Hello,In IFS Cloud 25R1, we can reserve materials from a technician’s truck with certain quantities against a Request Work Task in the Service Management module. Using Transport Task in IFS Cloud, we can move the reserved quantity from one technician’s truck to another technician’s truck.We are looking for a similar functionality in MWO (ServiceEngApp) but from the ‘Move Stock’ screen using the ‘Add Transport Task’ functionality, it only allows to move the Available stock from one truck to another truck. It does not show the reserved quantities in a Request Work Task to be moved to another truck. Is there an out of the box method or work around to achieve this scenario? Please let me know.

Hi all,Can we please confirm the expected / recommended approach for using the “Dispatcher attention” style options within the MWO, as there seems to be some overlap between them and we want to make sure we’re using the right one in the right scenario?Specifically, within the MWO we have both: Set Attention On / Off (which sends an alert that attention is required, highlights the Resource in the Gantt chart, and can include an “Attention Note”) and Highlight to Dispatcher (which adds Highlight Text against the Work Assignment, and displays in Dispatch Console / PSO Workbench as an Exception)

Hi all,where can a Package part number actually be used?We trying to use a Package Part in the material Tab of a Request Work Task, but does not seem to work.It cant be added as a sales part in a contract line of a Request Contract as well.Can this somehow be used in anything else than a direct Customer Order?Thanks, 

Hi Team,We are facing an issue in the IFS MWO iOS mobile application.While completing a work order, the customer signature is captured successfully in the iOS app, but when we print or generate the Service Report, the Customer Signature section appears blank / not visible.Note:The same functionality is working correctly in the Windows mobile application.The issue occurs only in the iOS app. Platform: iOS (MWO App) / Client version: 24.1.19.20251203093724.0 Issue: Signature not shown in printed/exported Service Report Observation: Signature is visible in the app but missing in the output report (PDF/print) Has anyone faced this issue before?Attached screenshot for reference.

Hi all, I have a question regarding IFS MWO Services 10 application. This is regarding a dialog box with actions, and it needs to be removed (as a customer request)The Dialog box "Copy information from task" comes with "yes/No/Cancel" actions, every time we tap "Additional Work" in an existing work order. Could this dialog box be removed and set the action to a default of "yes" and process?

Hello,We occasionally run across some issues when Transferring task assignments to a tech’s MWO service app. The tasks are all Transferred to Mobile, but it sometimes gets caught and does not Download to Mobile. I checked if there are some background jobs preventing this...but nothing is currently running. Is there something else I should be checking or is there a task/batch update I can push to force the download to mobile?Thank you in advance

Hello, On work tasks, the inventory transactions are not reversing automatically out of WIP when the task is closed.  Time transactions on the same work task reverse out of WIP automatically when the task is closed.I used the Release WIP To Final Accounts + Check and Update Accounting to manually reverse one of the Inventory lines out of WIP. That worked correctly. Can anyone help with why the Inventory lines are not reversing automatically when the Work Task is set to Finished? Cost code rule settings:   Many thanks. 

Hello,While using the Service module > Work Task screen, we have the option to enter a Fixed Price line for a sales part from the Sales tab. Work TaskWhereas while using the Service Management module > Request Work Task screen, we do not have the option to enter the Fixed Price in the Cost Type dropdown. Is there a reason for removing this option from the list? If so, is there an alternative way to add the fixed price? Please let me know.Request Work Task 

We have recently upgrade to 25R2, and there are few screens added recently Service>Scheduling>Resources, Activities, Map, Assistance but unable to see any data in these screens.I can access the PSO and can see all the resources activities etc but these screens are blank.Any idea on the above, thanks!!  

Hello,We are currently using IFS Cloud 24R2, along with IFS MWO Service.Our Stores have asked whether it is possible for engineers to view media on the MWO for inventory parts in the materials catalogue as they have added a photo of the part on IFS.Is this possible in our versions?If so, can someone please provide some guidance.Thanks

Hi IFS Team,The work task was completed on 28/12/2025 via the mobile work order; however, the status update in the IFS application was delayed by one day.We have an event trigger that executes when the work task status changes to “Completed.” Due to the delay in the status update, the related event trigger for “Sending report to User” was also delayed.Could you please advise on how this issue can be resolved to avoid such delays in the future?

I have encountered an issue with custom fields in the MWO client. When I add an editable custom field under Task Information, I can successfully edit it from the MWO client. However, when I add the same custom field under Customer Information, I am unable to enter any value in that field using the MWO client. Apps for Page Designer MWO Service APP Is this expected behavior, or am I missing a configuration step? How can I make the custom field under Customer Information editable in the MWO client?Thanks Nethmini

When the status of the Manage Maintenance Order was “Work Done,”I marked the associated Event information as “Finish.” At the moment all Event information was marked as “Finish,”the Manage Maintenance Order itself was marked as “Finish,” and the data moved to the Maintenance Order History.Could you please explain the cause of this?*This occurred only once; this issue did not occur with other data.   Mark the relevant event as Finished Finish the remaining events

I can still see the same procedure at the database level, however neither Prepare Work Order nor Conclude Work Order includes the Receive Order Handling option anymore.I do see a similar option called “New / Maintenance Purchase Requisition”, but I am not confident that this fully replaces the old Receive Order Handling process.Our business requirement is the following:If we want to receive an serial object back from a customer for rework, and then process

Hi All, Normally the resource costs are defined in resource groups as standard hourly costs. But there is another place where cost details are entered. That is scheduling resource types.  Are the costs entered here are only for scheduling purposes? Or are these costs override resource group costs? TIA.

Hello,I would like to explain the issue step by step. I created a Work Order and a Work Task, assigned and reported personnel, and issued the required materials. On the Sales tab, I configured the lines as Invoiceable or Not Invoiceable. I created a new Invoice Preview and it was approved. After approval, the lines were transferred to a Customer Order. The Customer Order was delivered, and the line status changed to “Delivered”. Everything works correctly up to this point. The issue occurs when I want to add one more part as an “Invoiceable” line on the Work Task and include all Invoiceable lines in a single invoice: When I try to revoke the order from the Invoice Preview, the background job returns an error because the Customer Order lines are already in Delivered state. How to add custom field in Aurena Native Mobile app?

Hello,In IFS Cloud 25R1, we are seeing issues related to navigation configuration. Using IFS Cloud, we have hidden some of the menu items in MWO application. In the earlier version, when we log into MWO, we were able to see the navigation menu’s in the same order as we have setup in Cloud.But in 25R1, we are able to see the same order in Cloud but in MWO it is being displayed in a different order. Please see the attached screenshots. There is no other context assigned to the service resource, we are only using the ‘global’ context. Is this a bug in 25R1 or is there a work around? Any thoughts would be appreciated.
