New employee does not have access to workorders in time registration , and I can not find where to add the employee into maintenance.

 

Can anyone tell me where the employee/employee number should be added , I guess in basic data somewhere. 

The employee is already added to a resource group which is “ticked on” for using in Maintenance, is added to site, company, etc… 

In timeregistration, only Project is available, and not workorders….

 

We are running IFS Cloud 23R2

From the Maintenance perspective, you’ve covered most of the key areas. One aspect that hasn't been mentioned is the connection to the Maintenance Organization—please ensure that is also reviewed.

From a Time Registration Access standpoint, you should check both the Position Access and the HR Schedule settings for the relevant user.

If you require further information on the second area, we recommend directing your question to the HCM (Human Capital Management, Payroll) Product Area in the Community.
