Shop order WIP on cancelled orders

Hi,

We have some cancelled shop orders with outstanding WIP value.
In our opinion WIP value should be cleared when a shop order is cancelled.

How do we have to deal with it?

We are using IFS APPS10 UPD8.

Hi @MZemp  Please check following points:

  1. Unissue all the material from cancelled shop order
  2. Cancel all the operations
  3. Cancel all the labor clockings

Above things will clear the WIP.

    3. Cancel all the labor clockings

    Many thanks for your feedback.

    Points 1 and 2 were already done.
    However, it was point 3 that we still had to do.
    After the cancellation of the labor clockings the WIP value was cleared.
