Can we get MWO service app usage reports? Are there any that are available out of the box. For one of our customers the issue is that the technicians are not even logging in. So is there a report I can pull out to view basic usage like who all are logging in, when etc.?

There is a Mobile Lobby page that you can configure per App to view this type of information

@James Ashmore Thanks a lot for that. Can we also see historical information for these parameters? that is, for example if I need to see who all had logged in yesterday/ for a particular date? Can I view that as well and pull historical data? 

No, you would have to enable history logging on the installed app/devices entity to get this historical information.
