Hi, community! I have a situation where media attached to a work order through MWO is not available to be opened as seen below. Has anyone had the same problem in the past? Thank you!  

Hi,I have installed the Touch apps server for IFS Apps 10then downloaded the IFS MWO Service 10 app from Windows store.While logging in i am getting this below error: 

What entity can we see the Completion Form for the Mobile Complete prompt screen? 

We are currently implementing MWO on Apps 10 at a customer site. And the customer has so many objects that filtering of object synchronization is desired. Each employee can work on each object from time to time. That's why we can't filter objects for selected employees. Desire is to synchronize object from Work Task and all customer objects of customer from current Work Task. Has anyone done this before or any idea how it could be implemented?

Hello Team,We were adding custom attributes to the mobile screen ‘Work Details’ through developer studio. Later we faced some issue, therefore we reverted back the changes and refreshed server cache. Still when we load the ‘Work Details’ screen, we get an error and the screen doesn’t load in Cloud. The mobile application doesn’t initialize as well.   In the Mobile App User Details > Logs screen, we can see this error: “Initialize entity data failed: STMTPREPCALL:Can not prepare statement ({? = call ifsapp.Mobile_Client_SYS.Init_Server_Session__(?,?,?,?,?,?,?,?)}). Exception is: IJ031070: Transaction cannot proceed: STATUS_MARKED_ROLLBACK - IJ031070: Transaction cannot proceed: STATUS_MARKED_ROLLBACK”Is there any other way we can track what causes this issue? Any inputs would be appreciated.

Hi,   We have IFSAPP9 in which we are facing issue with print jobs, the status of jobs are waiting. We have tried cleaning and print service restart but didn’t worked. Please guide how to troubleshoot.   Thanks Shitanshu Sharan

Hello,I suddenly see this behavior in one of our environments that when I add the MWO_FIELD_SERVICE permission set, the ServiceEngApp projection displays that it does not have any pages associated to it. Due to this, in mobile I’m unable to view any screen. This was working fine previously and I can see this option in other environments.Has anyone faced this issue before and resolved? Maintenance Survey Configured as in Cloud 22R1, 2 days back it was triggering in MWO, but now its not … below is the configuration done e forms connected to workflow config, site also defined after configuration i refreshed the cache, Syn Rule sync, initialized the mobile still not showing up… any steps i missed ?

When the customer press the start work in mobile, it basically takes lot of time before the assignments come back into the my work tile. sometimes it doesn't get created and shows back as in a location. What could be the root cause for this scenario?

I am currently working on integrating a Navigation Menu into the IFS MWO Service mobile app from IFS Cloud. While I've successfully added the menu using the Navigator Designer, I'm facing an issue where the links within the menu are not opening as expected upon clicking.Specifically, I'm trying to open both internal app views and external links within the app itself. However, neither of these actions seems to be working. Internal app views aren't loading, and external links aren't opening either in the app or in an external browser.I've attached a couple of screenshots to help illustrate the situation: Screenshot 1: This showcases the Navigation Menu I've designed using the Navigator Designer. My customer has multiple environments. On one test environment, I was able to successfully put MWO into operation. Now I wanted to do the same for the second environment, but when logging into MWO I get the following error message. And I can't find the difference between the two environments. What exactly does the error point to?  

Hi,We recently upgraded CFG instance to 23R1 from 22R2, we have seen the impact that users having particular permission sets are not able to login into MWO App.it gives error of invalid user and password.we are not sure, what is there in permission set.attached is exported permission set   

We want to add the field “qty to invoice” from the entity “WoPlanSrvQuo” to the service quotation report. But how can we do this?We can add the field on service quotation header, but not on service quotation line.Can someone help?Thank you in advance!

Due to moving from IFS Apps 10 UPD 6 to IFS Apps 10 UPD 7 I have downloaded the latest Print Agent from the Add-Ons and installed it.  Also, added the printers and started without any errors.   However, when printing from IFS the print jobs don’t appear in the IFS Print Monitor.      Any ideas?

I’m attempting to configure Notify Me and I appear to have the basic set-up completed, although I am not receiving push notifications.  Interestingly, when I selected a “Send Notification”, I did receive it.  When looking at the Mobile logs, I see the below error.  Where do I grant the user access to the FndStream and FndStreamExtension?Environment: 23R1Android App version 23.5.870.0

Hello,We utilize work task steps on work tasks to indicate different objects that need to have work performed on them as part of the overall work task. We have some scenarios where certain work task steps aren’t able to be completed during that original work task for various reasons. We’d like to be able to “move” that work task step to a different work task so it could be scheduled with other work. However, each work task step gets locked to the task when it’s created. Is there a reason why work task steps get locked to the work task? Is there a different way to be able to move the work task step? Ideally, we’d be able to move the step to a different task while maintaining the unique step number. If this isn’t possible to do, I can’t see to figure out why a step number has to be locked. We can move tasks to different work orders (under certain conditions), so why are steps always locked? We are running Apps 10 update 13.

Hello all, I added a spare part  to a serial object and than I created maintenance order this serial object but I don’t know how to this spare part purchasing or consuming in maintenance order.Can this spare part be automatically consumed in the maintenance order? Please help me to get any procedure for doing this above activity (or) share reference document.Best regards

Hi all, we are currently using IFS MWO SERVICE 10 App and getting below Failed Transaction and blocking all the transactions syncing into IEE. (Image attachments, status changes etc.)‘The Work Task record has already been changed. Please refresh the record and reenter’ Note: The Mobile User has been working Offline mode and the Backoffice team has not made any changes for the Work Task record.Would you kindly advise what kind of erroneous process the Mobile User has followed to cause such scenario and what's the best way to handle such a Failed Transaction to avoid the successive transactions from the same User (images, Status changes of the same Task record or other Work tasks handling by the same User)Many thanks for your kind advice and thoughts.Best regards,ISD

Hello,Can we include custom attributes from JtTask entity to ‘My Work’ and ‘Work Details’ screen in mobile? The ‘My Work’ screen has ‘JtExecutionInstance’ as the entity. I updated the entity to ‘JtTask’ and was able to add custom fields. But the data is not reflected in mobile.  Similarly, I added custom attributes to ‘Work Details’ screen but unable to view the data.When I check the database viewer in mobile, I can view the values for these fields. Is there something that I’m missing that the values aren’t reflecting in the screens? Please advice.Kind RegardsPriyanka Cecilia

Can a single question in a maintenance survey have multiple qualifying questions? For example in the screenshot below, questions #105 and #106 have a qualifying question of #55, but I would also like for question #97 to be a qualifying question for #105/106. Is this possible?
