In Wise, while trying to load the Resource Data. getting this below error, can anyone suggest on this ?

In Event i see error as ‘An error occured on the workbench client (client id -).’

actually its an Error. i was not having access to see the details… now i can fetch the error

Could you please copy the whole message? Or, even better, check the Windows Events of the PSO application reporting the error. Sometimes the message in the PSO Events is cut-off.

Thanks! Which PSO version are you using? There are some fixes included for WISE in 6.17.0.28:

PSW   PSO-7099        Fixed an issue with importing resource planning data in WISE

PSW   PSO-6683        Resolved an issue where WISE data import failed due to client local storage being out of sync with the database.

 

Not sure, if they might be related to your problem depending on the version you are using. You could also raise a support case for further assitance on the issue.

We are in Version 6.16.0.79. let me upgrade it and see it works … thanks for your information
