Hi IFS,

I can see some changes in New Service Request process In 24R2 version 4 and 24R2 version5. Please send us information behind these changes we still dont understand why it has been changed like that.

Step 3 that is Task/Appoinments is missing in 24R2 version5

I  can see the above 03 fields in 24R2 Version 07 as well.
 


Could you please let me know, is this happening for other users as well? 
This may be related to permission sets of the users.

Thanks for confirming its a relief.  Checked another environment also for different users as well having the same UPD and the issue can be found there as well seems a problem with update 5. We also have other issues in the same version like Workflow Configuration is also not working which is a shame.

 

Thanks then we will check in the later release.
