Hi.What’s the meaning of the following fields in Labor and Opeararion History window?:Has Transferred Postings Wild Build UP According with the actual configuration this type of data creates an error in the Accounting windows.I can see the errors in Distribution and Manufacturing Postings Analysis window with the status code = 99.I only have erros when the WIP Build Up field is greater than 0.  

I have created a saved search within Search In Context within the Manual Issue Shop Order screen Details tab.        Which produces:         But cannot find anywhere where I can set this Saved Search to be default.     Please advise.

Hi guys,In IFS 9 when we change the field “need date” at shop order, we have a question to update “Planned due date” at CO. Now, IFS Cloud, when change the field “need date”, nothing happens into “planned due date” at CO. Is there any configuration allow we need to do in IFS Cloud to enable this functionality? Gianni Neves

We have a part that is machined on any 1 of 8 different machines. Each machine is its own work center. Each work center is setup as a different alternate routing for the part. When CRP is calculated, load from shop order requisitions will only appear on the work center that’s on the primary routing. This machine/work center always appears overloaded, while the alternates appear to have plenty of capacity, even though the load will be spread across all machines. Is it possible to generate load from shop order requisitions to alternate routings?   Thanks,Eric

Hello together, I have a customer issue regarding App9 IFS Project/Manufacturing. I entered a part in IFS in the project screen on the tab “Demand” to purchase. It showed a part price of 308, 60 € (1) in “Planned costs”.The issue is: the part price is regarding the inventory part tab “cost” 540,80€ (2) (estim. part price/last -/intermediate cost) and 540,77€ (3) part cost per unit. I checked the all part cost calculation tabs, but I can´t find the 308,60€ (1).It is a multisite part, so I check the other sites. Also there is a external operation to produce the part, I also tried to subtract this out, but (1) did not turn out.Does anybody have an idee what still to check resp. where these “planned cost” can come from? Thank you!Regards Markus

Community, I have a MAKE part would use production line level production. I have an issue, this part, I have to make it qty 1 at each shop order. but Production Line Management does not consider this parameter in Inventory Part Planning Data settings, only MRP does. Planning Data qty 1 on each shop order Production Line Management generated SR as per line rate qty 200/day if we use back to MRP, it does split to qty 1 each in SR, but how we to control the level production, this is also a challenge. thoughts?

Hi community,Looking for your suggestions on the following.One of IFS customer has raise their concern as the tracked structure solution in Shop Floor Workbench in IFS Cloud is not providing the needed support for them.Their production is based on traceability (Lot/Batch or Serial No) and every product produced by the company is marked with product number and serial/lot batch. Therefore, getting a readable reference on the serials produced in a Shop Order is important to their production.In IFS Cloud, scaling a Shop order in lot size or having a serial contain a lot of sub materials/assemblies has made the tracked structure unreadable to the customer.Refer to the following screen capture from IFS Cloud,In order to get to the needed information in IFS Cloud they have to scroll down and marking 25 unique serials.The customer requirement is to have the same capabilities as they had in Apps9 since it gives the following benefits to the customerEasy view the serials Improves the navigation

One of customer is asking the possibility of deleting “Cancelled” Non-Conformance Correction Lines in Aurena.We can see only cancel option is there which will keep correction lines as “Cancelled”.Is there any way we can delete “Cancelled” correction lines?Why “Delete” option is not available?

Hi allI would like to create a Repair Shop order but First I wan to create a Shop Order Requisition then Convert Shop Order Requisition to Repair Shop Order, Is This scenario Possible in Ifs? If Answer Is yes, how could I convert Shop Order requisition To Repair Shop Order? 

  1 :1.) I made the Title for the item dynamic with the # TODAY # command.2.) Can we give a parametric value to the field which is the item?3.) Can a dynamic value be assigned to lobby elements with lobby tools as in the title? For example, write the month automatically. As far as I researched, while the page title is dynamic, the lobby elements are not 

From the documentation I found out that CRMObjectAccess entity was removed from IFS Cloud. Does anyone know if the functionality of this entity, exist (renamed or any other way) in IFS Cloud? My requirement is to implement the same functionality in IFS Could. Therefore, appreciate your points on this.

