One of my customers is currently on IFS Cloud version 23R2, and their technicians are using the MWO – Maintenance app for executing work tasks. The technicians are performing the expected sequence of actions in the app:

  • Accepting the work task

  • Starting the task

  • Marking steps as done

  • Reporting time

  • Completing and returning the task to IFS Cloud

However, the transactions generated by the technicians are appearing in the "Failed Transactions" page in IFS Cloud as shown in the screen shot.

To investigate, I performed the same steps using my own account in a test environment. My transactions processed successfully and did not appear in the Failed Transactions page.

Could you please advise on potential reasons why the technicians' transactions are failing while mine are not?
