Hi, Is there an option to load IFS ai.Copilot in MWO Service or Maintenance applications in 25R1? Or it’s not available in mobile apps yet similar to the main application? Thanks in advance. /Indika

Is these anyone to create a link between work order to several WBS project ?or link between work order task to several WBS project ?

IFS Cloud MWO syncing is not completing consistently. The sync only completes after restarting the Kubernetes cluster. This issue is happening randomly and is not stable. 

Hello,In IFS Cloud 25R1, we can reserve materials from a technician’s truck with certain quantities against a Request Work Task in the Service Management module. Using Transport Task in IFS Cloud, we can move the reserved quantity from one technician’s truck to another technician’s truck.We are looking for a similar functionality in MWO (ServiceEngApp) but from the ‘Move Stock’ screen using the ‘Add Transport Task’ functionality, it only allows to move the Available stock from one truck to another truck. It does not show the reserved quantities in a Request Work Task to be moved to another truck. Is there an out of the box method or work around to achieve this scenario? Please let me know.

ISSUE/QUESTION:When I have some users using MWO Service Classic and some other users using MWO Service, I do not get any push notifications to the device for one of those apps. Hello,This week we went live with IFS Cloud (24R2) and migrated from IFSAPPS9.We experience a lot of issues with mobile users that want to use the Service Engineer App.The initialization process for these users runs into this error: Initialize entity data failed: STMTPREPFAIL:Can not prepare statement ( select distinct F.filter_id, F.granted_filter_type_db from ifsapp.activity_grant_filter F, ifsapp.activity_grant A, ifsapp.fnd_user_role_runtime R where R.identity = ? and R.role = A.role and A.activity_name = ? and A.role = F.permission_set_id(+) and A.activity_name = F.activity_name(+)). Exception is: IJ031070: Transaction cannot proceed: STATUS_ROLLEDBACK - IJ031070: Transaction cannot proceed: STATUS_ROLLEDBACK Looks like there is a data issue, but I'm not able to track down where it comes from and I have no clue what we can do to solve this.Is there anyone who experienced this before or might have a clue how we can fix this?

Hi heros, I am having performance issues using mobile apps. For example, I tried CRM companion with the same mobile phone (model, OS, app version), one is getting 3 minutes to open, and other 60 minutes. Other users try using their cell phones and getting stick and when I try using the same user, I have no problems. Is it any configuration I can do to help with the performance?Thanks, Gianni Neves

Hi, in IFS Apps 10 (Update 6) when transferring a task to mobile from a Work Order, in the Transfer To Mobile window there are 2 checkboxes:Pool Work Order Pool - Keep TaskWhat does “Pool - Keep Task” do, and when would we use it? There is no help topic or other documentation I can find that explains what it does.Transfer to Mobile window in Apps 10. 

I am looking for users in Service that use Call Center Cases as well as Service Managment Requests. Especially for remote support we would like to get some real life experience of what to use when and from that derive proper simple work instructions. E. g.  Customer calls → always create a case → if it leads to an invoice create a Request out of it (in the upcoming releases, the linking will probably be much easier) of alternative Always create a Request → if it needs internal escalation to other departments create a Case out of it, capture the hours on the way and invoice the request at the end.Anyone in a similar situation? Ideally in combination with mobile apps?

Hello,If I create a button in a Request order in cloud itself an it opens google and searches for the customer name. Example:https://www.google.com/search?q=${CustomerId} But, when I try to add a ExternalNavigationLink in the “Apps for Page Designer” page to add a Button in MWO that in this case searches the LocationName in google I get a Null value as result. I tried it with different ${values} but without succes. Does someone have an idea why this is happening ? (pictures below) The final idea is to create a button in mobile to that navigates to a sharepoint website and get directly to the customer folder. So if the LocationName = Customer1 on the worktask they can press the button and go to Sharepoint.com/Customer1

Hi All, When I tried to delete a crew member I get a error message. The member period is already over. Still I cannot delete the resource. The error says about Crew Member Deviation but there is no any deviation related data. Also I have no idea about this resource crew member number. What is that number?Any idea on this error? TIA.

However, we’ve come across an issue with Multiple Choice questions due to the length of our answer options.If the user selects multiple long answers, the answers are being cut off at the end of the second line (see below): Is there any way to make these answers go onto a third line, or have 1 line per answer?Thank YouDaniel

Hello,In IFS Cloud 25R1, there is no direct link (i.e., baseline fields as reference) to copy attachments from a recurring service program to the generated request and work task using Object Connection Transformation in the Service Management module. Is there any other way out of the box we can achieve this functionality? If not, is this part of any of the planned releases? Please let me know.We currently have this feature in PM Actions that it copies the attachments to the generated work order and work task.

Hi everyone, When I create a New Request in MWO, it correctly appears in PSO, but the date/time is incorrect.In IFS Cloud, I noticed that the Planned Start value is not transferred. Hello,In IFS Cloud 25R1 while creating a price rule within service management module, we are able to include the cost type for a certain type only once in the rule. For example: If a material cost type is included for a sales part and if we try to include a second material cost type for another sales part, the system throws an errors stating that ‘Price rule line already exists’. Customers have requirements to enter more than one entry for a specific cost type. Is this a bug or intended feature? Please let me know. 

Hi all, when selecting the Time Type Description and the Cost Category Description in the Page Designer as Attribute in the Time Report and Expense Report Lists the column in the Service Protocol is not populated until the MWO App is initialized again.In case of the Time Type I think there even is no pure Description to select as attribute.Is there a way to utilize the Descriptions that are already loaded in the MWO to not require an initialization to finalize a visit/report?When using the DB Viewer I can see the TimeTypeDesc value in the wo_time_type and the Description in the jt_cost_category.
