The Online Search facility has been added to MWO in 25R2.
However, we do not want to allow our engineers to use this and have been trying to remove the option within the page configuration without success.
i’ve gone through all items that mention Online and disabled them but the option is still being shown!
Please can someone provide guidance how and where I can remove this option.

I’ve gone into Page configuration for the below and attempted to disable all mentions of Online but despite publishing and user re-initializing the field remains:

The Online Search toggle on the My Stock parts list does not appear to be exposed as a separate configurable element in Page Designer. In 25R2, Online Search is part of the My Stock list functionality and is used to retrieve part and stock records that have not been synchronized to the device.
This is why disabling items containing “Online” under Solution Manager > Mobile Apps > Configuration > Apps for Page Designer > Service Engineer > My Stock, followed by publishing and reinitializing, does not remove the toggle shown in the screenshot.
At present, this looks like a configuration limitation in 25R2. I recommend raising an IFS Support case to confirm whether a later Service Update provides a supported visibility control. Otherwise, an enhancement would be required to make the Online Search toggle configurable through Page Designer, workflow configuration, or an application parameter.
