Ad-hoc purchases in MWO

Did you enable the user for adhoc-purchasing?

You mean Allow Ad-hoc purchasing for the user? That is set to Yes 

I recently repeated the steps from IFS Cloud - MWO Service demystified (24R2) | IFS Community and it did work for me. IFS Cloud 24.2.2.

Is there any special permissions to be granted? any relation to MWO app version? My current version is 25.2.1419

I’m only aware of the Purchasing Security Group. Did you check the log, MWO-side and server-side?

​@XitSriniJ not sure if this is still an issue for you, but please know that Ad-Hoc Purchases work only with mWO Service. I see in your document you’re using mWO Maintenance. I guess that why it’s not working for you.
