Hi,While X users and Y users have the same permission sets, X user providing access to employees under the management of human resources,but Y user dont access screens.How we can solve this problem ?  

Hi All,This is in Apps 08. There are a few transactions that are not transferred to the GL through “Transfer Maintenance Time Transactions".  Accounting periods are open. I run “Rerun Erroneous Maintenance Postings” as well. However, nothing is transferred to GL. It seems the posting controls have been mapped correctly. Any line doesn't show an error text on the line. Status Code: “Valid”Booking Status: “Authorized” WO/ Postings can not be found in the "Report In Work Order” screen.Debit Credit lines are correct.The voucher type has been created with the correct function group.  Kindly advise what is the root cause of this issue and how to solve this.@Kasun Manuranga@Nethmini Kosvinna

I have used MapPositionFree to setup map position for Functional Objects and Work Tasks in IFSAPP10. upd 13.But when transfering to Mobile, the positions are not available in the mWO map. Do you need a Bing license to see the map positions in mWO ?Does it require any other set up to see the map positions in mWO 

I’m working with IFS Apps 10 UPD 14 and IFS MWO Service 10 (Aurena native client) and I’m searching for a user guide or documentation which describes in detail all functionality and fields in the Workflow Configuration for mWO.It would be a hard work to find out all functionality by Try & Error. The customer is also askong about such a documentation.Thx in advance for your supportHarald

When we issue the final invoice from a Work Order, the “Delivery Date” doesn’t follow the actual “Service/Delivery Date” filled in, creating confusion and questions from our Customers. We cannot adjust the “Wanted Delivery Date” on the Customer Order lines and no matter what we put on the work order the “Delivery Date” on the line level remains the invoice date. Isn’t there a way around this, so we can put in the day we actually did the service and not when we did the invoice?  Thanks,Michael

Please can anyone help. We have a user who is using the MWO application on their laptop, for some orders they have started seeing the “On Route” button on the screen (top right in the screen shot attached).  We do not know what is causing this to appear, as far as we are aware there has been no change in permission sets.  It is not our intention that the users should see this button and we need to understand why this button is now appearing. ThanksAndy

I need to remove a user from the Mobile Users portion of Touch Apps administration in order to delete a user account but it will not let me. Any Ideas on how to do this?

Hi Guys, While attaching a particular document to any window i am getting the information message “ You cannot view this file since you may not have the sufficient access rights or no file has been checked in this document yet”. Also the icon of the attached document doesnt appear in the usual manner. I am using the IFSAPP user id so i am not sure if i need any other access as well. However, i have provided the necessary permission sets access and i have set up IFSAPP in the access setup as well. Can anybody help me with this error? Am i missing something out?  Screenshot attached. Any help would be appreciated.  Thanks in advance. Preetish

Hi, From workflow configuration, there is a possibility to decide whether to keep or return the assignment automatically up on completion. However, this is not possible for incomplete action, where it always requires to return manually. However, this is an additional action for Mobile users. Therefore we would like to have the same ability to return the assignments automatically. We have tried to do this from page designer configurations as well, but it is not possible. Can you please explain us if there is already a way to return assignments Automatically when incompleting? Thank you!

Hi All.Could someone explain how may I use the N/A option in the survey Yes/no type of question?I’m trying to figure out how to use it and also it would be great if the user has a thrid option to check like N/A.I have a survey that has a couple of question that sometime may be applicable but some times not. For this case, the third option N/A could be available for the user but he/she needs to choose “no” and write like N/A in the remark field.I know It’s possible to use the multiple choice with the 3 options (yes, no and n/a) but it takes more time than the yes/no question. Br.Lopes

HiWe are building our onprem touch apps server to move away from the ifscloud solution for Apps 9 that is being retired in March.The onprem touchapp server previously had the ScanIT 2.1.4 app deployed to it but the version we are using on ifscloud is 2.1.7. Is there anything I need to be aware of before I deploy 2.1.7 to the onprem server?  Will it update or remove any data in IFS?  Do I need users not to be using Scanit through the cloud?  Anything else you can think of?I also have apps that havent been deployed at all to the on-prem server.  Can I just deploy these with no impact to the users currently using them through ifscloud? thanksGraeme     

