We are currently implementing MWO on Apps 10 at a customer site. And the customer has so many objects that filtering of object synchronization is desired. Each employee can work on each object from time to time. That's why we can't filter objects for selected employees. Desire is to synchronize object from Work Task and all customer objects of customer from current Work Task. Has anyone done this before or any idea how it could be implemented?
To do this you would have to change the Synchronization Rule on the Equipment Object entities from Grouped Push to Batch. And then you need to add Permission Set Filters that are user specific based on the Work Task and Customer Objects.
The only concern is how big this data set is and how much data changes this would result it.
Perhaps looking at geographical areas and locations of equipment objects and remaining with Grouped Push with User Group specific filters would be better with a large equipment object data set
You can read about the synchronization framework here: Mobile Framework Synchronization Guide (ifs.com)

Hi
you can check on this post
This might help. We had issues on another customer where we are stuck on a very old version of IFS 10. If you are more up to date, this might help you :)
Kind regards,
Tobias
