How can I clean out old data from Detail Statistics - Invoiced Sales in Apps 9?  

Hi,When in the inter-site process a customer order is shipped, following two inventory transactions are created:SHIPTRAN: Ship Customer Order Internal TransitINTORDTR: Move to Internal Order Transit due to IssueWhen a shipment is cancelled, it is reversed using following two inventory transactions:UNINTORDTR: Reversal of Move to Internal Order Transit due to IssueUNSHIPTRAN: Undo Ship Customer Order Internal Transit When executing "Reversal of Move to Internal Order Transit due to Issue" (UNINTORDTR), the costs (INTORDTR) are not returned in the same amount.Instead, the costs are recalculated according to the FIFO principle.This can result in differences, which then remain as a balance on the transfer account. Example Part No SP065137

Hi, all of you experts,I’m using IFS Cloud and I have a question related to multiple lines to be moved with transport task. When using move inventory with transport task from Inventory part in stock I would like to have a new transport task created for the picked lines.In my case the selected lines will be added to an already existing transport task which is not yet executed.  Hi, I am currently handling an issue related to customer consignment stock, where the consumed quantities for certain parts do not match the invoice. This seems to be related to how IFS APP10 handles consignment stock consumption and invoicing when partial reservations exist across multiple lot/batch numbers. Specifically, when a customer performs consignment stock consumption at the header level. Consignment part: 80890121 Customer order created: 41883388 Reserved quantities in order: 50 → Lot 3107518---1 1150 → Lot 41826419-1-1-1 Consumption scenario: Quantities were consumed from the Customer Consignment Stock Consumption window at header level. Total consumption: 1150 The system actually consumed stock from lot 3107522---1. The reserved quantities in order

Hi All,I’m working with a customer who has a large rental fleet.I’m trying to understand how other customers plan their rental fleet in IFS. Right now, assets ownership with (“Company Rental Asset”) or rented from a supplier (“Supplier Rented”) are not planned automatically.The Rental Asset Availability page shows which rental assets are available and their rental duration, but it seems like all planning has to be done manually based on rental demand.I wanted to ask if there is an out-of-the-box solution in IFS to plan rental assets more accurately, or if anyone can share how other rental fleet customers handle this.Your thoughts would be greatly appreciated. Thanks,Chamath

I’ve been trying to find an option to add a discount amount for a purchase requisition line. All I can find is the discount percentage, but this is not a valid option. My client is entering after the fact purchase reqs for things like hospitality and a discount amount is often given for a total amount, say $360. I can have the users manually calculate the discount percentage at the line level but this is not user friendly and often doesn’t add up to the correct net amount. I tried to create a 200% discount and it allows me on the Purchase Req line, however, there is a blocking message when attempting to convert to a PO, since the PO line would have a negative amount. I can do the discount total on a PO by using charges and entering a negative amount, however, I’m struggling to find any options to enter a discount amount for a purchase requisition line.Any thoughts or ideas? Hi All,What is the normal process if a configuration needs changing on a customer order line where a pegged purchase order exists?Is it to cancel the line, recreate, then add the new requisition to the existing Purchase Order?Cheers,Jamie

Hello IFS Community, im fairly new at using the Page Designer, i got this control added into this screen where the idea is to select a part number, if i click on the part from the list, i can select and even if i type the part number i can save it.. but when i type the part, the drop down. here below in the picture you can see what i mean… what setting am i missing in the control in page designer, so when i type the part number, it filters the list?  Thank you in Advance!  

Hello IFS Community, we are using the pegging option in IFS where when a Customer Order is created and release, a shop order is created and linked as well, this is working fine, but a lot of times we need to make hundreds of changes to the Dates of the customer orders, we use the EDIT ALL and when the change gets replicated to the shop orders, we are getting the following questions below hundreds of times, one per line.. is there any way to default this to YES??? to goal is for my users to NOT have to click YES every time.. we are in 24R2    We are using the Edit All

Hello IFS Community, we have multiple fields in IFS that have a Date and Time like the one in this picture, but when we try to search i can’t see the option to filter the time, only the date.. is there an option that we might be missing?  we are in version 24R2

Hi,I need some advice about a problem I am dealing with.My customer mainly works with welding and coating. Their project sites are often far away from the main warehouse. Because of this, I want to keep welding and coating stock at the customer’s project sites.My idea is to create remote locations and move stock from the warehouse to these locations using shipment orders.When the remote location is in the same country, this works well because I do not need commercial invoices with values.The problem happens when the remote location is in another country. In that case, customs clearance is needed, and a commercial invoice with values is required.I am not sure how to create a proforma invoice with values when the shipment order is created directly from Inventory. Has anyone out there recently started having problems with communicated PO’s not showing PDF copies of PO’s on the B2B Supplier Portal? Everything for us was working fine for years until recently. Now, when our puchasing department communicates a PO, it may or may not send the PDF of the PO to the portal. It happens randomly and it hard to reproduce. If a user goes back into a failed PO and re-communicates the PO, it will work without anything having changed otherwise. It can happen at any time of the day, to any user, and to any supplier. We recently patched IFS and, coincidentally, this is about the timeframe when the problem started, though we can’t say for sure that is related.