Hello Ifs Community,  I understood that the Due date of a sub level Dop Ordre is always planned to meet the parent Dop Ordrer Start Date even if it's not needed until a later operation on that order.But when a the Dop Structure is released and the pegged shop orders are created, could the functionnality "update dates from supply" be used to update the Dop Order "due date" from the pegged shop orders "required date"? If yes,- what is the différence between update dates from supply -> "order" and update dates from supply "branch"?- what are the right settings nécessaire for this functionnality ? (Default supply type? Dop update pegged so? Etc.? Because when i click on "update dates from supply", nothing happens on the Due dates..  Thanks for tour help. Kind regards,  

Hello Community,Good Day..!!We are using IFS 9. We have found one issue for the Inventory parts revisions. Suppose there are 9 revisions created for a Part then we can see that all the 6 revisions are showing active. Due to this system is considering the very 1st revision while considering the component parts from the Bill of material.All the 08 revision are phase out then also this is happening and to avoid it we need to cancel all the earlier revisions which were in the Plannable state to canceled state then only the last revision getting considered by the system. Can you please guide why erlier revision are get activated. For all the parts this has happened.  

Hi,I have a doubt about Cost Calculation- All Parts. I know that the All Parts-Cost Calculation  calculates costs for  multiple Parts at one time.My doubt is: does it calculates cost for multiple purchased or manufactured parts at the same time? Thanks 

We have MS Level 1 parts that are manufactured and many that are purchased (finished goods).All have a demand time of 2 days.MS Level 1 parts that are manufactured have a planning time fence of 20 days, and the planning time fence of those that are purchased reflect the purchase lead times of the parts, typically 50+ days, many above 100 days.For manufactured parts we tend to set a production plan for the next 3 weeks, and will not change the forecast in the planning time fence.For purchased parts with such a long lead time (planning time fence) we believe that we should make changes to the forecast if we expect that demand will change. By making such changes and being able to see the forecast in the planning time fence we would be able to communicate risks, such as when we see we will go into negative on-hand, and we may be able to act to expedite purchase orders, for example choosing a faster mode of transport.What is the best practice for managing the planning time fence and forecas

Hi All,I have been testing the Detailed Transfer functionality, but am not able to add any new parts.I can delete parts and change quantity, but not add parts.Are there any other prerequisites to enable this functionality, what am I overlooking?!Any help appreciated :)Thanks,Wade

Has anyone managed to insert a fixed schedule delay between the completion of a component part shop order and the start of the parent part shop order where it is consumed?My scenario is that I want to ensure that the component part shop orders are completed ahead of when they are being demanded. I don’t want them planned to complete one day before the parent part shop order starts. In effect, I want to build slack into the manufacturing schedule created by MRP.I thought of making the component routing have a longer machine time than I need to build it, which might work but it wouldn’t be obvious looking at the dates. But I’d be interested if anyone else has tried to do this and been successful.Thanks!

I am trying to execute a site to site transport task. I am getting an error message “PART REVISON 1 ON THE SUPPLY SITE CORRESPONDS TO ENGINEERING REVISION B. THERE IS NO PART REVISION ON THE DEMAND SITE THAT CORRESPONDS TO ENGINEERING REVISIONS B AND THEREFORE THE TRANSFER IS NOT ALLOWED”.I checked and the part on both sites have the same information. What am I missing?

Hi all,does anybody have the practical expirience with UoM different than hours on the level of Work Center? How does it work together with UoM of the manufactured part? What is the impact on the lead time? Is there any documentation on this topic (not just describing that you can fill here different UoM than Hours which is the default)? Is there any typical industry where this setup can be applied?Currently on IFS Cloud 22R2, but accepting any information independently on IFS version:), wondering what was the idea behind in RnD, looking for an acceleration and a decision (applicable vs useless) on this topic and not having so much time to study PLSQL source codes.Thanks in advance.With kind regards,Zdenek

Hello,There is a connected control plan for any product in the shop order. This shop order has been canceled as a result of the analysis. We want to re-analyze. How can we do this? The relevant picture is attached.