There are some custom fields in our mWO solution. I noticed that for standard available fields the following may be in place with regards to visibility:So there is JSON coding that shows or hides the complete content if the CustomerName is NULL.Very nice indeed. But what about custom fields? If I try to make the same JSON setup I'm not allowed to:There is only Yes/No/Default as a selection criterium. Is there something special I must do to make this Visible parameter allow JSON code?Maybe I have to wait for a newer version of IFS?

Hi, we are trying to test MWO Maintenance in our development environment. However, when trying to sign in to the IFS MWO Maintenance application using Android, we get the following error:AuthorizationException: {“type”:0,”code”:3,”errorDescription”:”Network error”} We are able to sign in using the Windows app store app on a laptop, and we can also sign in to IFS Aurena from the mobile phone, but only the MWO app on phone results in this error. We have followed the instructions found here Mobile Work Order - Technical Documentation For IFS Cloud. We have IFS_aurena_native and IFS_aurena_native_services IAM Clients defined.Looking at the Aurena Login Events page, we can see that when trying to sign in using the mobile app, we get a LOGIN and LOGOUT_ERROR rows. Looking further, in the ifsapp-iam pod logs we can find the the LOGOUT_ERROR gives the error “invalid_token”. How do we fix this invalid_token issue? It’s very confusing since Aurena still seems to work fine on mobile phone. The Cl

Just started testing Notify Me on iOS (both IFS Aurena Notify Me 10 and IFS Notify Me 10).  Everything works except the app itself does not trigger a notification (Banners, Sounds, Badges) on the phone when a new notification is pushed to the app.   What am I missing?  Any help would be greatly appreciated!IFS Apps 10 Update 13 On-Prem w/IFS Touch Apps Server 10.13.344.0 IFS Aurena Notify Me 10 v10.17.1381.0 IFS Notify Me 10 v1.0.4 iOS 16.1.1 on iPhone SE Notifications enabled for both apps within phone settings Local Network and Background App Refresh enabled for both apps

Community,i have a work task 46338, come with requisition3486247, and it is in Closed status. PO is created, but not received. In order to bill customer, it has to show up in Work Task Sales Tab, but they are not, may I know where I missed?Thank you. 

Hi, We are in the process of going live with MWO on Apps10 UPD 11 Oracle 12c and when adding 100 users have run into major performance bottlenecks with the MWO Batch Sync job. The job executes for days and there are numerous errors such as PlsqlapServer.ERRPING: No response from MWS server [MAIN].We have tried updating the number of batch processes to 3 and have not seen any performance improvements. Are they any customers currently using MWO on Apps10 upd 11 with Oracle 12 that have run into issues with the Batch sync job execution times and what did you do to see any improvements? We have similar issues with the initialization which can take upwards of an hour. Any inputs/suggestions are greatly appreciated. 

Hi Community, Well… I have done the setup for trip Tracker 10 App, but when I try to connect receive the follows error message:"Company Setup Error: No companies available."  It's importan to mention that Travel Expenses in Enterprise Explorer works well and Notify me Application works well too. This error message only comes when I'm trying to connect to Trip Tracker Application.I have been trying to find some explanation to this issue but nothing is helping me.Did anyone have this issue before? Can help me to understand why this error message is coming from?Thanks in advance.Have a great day! 😉

Is it possible to modify the search criteria in Aurena?For example, I would like to generate a Requisition and without looking up the exact Work Order/ Functional Object. So, I would use the search function below Work Order. I can find the Work Order Number and a general description, but not the (Work Task) Definition, as specified in the Work Task Template. The same would apply for looking up a Functional Object, I can find and sort numbers, but I cannot find the (Object) Description.
