็Hi
    I encounter an error when opening a screen that contains a large amount of data. The screen becomes unresponsive and then displays the error message ‘Operation did not complete in the expected time.’ Could you please advise on how to resolve this issue?

Hi @nu_fonka,

Is your Product Version, IFS Cloud 24R2.

I found a similar case has been reported as below;

As the Resolution for the particular case,

Regarding the R&D suggestion on data archiving, the oldest records found in the inventory_transaction_hist_tab date back to 2021.

When executing the query with INVENT_PART_TRACING_DETAIL, it takes over one minute to complete. However, if the 2021 records are excluded, the execution time is reduced to less than 10 seconds, resulting in a significant improvement in performance.

Hope this helpful. Let me know the feedback.

Cheers,

SN
