Hi All,Is there a way to view Push Notifications received in the App itself later instead of going to Notification Centre in the device?For example in Amazon App, you can view Push Notifications later by going to Notification Centre or going to the App and check Push Notification messages received.Does IFS MWO Service App have the same capability of viewing Push Notifications inside the app without depending on the device Notification Centre?

Hi All, We have Flexible breaks set up in HCM and PSO is using these flexible breaks well. However, we want to see when a break is scheduled in on MWO. Currently we see the HCM break but not the scheduled break from PSO. Does anyone know of a way of achieving this?    We are using IFS cloud and PSO. Thanks 

Are there specific App Permissions that need to be set in order to use the QR Code Reader with the desktop version of the mobile work order application?  

We have many companies and many of these companies run multiple types of costing jobs.  These execute as background jobs in the early morning hours and often on weekends.  These jobs can take up to 2 ½ hours to run and they hold up all other costing jobs when stuck.   I would like to have an email/text message generated  to warn me when a background job is executing for more than 2 ½ hours.  Is this something I would create an application Server task for?    We  don’t have any so I don’t have any examples to look at.We don’t have weekend staff and I don’t want to have to remote in every Saturday to check if background jobs are behaving.  

Hi,  Is it possible for the IFS Service 10 app to have the “accept all” button removed as part of the move stock tab. If an engineer has stock incoming but we do not want them to be able to press that button is it possible? The reason is that we use 2 separate transport tasks from main warehouse to the distribution warehouse then to engineers stock. We do not want them to accept the first one which they can with that button.  Any help will be appreciated.  Kind regards,  Jamie

Hi Experts,We have a requirement , where customer want any Activities landed in PSO till it gets committed, he can see the Audit trail of the Activities. Any manual allocation done should have an Audit trail where all the details about the changes and who has done the changes can be displayed. Is there any out of box report available which can be used in such case.Please suggest.Regards,RR 

Hi All, we are trying to create a New Work Order using the ‘New Work’ function in MWO App as below.But we are unable to use the List of values for the Object ID as it is not appearing to select, on which Object we are going to create the new WO in the below window. Would be great if you could kindly be able to share your kind thoughts, if we have not set up any basic data to enable the same functionality? Hi All On Apps10 you used to be able to select and deselect what ‘types’ of notifications would be pushed through  Looking here below I cannot seem to find anything which reflects the same   

The search bar is half sized and hard to read. Any leads to get back normal size.

We are doing lots of investigations into what is causing the delay in the syncs completing and this morning have noted that a ‘Transaction End’ Out Message was created for 07:31:26  We have tested 6 devices this morning and all have been stuck on this out message for a long period of time.What is the Transaction End Message and how can we diagnose why it is taking so long?  

When scheduIing PMs, there are differing scenarios with respect to whether the PM task is required on weekdays / weekends / bank hols etc. I can apply a calendar to the PM and to the Work Task Template. I understand that if I do not enter a calendar on the PM, it will be inherited from the WTT. On the WTT, valid for Sites tab, you can enter a calendar, however the Maint Org also has a calendar applied to it. Is there a hierarchy which determines which affects the maintenance plan if the two calendars differ ? I can’t find anything in the help that relates to this.

We are running Touch Apps on-premise on Applications 10 Update 13. But I can only log on as local admin and not on system id.Only getting this:Username or Password is wrong is the error message even though I wasn’t ask to type anything in.

Hi, Are there any hidden options available for adding new tiles to IFS MWO Service Eng App? I can see all the other options from page designer (Adding groups, lists and cards) except tiles.  

I created a AST as below for a quick report in IFSAPPS 9 After executing the schedule, following message has been created. How can I use the report result to save in to a file? Message Response is transferred to  BizAPI: ExcelQuickReport: RenderExcelQuickReport. How can I use this?  

I have a need to modify my mWO pages (via Apps for Page Designer) using several ‘Contexts’ which seems all well and good until I try to add these Page Configurations to an Application Configuration Package. My hope was that I could select only the Page Configurations that are associated with a particular ‘Context’, but it would seem that any Page Configuration that is of the same Projection is added to the ACP as well. I only selected one Page Configuration when choosing “Add to package” and IFS selected the second Page Configuration (associated with a different ‘Context’) and added it to the ACP as well. Is this the default behavior for ACPs that include Page Configurations? Is my assessment correct that it relates to the fact that these Page Configurations come from the same Projection or is there some other link between the Page Configurations? I really want to manage the Page Configurations by each ‘Context’, and not by ‘Projection’. Does anyone have any insight into the matter? BT

I have set up a new Maintenance Resource group and when I try to allocate resource from that group on a new work task, I cannot see the the schedules of the team when I right-click. So I am guessing that I am missing some parameter in the set up. Any ideas what can be wrong? Or does anyone have good work instruction on how to set up this data in IFSAPP?

Hi all.Does anyone know something about the maintenance efom saving previews cache?he test plan is:create an “Employee flow” eform setting “Always Start New”; Insert qualifying question like “Equipment type”: Transport or Operational depending on the eform Type, question 3, in the print bellow. insert 2 questions, with the transport equip LOV and another one with the operational LOV; in mobile, start answering, first choose the operational type, then choose the equipment; *Considering that the user chose the wrong type, he goes back to question 3 and chooses another type, chose transport (the correct one); choose the equipment; answer the related questions; and save the eform; After syncornization, the system take both “Equipment types” to the answer table, where it must be just one “Transport”.I think I could explain it OK.Tks for help; Equipment Type qualifying: Look bellow, system has saved both types:If the question 3 is answer 2, it must save just the equipment type “transport”,

I’m trying to attach a Maintenance Survey to the mWO but it is not working as expected, since the Survey pops-up in the mWO after work completion, as expected, but it doesn’t appear in the eForm folder of the mWO and also the Answers of the Survey aren’t visible in Survey Answers in Cloud.     

Hi Team,I tried to hide ‘Purchase order receipts’ item from the home page using page designer. But it still appear. I have refreshed server catch and client catch as well and init the device after publishing this changes. Also, I select this ‘Visible’ check box first and saved, then unselect and saved published, still no luck.Is this a limitation that we cannot hide home page items using page designer for apps ? I tried same with Pool work orders and same issue. Has someone did this before ? am I missing something ?Regards,RoshanP.S:.

Hi Team,I get below error when trying to transfer a work task to a mobile user (for all users), in sync task logs. If I init the device I get the work task and also any updates on the work task from device update backend without any issue.Looking at below error thinking that it has something to do with custom events and fields, disable all belongs to LUs JtExecutionInstance,JtTask,MobileWorkOrder and ResourceActivity, still no luck.Anyone seen this before ? have I miss any setup ?Your feedback is highly appreciated.//Sending push entity data failed: Fetching data from database failed - Failed executing query (ORA-00904: "A1"."CF$_YES_OR_NO_DB": invalid identifier)//Regards,Roshan
