When a SA tries to register driving distance, he gets the following error on his mobile. Clicking yes does not help. I also find multiple error records on the server (one for each time he clicks yes):

Created on behalf of a customer.I am looking to find out if there is a way to trigger the output to CSV for:Application Base Setup > General Data > CoordinatorsI can from the context menu, select Output > output to CSV, but I want to output it or “save as” to a location in an automated fashion.can you advise if there is a way to do this? Or is there a way I can trigger the SQL report that generates this? If so, can you provide the SQL code for this report? Can I create a connection from PowerShell or other scripting language, so the output can be used in another process?

Hi,I have the wage code for a sick leave with option ‘Transfer day by day’. And Increment handling with ‘Increments for absence’. The wage code is set up for merge method - With Previous and Next.I added a out absence clocking for last week in Time card- day window and allowed the scheduled task ‘Generate Timrep Intervals and Hours’ to run. Once the job is run and completed. It is in status Ready but there is no any intervals generated in Time card- day window. Is there any specific set up which should trigger to create absence intervals in Time card - day window?

Hello everyone, under APPS10, I wanted to attach a document to a supplier on EE : When I connect to AURENA, no document is displayed:Is it a bug or do I have to manually add lines in the object connections and object connection transformations? Thanks in advance!

Dear Experts, When I was creating the shop order, the below error message stated that Work Center 3 does not contain adequate resources. Could you please help on this matter?

Is it possible to change the Duration of task from minute to daysi found the app param “ENABLE_TASK_DURATION_IN_DAYS” I tried using this. but it still remains same as minutes

Hi, We have apps9.I’m sure we only miss a parameter but sales are not extracted on intrastat report.I already verify our adress on the company and our customers are not intrastat exempt… Can you tell me others requirements which could be missing? Thanks a lot!!                      Chris

Would appreciate if you would share any material to master-scheduling which could be used for a pre-sales demo.

Hi,I understood that in PSO the resources and activities can have one or more regions (to be used in different optimization parameters, like creating hard boundaries with within region multiplier, or the out of region multiplier, etc.). But it is not clear to me exactly which fields in FSM (when the tasks are create in FSM first) are mapped with these two objects in PSO (Resource & Activity), regarding the Regions. Also I will like to understand if the activity multi-regions in PSO is supported by IFS FSM, or only one region per task can be set and sync to the PSO activity. Thanks, Regards,Fernando

Hi all, The configuration of DMS repositories has clear restrictions in IFS Cloud. When configuring DMS repositories, it is no longer possible to set up a repository that points to all document classes * (asterisk). IFS has completely prevented the * from being used here in the standard functionality (methods). The direct application of the Create___ and Modify___ methods also reports back that an * is not allowed. Does IFS has another workaround to make it possible again? Best,Johannes

Hello IFS community,I hope you are doing well. How could I grant access to the External Voucher Assistant? Thanks,JL

Is there a basic data setup that makes the system use Sales Part Cross Reference.  We have recently upgraded to VS10 and did not have to use this in VS8.  How do we stop this error occurring - ORA-20110: ExternalCustOrderLine.CUSTOMERPARTNOERROR: Customer's part number ****** does not exist in sales part cross reference.

Hello, I want to set up some Serial Objects in our Equipment Hierarchy which may be operated, removed, repaired, and re-installed under different Functional Objects. A simple example is a Diesel Particulate filter, which we remove from the machine for cleaning every 1000 hours, place in the warehouse, then re-install on another machine at some later time. The DP filter is scrapped once it has reached 12,500 hours, so it is important we are able to track the operating hours no matter where the filter has been installed. Is there a way that the Serial Object can accumulate the engine hours recorded on the parent Functional Object for the duration which it is installed on this Object? I have not been able to find a way to do this without a great amount of tedium. Hopefully this makes sense, and any help is appreciated! Thanks

HI, Could some please help with below error when run currency reval? thanks,Claudia

Can anyone help?

Hi, I’d like to select all the lines but when I click on the button below, it only selects the default displayed lines (24). There are many other lines that I’d like to select in order to copy and paste somewhere else. Hi, Is there any way to customize user password settings?

We want to set up a dashboard in v15.3.3 to see which employee actually is in a Customer Support order. In what tables and in what fields do we have to look to see what ticket the user currently has opened in this dashboard ?We want that dashboard to replace the current customization we have in v10 were we see the “current User” in the UI

Hi, I am currently working on a project to simulate a signature handling process relating to customer order deliveries. The customer signs for a delivery which marks the order on the IFS Cloud 21r1 platform as delivered but I cannot use the MediaLibraryAttachmentHandling.svc and its end point [PATCH] /MediaItemSet(ItemId={x}) According to Fiddlers traffic logs ( and when a file is inserted via aurena’s UI ).There is an extension of this endpoint ‘/MediaItemSet(ItemId={x})/MediaObject HTTP/1.1’ with RAW data being passed as binary format of a .png image. There is no JSON body being attached as per the IFS API documentation. I am stuck at a point where I cannot understand how I can pass binary data in POSTMAN to this same endpoint. The API documentation isn’t providing any example other helpful instructions as to where the binary gets inserted so it can be passed to IFS’s database. When I copy the application/octet-stream used from the fiddler data, IFS returns a not supported error mess

Hello @Peter Lundgren and others!I am working with a customer who went live with IFSAPP10 UPD7 (IEE only) in 2020 and we have now merged UPD14 to their environments and are performing tests in BnT. When I create a new Inventory Part I got the ORA error ORA-01400: cannot insert NULL into ("IFSAPP"."QMAN_MANDATORY_PART_TAB"."SIMPLIFIED_REV_HANDLING"). I had to add the relevant site to the Quality Basic Data Site, then it works. This was not a problem in UPD7. I notice that when I create a new site the system automatically creates a record in this page but the customer doesn’t have any records here in their TEST and PROD environement so something must have happened between UPD7 and UPD14. It’s of course a work around to add this info in the Quality Basic Data Site but before asking the customer to do so it would be good to know why it is needed. They don’t use QUAMAN although they have it installed. We have found bug id 160770 that seems relevant in this discussion. Anyone have an idea on

Hello All,A customer in IFS Cloud 21R2 has an object connection transformation that connects the media and documents from equipment objects to the work task level as below: They have setup this correctly as when they create a work order and add an object, if we go to the task, we can see the images and documents of the object in Aurena. This means the object connection transformation works fine. However in the mobile, in My Work they do not see these attachments. This should be because in the mobile application we are dealing with JtExecutionInstance not JtTask.I understand that this was a limitation in Apps 10. Is it still the same for IFS Cloud? Are there any workarounds for this?Should we create object connection transformation for JtExecutionInstance as well? Thanks and Best Regards,Ibrahim

Hello friends! We have recently implemented IFS as our new ERP while being a relatively small company - our main activity is distributing products, we do not use the manufacturing module. For us the process of delivering a customer order is a bit too complicated and some automatic functionalities create chaos in the shipment area. When thinking of best solutions to have it all under control, I came to the conclusion that the settings we have now - pick list automatically created - is causing this chaos. I however don’t know how to turn off this function. Anyone here can help out with a simple solution? It is probably easy once you know where to look for it in the navigator :) Thank you! PS. I put this question in Supply Chain sub forum - it’s my first time here, so sorry if this is incorrect! :)