Hello Community,During the shipment process in IFS Cloud,  a client sometimes pack goods that exceed the standard height defined for the Handling Unit Type. We can manually adjust the height of the handling unit in the shipment’s Handling Unit Structure, but the operative volume does not update automatically based on the new height.Is there a standard way in IFS Cloud to ensure that when I manually update the HU height (or when the packed goods exceed the defined height), the operative volume recalculates automatically?If not, is there an intended setup, configuration (e.g., additive volume), or recommended workaround (event action, customization, or integration approach) to achieve this?Or will this be updated in the coming releases? Do we have this on the pipeline for future releases?Thanks in advance!

We have an Apps10 Customer (U23) that is selling in a non-base currency without Price lists or Agreements so simply taking the GBP Sales Part price and using the current exchange rate, in this instance CAD = 0.5327 to generate the Price/Curr on a Customer Order Line. They are having issues with rounding, with the Price/Curr and the Total CO Line Price not showing consistent values. We have conducted considerable analysis of the issue in the database and there is a difference in the performance of our own Apps10 environment versus the Customer’s environment. Customer’s Environment example below; Sales Part GBP Price = £93.50. (Base Price on Customer Order Line)CAD Exchange Rate = 0.5327. Calculated Sales Price on CO Line = CAD175.52 showing on CO Line (Regional Settings Currency Format = 0.00).Sales Qty = 10Total/Currency = CAD1755.21 (this does not equal 10 x £175.52). The attribute string being passed into Custom

Hello, A question: We have a case where the expected leadtime affects for our planners. Should it really be 30 days in between purchasing LT and expected LT? Thats seems a lot. I know in purchasing LT involves/includes: Supplier Manufacturing Lead Time, External Transport Lead Time, Internal Transport Lead Time, Internal Inspection Lead Time. But which leadtimes includes in the expected leadtime? is it something internal at the production and not for me a as purchaser to set? Which LTs includes in the expected leadtime?I have seen this a lot on articles. We tryna minimize it is our materials that sets the leadtime for our products. 

Kindly we have an aggregation issue that when inventory aggregation per period was done for period 12-2025 it gives wrong value for some parts, after investigation we found that system doesn't look to previous periods. is this any reason? and also can I know the aggregation procedure pr package name to check?Thank you.Best Regards,Bilal Drayi

On the Shipments page, when you print any shipment document (for example, Print Shipment Delivery Note), the shipment record temporarily disappears from the list, but it reappears after refreshing the page.Suggested Improvement: It would be helpful if the system displayed an informational message indicating that the printing action has occurred. For example, messages such as “Shipments Reserved” or “Printed” could inform the user that the action was successfully completed and prevent confusion caused by the temporary disappearance of the shipment record.

Hi all, My customer wants to replenish remote warehouse assortments from inventory located at other sites. Our idea was therefore to set the refill source to Purchase Requisition, then assign an internal supplier (site) to the PR, convert it into a PO, and let that PO create a CO on the supplying site. The goods would then be shipped from the supplying site and received into the remote warehouse.The issue is that the PR/PO created by the background job does not create a pegged CO on the supply site. However, if we run the same intersite flow from a manually created standalone PO, the pegged CO is created as expected.Is it by design that Purchase Requisitions created by the Refill Putaway Zones job are intended to be used only with external suppliers? Thank you in advance :)

Is there a way of restricting users from raising manual purchase orders whilst allowing them to be able to convert purchase reqs into orders

Hello everyone, I’m trying to find if it is possible in standard IFS to print only one pro forma invoice on a consolidated shipment (with multiple shipments inside). When complete, i can print a pro forma invoice from the consolidated shipment but one pro forma invoice per shipment into this consolidated shipment is printed. I just would like to have a consolidated pro forma shipment invoice according to all the shipment included. My client will do only one custom declaration.The solution i have in mind is to to this consolidation into the print rules but i d like to know of there is something in standard I can use to do this. The full error message is “The customer order is not allowed to be released. Interim orders exist but are in the past or they exist but the capability check has failed. Please run the capability check again.” The case i’m looking is this:Create a customer order with a line that has a CTP planned part. Release this order. You will get a date in “Latest release date” column and also the “Capability check” column is checked. let time pass so that the current date is passed “Latest release date”. Credit-block the customer Reserve the material to the customer order line. The customer order should be blocked when you reserve the material. Go to “Blocked info” from the CO and try to release the order; you will get the error message and the customer-order will remain blocked.There is to me no known way to release the customer order from the credit-block; and the order is now stuck and cannot be d

Hi,I have a scenario like this where I’m using a serialized part with HUs.I created a CO with Qty 504 and then created a RMA from the order for the entire Qty.Now when I go to the Register Arrival, query from the RMA and then select, Receive parts against Order deliveries option, the assistance will be opened.From all the lines, I just filter one HU and then for the selected lines (10 lines matched to the given HU) change the location no and then click OK.Upon clicking, the system triggers an error saying that the Location No is mandatory. Since I filter only one HU and provide the location to those lines, the system says the location is mandatory for other lines which is correct.But my concern is, if I need to return only a few lines based on the HU, how should I do this? Even though I create a RMA for a partial qty, the assistance of Register Arrival shows all the lines to receive, and I cannot pick a set and proceed.Is there any wa
