I have successfully deployed delivery 2016 (UPD17+UPD18) to my IFS test environment, but have run into an error while applying the included Touch Apps manual installation on my utility server. The Touch Apps database is a separate database from IFS and I have verified IFSTAS and TASRUNTIME user/password within the the TAS database and verified the IFSMOBILITY user/password within the IFS TEST1 database, but received an "Access denied" when the installation runs.
Product Version: 10.18

I did and have always run IFS installers “As Administrator”, so that was not the issue. As it turns out, our endpoint protection software was blocking the installation, yet not giving any indication locally. It was only when email alerts were generated from the endpoint protection server that this became evident. The issue is now resolved.

@woprhowe can you include a screenshot?

Sounds like the installer doesn’t start at all, which could also be because you’d probably have to run it as an administrator. Have you tried that?
