Hello Team,

We were adding custom attributes to the mobile screen ‘Work Details’ through developer studio. Later we faced some issue, therefore we reverted back the changes and refreshed server cache. Still when we load the ‘Work Details’ screen, we get an error and the screen doesn’t load in Cloud. The mobile application doesn’t initialize as well. 

 

 

In the Mobile App User Details > Logs screen, we can see this error: 

“Initialize entity data failed: STMTPREPCALL:Can not prepare statement ({? = call ifsapp.Mobile_Client_SYS.Init_Server_Session__(?,?,?,?,?,?,?,?)}). Exception is: IJ031070: Transaction cannot proceed: STATUS_MARKED_ROLLBACK - IJ031070: Transaction cannot proceed: STATUS_MARKED_ROLLBACK”

Is there any other way we can track what causes this issue? Any inputs would be appreciated.

we tried  the steps provided in below post but links doesn’t work.

 


This looks like you need to raise a support case and have this investigate further to find a resolution.
