Maintenance Survey Configured as in Cloud 22R1, 2 days back it was triggering in MWO, but now its not … below is the configuration done

 

e forms connected to workflow config, site also defined after configuration i refreshed the cache, Syn Rule sync, initialized the mobile still not showing up… any steps i missed ?

Do you see configuration 4 in the “Applied Workflow” in mobile? Do you have sites defined for it in the sites tab? 

you mean to say that in Workflow config/Action -Survey is made mandatory ? or used in as enabled both tech portal and Mwo

Site i have added in site Tab and the same site i am creating the WO.

is it eforms in Mwo which is not showing means then its not showing in mobile
