Is it possible to select multiple internal customer orders and send order confirmations via MHS at the same time?

Hi Team,I processed a customer order using a 'Purchase Direct Supply' code. However, during the RMA process, the stock was received at my site instead of being returned directly to the supplier.Since these are non-inventory purchases, how can I return the stock to the supplier from my location?

 Can anyone advise why PrePosting on Material Req has this ‘double pop up’ thing going on in 24R1, please?  I create a new Mat req, save the header.  PrePosting pane pops up.  I enter an Account Code and then the ‘Edit’ panel pops up.  In 23R1 the Preposting Panel just popped up and we entered Account, Cost Centre and Brand details there?  V clunky workflow now … unless I’m missing something?   Thanks.

We currently use the Purchase Order Delivery Reminders and Purchase Order Confirmation Reminders functions to print reminders. It’s possible to run test prints to check the current templates, and bulk printing works as expected. From what I understand, email handling can also be managed from these views if the functionality is properly configured.At the moment, the process seems semi-automatic, as some manual steps are still required to send emails. Has anyone successfully configured this to make the process more automated?Modifying existing templates is not a major issue, but before making changes, we’d like to hear how others have approached this globally.Do you have any tips or best practices for streamlining this process? Are there recommended settings or configurations to minimize manual work?

Hi. Is there any known way to “move” a Company Owned Rental Asset that is in stock on a Site within one Company to a Site on a different Company in IFS ?Our customer has discounted a simple Move Inventory Part, a Transport Task, and a Shipment Order which all are not allowed for ownership of a rental asset. (“Transaction Code COMPM-OUT not allowed for Company Rental Assets” is the error on the transport task). We understand the theory around controlling as asset moving across companies, but is there any way this can be done out-with renting the asset to the other company using Internal Purchase Orders and Customer Orders ?Thanks.

Hello,I’m looking for guidance on an issue I’m encountering with PMRP and the use of standard inventory.I have a project configured to use standard inventory and to automatically generate MTRs. The parts involved are within their lead times, and I’ve confirmed that MTR creation should be possible. However, when I run PMRP by Activity for the entire project (leaving Activity Sequence blank), only one activity receives an MTR. The other three activities generate purchase requisitions instead—even though I know sufficient excess exists in standard inventory.If I run PMRP on each activity individually, or if I use a Planned Netting Group, all activities generate the expected MTRs. This leads me to believe that when PMRP is executed for the full project, only the final activity processed is considered for standard inventory availability.Has anyone experienced this behavior or know what configuration or process I might be overlooking?Tha

We have an issue where a part has been set up on different sites, but the Inventory UoM is different on each site.  This is causing a problem when trying to return stock that was sent out from a Bonded site but is to be returned to a Duty Paid Site.  Below is the detail of the part that is set up incorrectly across the different sites.The correct UoM is CS6 which should have been used, not CS3 Overview screen showing the sites and differences in set up.  We have an RMA that has been created where the stock was dispatched from PEBAU but is being returned to PEPAU.  We cannot complete this RMA as when we enter the Qty to return on the originating RMA, the volume to retur

I’m currently unable to complete the POD matching process for the customer. When the order was generated, one line was deleted and replaced due to an incorrect process. As a result, the customer will not accept the POD match, and the invoice cannot be generated.I attempted a manual match for the line item 4 as shown on the screen, but the OK button remains disabled.Appreciate if anyone got an idea how to help push this through. Thanks

I have a line on a CO that has a supply code of ‘Project’Normally we would create a purchase requisition on the project to drive demand for the part to be purchased, however due to annual leave and permission sets we are unable to. Am I able to create a manual purchase requisition and peg it into the project at a later date? If not, is there a way to drive demand while we wait for the project manager to return from annual leave?

Good day IFS Community!  I am wondering how I assign a pick list from a shipment to a team member for them to pick utilizing WaDaCo and not having to print a paper copy of the pick ticket.  This would allow my warehouse leadership to distribute the pick lists out to the team and assign.  I have poked around in Transport Tasks and Warehouse Tasks and do not see where I can assign a pick list.  The next question I will have is where do the team members see their assigned pick lists?  How will they know the next pick tickets are ready?

We are using IFSAPPS9 with Demand Plan 4.0.2.16. We would like to extract the sys forecast for analysis. The questio is where in the database will we find this data. WE can find sources for Adj Demnand but not the sys forcast going forward. Thanks

Hi Team,For the life of me, I cannot identify what the “Coordinator” field on a RMA is actually driving?Logically, I would assume the Coordinator that is entered in the RMA is maybe the ONLY person that could “Approve” 

Shipment order was introduced in IFS Cloud and our customers so far are seeing some great benefits.  However we are currently discussing with a large rental asset supplier who want to be able to trigger a move from the existing customer location to the new customer location. The enhancement request is ; Add “Location” as a parameter for sending and receiving parties. Currently on creation of a shipment order only site or remote warehouse can be selected. This would also solve an issue with reverse logistics as IFS has no way of creating ‘pick-up’ type shipment orders which does impact a number of our customers

Hello.  We have an MTO business, and some of the materials for our manufacturing process must be blended in batches.  We cannot always get the quantity of the blend to be exactly what the customer ordered, but the resulting output is usually taken by the customer.   In order to ship, we have to manually update the customer order to match what we have produced.Is there a way in IFS to allow shipments to proceed without having to update the customer order.  Also of note, we want to invoice based on quantity shipped regardless of original requested quantity.Thank you!Robin
