Can we get MWO service app usage reports? Are there any that are available out of the box. For one of our customers the issue is that the technicians are not even logging in. So is there a report I can pull out to view basic usage like who all are logging in, when etc.?

There is a Mobile Lobby page that you can configure per App to view this type of information

No, you would have to enable history logging on the installed app/devices entity to get this historical information.
