I'm trying to add supporting media (image/document) to a Survey question that technicians need to complete in MWO.
I successfully added the media to the question in IFS Cloud, but when the Survey is opened in MWO, the image is not displayed.

Has anyone implemented a similar scenario? Are there any limitations or additional configurations required to make media visible in MWO Survey questions?
Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!

I don’t think attachments on survey questions are displayed in MWO. You can attach a picture as an answer to a question, but not otherwise.

The practical workaround is to attach the image/document to the task or another MWO supported entity and refer to it from a Statement question. If a technician needs to submit an image, use the Picture question type as Uthpala mentioned.
