engineer screen for all Resources in the Resource Group.When someone Accepts the Task, the Work Task no longer appears in the Unassigned section of the Maintenance Engineer screen any other Resources in the Resource Group.I then tried to add another Demand line on the same Work Task. ​​​​The new Unassigned Task shows up in the Unassigned section of the Resources. When the other Resource tries to Accept the Work Task, the following error occurs Same error occurs if selecting Start Work How do I allow multiple Resources to access the Work Task on the Maintenace Engineer screen so they can view the Work Task as well as Report their own time?

Hi Experts. In App10, we are able to change the tax code in customer order lines that are originated from Service. Then if we check the same in latest Could 24R2 this cannot be done with the following error. We use 2 different tax codes for the same sales part and it is dependent on whether the order type is NO CO or SEO COThen how the Tax code can be changed under the current constraints as we need to identify how it can be changed otherwise. This Tax code is not available both in the “Invoice Preview” screen and at the “Work Task” level as well, further compounding the issue.This is a significant limitation in the cloud as it worked well in App10, and it introduces additional complexity into the process and severely impacts efficiency. Thanks,Kasun

Hello,Maybe somebody could help to make clear such situation:We have two supplier agreements 1 and 2 for one supplier for the same purchase part. Supplier agreement 1 is created earlier than supplier agreement 2 (according to creation date). In the work order requisition line we provided the agreement 1 that is created earlier, because there are still enough money for buying that purchase part from that earlier created agreement. In agreement 2 is not enough money. When we try to create purchase order from that purchase requisition line, system provides error message, that maximum amount of agreement 2 has been exceeded for current period.Do we understand right, that when supplier agreement periods for the same purchase part overlaps, system automatically searches for the supplier agreement that is newer (created later)? Thanks you beforehand!

In Work Task Template from there is Tab “Task Template is Used”, and contains several cards, which allows to jump to another form, i.e. PM actions where particular WTT is used. Client expects not to see some of cards-links. In Page designer under the Tabs cannot find how to make them invisible.

Hi all, Direct issue from the Tech Portal require that the users first select a location and the system filters down the parts that are in stock in that location. This is not really helpful as the techs don’t know where the parts are located in their remote warehouse;instead, our techs would like to first select a part and then pick the location after. Is this doable? Is there a reason why the system asks a location first? We’re on Cloud 23R2.Thank you.
