Created rental transactions However, when trying to match supplier invoice, this rental transaction does not appear. Also, when trying to post this transaction using “Post Rental Transaction”, this does not get posted.Invoice matching does not fetch anything from unmatched PO receipts. 

After installation of 25R1 SU10, the ifsapp-iam pod in the middleware is not starting and is showing the following error. Has anyone experienced this issue? Hi Experts,We are facing an issue where Intrastat transactions are not getting generated for the below scenario:Scenario (Intercompany Direct Delivery):Customer order in Spain company Spain creates intercompany PO to Italy company Italy creates customer order Goods are shipped directly from Italy to the final customer in Spain No physical receipt is done in Spain company (direct delivery)Main Question:Why are Intrastat transactions not getting created for this flow?Expected Understanding:Movement is from Italy → Spain Ideally, Italy should report Dispatch and Spain should report ArrivalThanks in advance!

Hi,I’m encountering an issue with displaying data for custom attributes in MWO.Custom attributes using configuration have been added to the JtTask and JtTaskAddress entities. After deploying the ‘ServiceEngApp’ projection along with its dependencies, the published attributes are removed in the ‘Entity Details’ page.Based on the 25R2 demystified document shared by ​@Alexander Heinze , I understand that newly added custom attributes must be explicitly added and published to sync values to the corresponding custom fields.However, after each deployment of the projection and its dependencies, I have to manually re-add and publish these attributes again. Is this the expected behavior?Also, in a UAT environment, do we need to follow the same manual steps to publish custom attributes, or is there a more streamlined approach?Any clarification would be greatly appreciated.Thank you.

I’m testing new 25R1 functionality “Data Access Control” and creating a simple ACL that prevents users from modifying specific records in an Entity (in my case in AbcClass).I’m able to set condition on attribute AbcClass and that prevent ALL users from editing record for Class A but I want to add condition that some users (or user groups) are allowed to do that.So - I’m trying to use “Predefined Parameters” SESSION_USER and SESSION_USER_IN_GROUPS but in that case, “Save” button is not activated for some reason.Question is how those “Predefined Parameters” can be used? Is anyone managed to use those “Predefined Parameters”?This is hor ACL Designer looks like (“Save” is not active): 

I want to filter customer orders based on the last update time.However, currently, the interface for customer orders provided by the IFS system doesn't seem to support this directly.The method I'm using at present is to filter the orders according to DateEntered first.Then, for each order, I obtain its historical records, arrange them in reverse order, and regard the DateEntered of the first record in the record list as the last update time of the order.Finally, I filter out the orders I need according to this time.But this approach is very time - consuming.What I want to ask is whether there is an interface that can obtain the order data I want in one go.

Is it possible to use API calls such as ‘User_Access_API.Get_User_Current_Person_Id’ in ACL conditions instead of hardcoded values?I want to filter records where CF_C_Pm matches the logged-in user's person ID.CF$_C_PM = User_Access_API.Get_User_Current_Person_IdIs there a way to use API calls to retrieve values within ACL conditions? 

I have created an Income Statement report package in IFS Business Reporter that contains several sheets. The first sheet is a consolidated statement, then each subsequent sheet is for each division of the company (plus a few other more granular statements). I need to update the sheet for our Admin division so it will display everything except for one of our cost centers (CSG). When I add the filter criteria so Cost Center is not equal to ‘CSG’ like this:...it removes all CSG data, but it also removes data where the Cost Center is null. Cost Center is not a required code part value for us, so we have many transactions where this field is null.I have tried a few different variations in the Advanced filtering pane like this:...but that has not worked either. I get an error that says “Basic Repeater is not allowed as advanced criteria are used in Report Book, Report Sheet or current design row”.I experience the same issue on the GL Balance Analysis page in IFS, but I can resolve the issue

Hi All, I’ve created a persistent custom field for MWO app on the MobileMaterialReqLine entity. It is available and editable in the MWO app but doesn’t sync back to IFS Cloud and throws an error. Hi all,In september 2026, E-invoicing & E-reporting will be mandatory in France. We were able to obtain  the list of fields that will be mandatory from September 2026.I understand that the UBL file will include the mandatory fields requested by the administration, but some clients require mandatory information to be sent to them (particularly large retailers). Is it easy to add new fields in IFS CLOUD 25R2? Roughly speaking, how complex is it to add custom fields to our UBL export? Regards, Soumia

HelloIn IFS Cloud, there are so many screens that had been defaulted with setting up certain conditions as below snapshot, which may make some confuses for end user when they search some items but not pop-up as expected. Can these be cleared up by users themselves or need to IT help? In MWO, when a user completes a task, they are redirected to an Assistant page where they must choose whether to Keep or Remove the completed task from the device.Our requirement is slightly different:The completed task should be retained on the mobile device. When the user clicks the Complete button, the task should be marked as completed without displaying the Keep/Return Assistant page.To achieve this, we attempted to disable the Assistant via Page Designer configurations. However, this resulted in an undesired behavior: after task completion, the application navigates to a blank screen, leaving the user unable to proceed. The only way forward is to close and relaunch the app, which is not acceptable from a usability standpoint.Could you please let us know:Is there a supported way to complete a task directly on clicking Complete, Retain the task in the completed task list on the device, and Avoid navigation to the Keep/Return Assistant page altogether?Below are the configuration cha

I have had a real hard time trying to search for topics on the community page. When I enter in keywords, it brings up all sorts of topics. It will bring up any topic with any of the keywords in the search and if I narrow down to just a few keywords, there are normally a few hundred topics.My suggestion would be to make the search engine more functional to bring back better results. Even when I go to create a ticket, all results that come back have nothing to do with my issue.I understand that the efficiency of a search engine has a lot to do with the user inputting a search, but I try to search all sorts of things and very rarely find an answer on the topic at hand. I feel like I know how to use a search engine well.

I am unable to attach a Task Template ID to a Work Task Plan in Project Deliverables.    I have connected the Template ID to Technical Class = % in Work  Task Template Connections.  My project deliverable line is for an inventory part which includes a Technical Class.  I do not know why I am unable to select a Task Template ID from on the Work Task Plans tab.  Is there somewhere else it is defined?

In the Technical Documentation for before and after commands, it says that The CrudOperation variable can be used to get the operation (create, update or delete). Can we use the CrudOperation and only have something execute upon ‘update’?For example: @Overridelist ItemsList for ContractItem {   crudactions {      before command CContractItemValidation;   }} and then command CContractItemValidation for ContractItem {   mode = SelectedRecords;   variable CContractItemString Text;   variable CValidation Boolean;   bulkexecute {      if [CrudOperation = "update"] {         stringify(records, "DATA", JSON) into CContractItemString;         call CValidateContractItems(CContractItemString) into CValidation;      }   }} Anybody came across this kind of scenario?Where you have to validate the updates done to multiple records before being saved.

In 25R2 there is information about RPT tables being phased out. Changes to IFS Operational Reporting Operational Reports (RDF) reports had an associated _RPT table, which should no longer be used. Therefore, RDF reports should be uplifted so that they are correctly reflected in the model and that the _RPT table is not used. I have scenarios where I reach to those tables to provide external reports (as a SQL query against _RPT tables).The user runs the report in IFS, provides the report key as a parameter to my own report.This allows me to avoid replicating the logic of the operational report just so I can use data for my own needs. I am sure I am not the only one who uses this trick. Has anybody found a viable alternative that would work in this scenario?

How Sick leave configuration can be done for 15 days and 30 days and then 60 days with full paid , half paid and no pay.

How annual leave can be generated month by month not for the whole year? Also to exclude LOP days while generating leave limit
