We have purchased materials via a Purchase Order for a Project Deliverable. Once the materials were received, the Purchase Order was closed, and the materials were automatically reserved for the Project Deliverable.
Now, the customer wants to unreserve these materials from the Project Deliverable.
However, there is no option to unreserve them. When we click the Reserved Materials command, we are directed to the page below, but there is no option there to unreserve the materials either.

If we use the Cancel Supply Request command, the following error is displayed, indicating that the Purchase Order must be cancelled:
However, this was possible in Apps 10.
Could you please let us know how materials reserved for a Project Deliverable can be unreserved in IFS Cloud?
