Following the documentation  Create Parquet Data Sources - Technical Documentation For IFS CloudWe can choose a view, send the parquet file to our Azure datalake, but no data gets transferred. Works fine with tables. Does anyone know which user creates the parquet files? Can it be a permissions issue? Any hints? Thank you!

Problem:I have a lot of instant invoices to make. So I made a few migration jobs to assist with this. I can create a header, add lines, add tax lines, this all goes well.There are 2 problemsThe account isn't set when creating the line There's also supposed to be postings created in the background, these are not created and I can't really find a way to create them. There's a Create_postings function in the INSTANT_INVOICE_API, but it's private, so you can't use it outside it's intended purpose. I've looked past many INSTANT_INVOICE related API packages, but I can't find how to trigger the create posting method. Does anyone have experience with this specific topic?

Is there a way to determine if a user logged in using OIDC vs their FSM person_id and password?

Hello everyone,We are facing recurring workflow errors in IFS Cloud when users perform updates from the Aurena Native Maintenance Mobile App.ContextWe have a workflow triggered on ActiveWorkOrder when a specific text field (e.g. Directive) is updated.Everything works fine when the update is done from Aurena Web (UAT).However, when the same action is performed from the Mobile App, the transaction fails and appears as “Failed Mobile Transaction” in the Mobility Queue.Observations The workflow executes correctly from the web UI. Dear IFS Community,  You may have some idea and can guide me into the right direction about the basic process regarding the following. We are in Apps10 UPD21 We don’t use the Demand / Misc. Parts intentionally on Project Activity, means when I asked around nobody added lines manually to this window. However we realized we have lot of lines in the db table (PROJECT_MISC_PROCUREMENT_tab) and we saw lines on the window for different projects. Also I saw some lines - looks like - generated by some “service” users we are using in some interface, means that line is not generated by any real user.   I went through a basic process in our standard environment but even if I connected a purchase requisition or purchase order to a project activity, I didn’t see here that line.  Do you hav

Hi,When creating a New Supplier Payment Proposal, it is including suppliers with the incorrect payment methods.We only want suppliers with BACS payment methods, but we need POAs included.IFS is picking up POAs on suppliers that do not have the BACS payment method.Is there any other parameters in the background that would need to be set to prevent this from happening?This worked correctly until we installed an update on our IFS system.Thank you,John

Hello!I´m trying to setup internal trade and have succesfully done the entire process but then I realised that I would like to have automatic receiving of goods at the buying company. The internal trade in thsi case means that the buying company picks up the goods at the sellers warehouse so when the selling company does the delivery in IFS Cloud I would like to have the goods automatically received on the buying companys side. I´ve setupo the DIRDEL message but what triggers it? Thanks for your advice, I feel a bit lost :) RegardsEmma

Activities that affect tool availability come from many parts of the solution.  Currently, when a person is looking to see the overall demand and supply for tools, they need to build a complicated CRIM. Demand Signals:- Tool Demand from Manufacturing, Component Repair Shops, Complex Assembly Repair Shops, and Airframe Repair Shops. In the Project Navigator, when a line is added in the Demand tab, two lines are automatically created in the Activity -> Cost tab with line IDs L01 and S01.Could anyone please help explain:From where these two cost lines are generated? Which configuration, rule, or process is responsible for creating both L01 and S01? Loading large CAMT files (e.g., 6.6 MB containing 12,500 transaction lines and approximately 521,000 rows) into IFS Cloud 25R1 SU3 is currently not possible. When attempting this with the “Allow Automatic Matching” toggle enabled, the process fails with the error:ORA-20124: Error.NULLVALUE: Field [LOAD_FILE_ID] is mandatory for Ext File Log and requires a valueDisabling the toggle avoids the error, but this forces manual matching—a highly time‑consuming process that is impractical for customers handling large volumes of transactions.IFS R&D has provided a workaround: The “Allow Automatic Matching” toggle must be turned off. A new button has been introduced in External Payment Details: “Check and Match all items in background”. This runs the matching process as a background job.

Hi,Is there a way to enable a function similar to price limits in Request Contracts? I am looking to create a contract line where the works are free of charge only if it is under a certain cost. e.g. $4000. If it exceeds $4000, the the works can be invoiced to the customer.  Thanks in advance.

The IFS Cloud Service module does not include a way to print "Survey Answers" from the IFS MWO Service app.This means Customers need to MOD the code go through creating a new report process ( i.e. creating report packages and views) even if it is a small configuration.Has anyone managed to meet these requirements without a Modification?Many thanks 

Hi,Our requirement is to add products to a contract so that we can schedule regular and ad-hoc servicing of the products.We have imported Request Contracts and Equipment Objects but would like advice on how to import Contract Lines to link the Equipment Objects to the Request Contracts. It looks like we need to import to psc_product_service_item and psc_contr_product but I feel that there is more to it than this.Any help much appreciated.
