Community, We are scheduling a Inventory Period Statistic Report, it is scheduled on the 1st day of each month. Our inventory statistical period is created on each month basis. We would like system to fetch dynamically on Parameter Period. If it is running on Dec.1, 2025, then 12 should be feched to paramter Period field. What function/SQL statement we should us in field Period? Thank you. 

HiI am using IFS applications 9. I am receiving the below error massage although control plan for the part is properly done and active. Understand that this issue came up only upon an update in the part BOM revision. Currently unable to create Shop order.Would like to seek assistance on how to resolve this issue. We have used the OpenFile AgetnCall command to open files from a local folder, but it seems to open files from some folders while failing to open files from others. Could you explain the constraints of this command, as the documentation does not provide detailed information?

Hi all,In App9, we can see the full user limit in License Metrics. In my case is 170. How can we see this info in IFS Cloud? From License Metrics in Cloud, i can only see the “IFS users that consume a full license” instead of the total license we have.Thanks.Regards,Zhan Hao

The login page loads successfully, but after entering credentials, the browser stays stuck on the loading spinner — the IFS application never launches.  When accessed directly from the IFS Cloud host server, it logs in and loads very quickly. From local systems, it often hangs on loading after authentication.

Hi,I would like to revoke the time reporting for Work tasks and Project in “My time registration”. Additional I would like t revoke the time reporting for attendance except Wage type “Information”. Goal should be, that it is only allowed to register attendence with wage type “information” in the mask “My time registration”

Business Reporter report is scheduled to send an email. But it’s not attached the xlsx file in the email even though the email body has below “The Excel-file for report XXXXX is ready and is attached in this mail. Save the attached file in a trusted location before opening it.”This is IFS cloud 24R1Is there any report rule or Event needs to setup for this?

Hi! I would like to create a custom field that is connected to LOV and then the user can select a value using F8. Is this possible in IFS 9? 

When I run the command .\main.ps1 -resource 'INGRESS', an issue occurs. I have verified the JFrog repository login, and it is working correctly.The password is also valid. Hi,We’re currently working on IFS Cloud 24R2 and I developed a new page directly using IFS Developer Studio (not as a Custom Page or Custom Field).All labels, prompts, and button texts were initially created in English.After deploying the solution to production, I wanted to add Turkish translations. However, these texts do not appear under the “Translatable Texts” screen in Solution Manager, so I’m unable to translate them.Would appreciate any guidance or best practice for making Developer Studio–based page texts appear in the Translatable Texts list.Thanks in advance!

Greetings!In IFS Apps 10 I am receiving the following error. I did check the Part Configuration for LV MIXER TRUCK and INTERNATIONAL is apart of the LV CHASSIS MFGR. I am not sure how to fix it  

IFS Cloud Ubuntu 20.04 environment, fresh install, error in ifsapp-proxy POD (see attachment). Proxy won’t start. We found this error message: "socket() [::]:8080 failed (97: Address family not supported by protocol)". We don’t have IPv6 in use, is it necessary? How can we change the configuration to use only IPv4?

Hi, We are on IFS Apps 10 UPD26 and will plan to update to 30, 31 or 32. Could you please provide when these updates are expected to be released? Is it ok to stay on UPD26 if we do not have anything that needs to be fixed?

I have a basic expense sheet tied to a project but when trying to authorize, I’m getting the following error, “The level of access cannot be less than 20”.  Does anyone know what his means or how to resolve it? 

TLDR; See question Title.This is a common situation we’ve encountered when attempting to delete a record in IFS. We receive an error message stating that the object is used in another object. Typically the prompt in parenthesis (‘Receipt Inv Location’ in this example) is not the name of the page where the records are entered. We’ve identified that this typically corresponds to the PROMPT value on the entity but have not been able to find a link from the entity to the page. I’ve attempted to dig through the source code but cannot find the metadata that connects the entity to the page. Using the source code or metadata in the database if it exists would both be acceptable methods if they exist.
