Hi, I initially posted this message on this topic, but it might be more appropriate to attempt to solve on a different discussion, since it is another type of error I am encountering. I am installing IFS 10 UPD10 as a demo environment on a Windows virtual machine hosted on Azure.Current setup:Oracle DBv12 IFS 10  UPD10 Self-certificate auto generated by the race packageI have done the process many times and often arrives to the following error… during one day I could launch IFS Aurena and IEE. Once, I shut down the VM, and starting from this point I can not access them anymore and have no idea what it could be.    ERROR SUMMARY              Below is a summary of the errors, details of these errors are listed later in the log.              * Activation of https://vm-root:48080/client/runtime/Ifs.Fnd.Explorer.application resulted in exception.                            Following failure messages were detected:                            + Downloading https://vm-root:48080/client/runtime

We are running Apps10 UPD8.  I’m looking for a way to correct a user error on a Purchase Order. We issues a purchase order to a supplier (qty 1500) that included 7 components shipped on a customer order (using components for Purchase Order).  They made a mistake and did an RMA for qty 13 on 1 component.  The supplier actually received 1500 and built 1500 for us.Now we are trying to receive the PO.  IFS will only let us receive 1487 because it thinks the vendor only has enough components to build 1487.We are trying to figure out how to correct this.  Any ideas?

The problem sent by customer: “ When I open an image from IFS in Windows photo viewer and want to save it as a PDF but with that you can only see the edges of each page in the file (middle does not show). We have a colleague who uses Microsoft document image viewer (2010) where everything opens as normal, however, this is an outdated program and is no longer available for download.Changing the default .Tif viewer to Windows 10 “Photos” app also does not work as only the first page in the .Tif files is shown, even though the file contains several pages. Which program is recommended for use in opening .Tif files in IFS? “

How can it possible? Why the state is null? Because of that, I could not change to released to planned. Have you ever seen that error? And how can I solve it? I don't think changing the table manually is not a good idea.

Issue: In Aurena version, once a supplier payment order is created using BACS payment method it will create the payment file to the Downloads folder in the user's computer and not in the server location - and there is no way to send it to the server location. Please refer the test plan to identify the issue.EnvironmentApp 10 - Aurena VersionsSteps followedIn Aurena version, once a supplier payment order is created using BACS payment method it will create the payment file to the Downloads folder in the user's computer and not in the server location and there is no way to send it to the server location.Expected outcome? Users use the Server Location for payment files for security reasons, and if the file gets created in the users computer, then it's possible for a security breach to take place. Can this be fixed ?

Hi, How can configure to sync all the Inventory part to a Mobile user in Aurena Native apps? Thanks in advance.Regards,Siva Ganesh M

Me again! Hi!I’m not sure the best way to go about this. I tend to over-complicate things! As everyone is aware, app messages write to the FNDCN_Application_Message_TAB. For a very specific type of error, I need an email to go out and say “look at this record - it has an error”. I set up a custom API that writes those very specific messages to a new table. I can set up a scheduled task to run every hour to fill that table, and then set up an email to run when there are new records added, but that would mean getting one email per record, not per incident. One thing failing could affect dozens and dozens of records and write mass amounts of data to the table. I need a way to somehow send every message but not each in its own email.Thoughts?

We have discovered that we cannot enter invoices and use the ‘copy unreceived po lines’ option when the purchase order is centralized.  No lines are returned.  Does anyone have a solution for this?

Does anyone know how to change a serial number on a serial object after it already has history against it?

Hi All, We are in the process of creating new BizApi’s for integration project using Dell Boomi. We are on Apps 9 and are deployed on premise. We are trying to create the project root on premise for our vendor and are facing issues. Semi new to IFS and I have been tasked to track Demand Requisitions from date created through authorization to PO.   Looking to track how long it takes for folks to authorize requisitions basically.  In the past they have been ‘sat on’ and never flowed through the system quickly enough. Can anyone assist with a query that will show me created date, ALL who are required to authorize and the date this was done to PO?   Appreciate any help.

I have been trying to configure alarms to send out notifications when customer support tickets are sitting open with no response for too long. Does anyone have any experience with this feature? I have made sure that the Alarm and escalation services are both running on the server, but I still do not get notifications when calls are left open. Has anyone had success with this?
