Hello all, When a Shop Floor Employee logs in, the user is automatically identified and logged in as that employee. Is there an option to log in as the employee’s default team instead of the individual employee in the Shop Floor Workbench?  Kind regards, Willem 

We have a scenario where employees will work on two operations which are on the same Shop Order, at the same time.  We would like the time split either in half or split based on operations run time Units/Hr of each operation.It does not matter if they Select both Operations, then Start Prod and when completed, Select both Operations, then Stop Production/Approve, it still reports the same amount of time on both Operations, doubling the time.  Example:  Employee works 2 hours to do both operations, simultaneously.  The results are each operations shows 2 hours of labor time for both operations, but it should be 1 hour labor time for each.Is there somehow that we can set up the Operation, Work Center, etc to make this happen?We are on 24R1TYIA,Joy

Hi, in earlier releases I was able to send an XML message to ‘int/soapgateway’. Via routing rules I could route this XML message to a PL/SQL function. Now I tried it again in 25R1 release and I always receive an errorCannot Create JSON Object: A JSONObject text must begin with '{' at 1 [character 2 line 1] Can it be that XML messages are no longer supported by soapgateway?

Hi everyone,I am having a problem with receiving project inventory.Here is the situation:There are 3 different projects that all need the same part at the same time. Because of this, PMRP creates: 3 purchase requisitions 3 purchase order lines 3 separate receipts for the same item When the parts are received, they first go to an arrival/inspection location.After inspection, the warehouse team needs to scan the items and move them to the final stock location (the default location). The customer wants to use scanners to reduce errors.The problem is that because there are 3 separate receipts, the warehouse team has to do the putaway process 3 times for the same item.I suggested using standard inventory: Move the items to the final stock location first Then transfer the inventory to the projects However, the customer wants to track the PO and inventory from the purchase requisition stage from the project, so they do not want to use this approach.We also tried the following: From Clou

Hi All - please can someone help me with my self service\my personal information in Cloud 23R2.I have a dummy user/person/employee called director.This user has valid personal data (private contact information in this example - but there is also work contact info, related persons and documents) They also have a valid assignment with an access role assignedaccess role is configured as belowaccess roleThe company property fields include a valid YES record for the “SELFACCESS - Allow Access to Myself” property When logged on as this user, it is possible to create an absence request, my employment information screen, and my calendar works ok too. BUT - it is not possible to view the data in my personal information screen (nor the my personal information change screen)Please can someone help me to identify what is going wrong here?Edit - if I grant the director user HR Application Manager Access, the my personal information screen populates as expected.Many thanks in advanceDave 

When in a Consolidation Master Company, I need to map the Inter-Company and Currency code parts of the Reporting Entities to the additional code parts K (Counter part One) & M (Curr Code).But when I try I get the error shown below: I get the same error on the Curr Code mapping.  IFS Help from 24R1 reads as follows:Code Part Mapping gives total flexibility in defining which accounting dimensions (code parts) that should be included in the reporting from a reporting company to a master company, as well as against which master company dimension it should be mapped. Hello,Our customer order line has an associated charge: Line price: 150 Additional charge: 100  When the customer order line is delivered, a new line is created on the Outstanding Sales page. However, this new line does not include the charge in its price.  As a result, when creating interim sales voucher, the system takes only the base line price (excluding the charge).  How can we ensure that the charge amount is included in the price used for the sales voucher?  Thank youKind Regards

Good morning.  I would appreciate input/suggestions wrt the following: we have a business requirement wrt the Hazards in the Risk Assessment (Health & Safety module).  Requirement is to not just list the Hazards relevant to the Risk Assessment, but to show that all Hazards Types have been considered and then confirm which ones are relevant to the specific Risk Assessment by means of some answer i.e Yes/No.  The requirement relates specifically to H & S Risk Assessments done for Projects.Control Measures - Safety Actions in the Risk Assessment come from Safety Action Basic Data which does not allow for Questions and Answers as is the case for Safety Questions and Answers in Safety Inspection Basic Data.Any suggestions as to how the business requirement can be achieved, if possible?Thank you.Anya

Why does IFS not provide the basic Macros in new installations?Is anybody able to share the standard Word and Excel Macros that IFS use in their sales demonstrations?

IFS Cloud 25R1, IFS MwO Maintenance 25.3.1443.0Serial Parts added onto a material line and Reserved on a Work Task.The Work Task is assigned to a Resource and Trasferred to mobile.I am unable to issue the reserved material in the work task using MwO. When I try to Issue the materials for the Work Task on MWO, I get the following message : Part Reservation is not available to Issue. Use Planned Material to issue the part instead. On the Technician Portal , I am able to issue the reserved materials on the the work task. Has anyone faced this issue before ? 

Hi I am trying to activate the fixed asset but value is showing as 0, when I tried to troubleshoot found that the invoice value is getting null for FA account due to same account is getting debited and credited with same value. Please help in resolving this. I have also setup the FAP1,FAP5,FAP2 etc..

In non-project environments I’m used to seeing the inventory expiration events show in IPAP, but I’m not seeing it in our project based environment. Is this normal? They show up in the Open Supply and Demand orders window and the MRP Information but not IPAP. We are on Apps 10 Update 22    

Hi IFS Community! Someone at one of my customers has been modifying a series of important IFS Base Profiles, causing a lot of ruckus with their install. Does anyone know what the Activity or Presentation Object that is responsible for granting access to this feature?I’m currently presuming that the Activity ManageUserProfile, maybe UserProfileAdministratorOptions, are the ones responsible for it, but would like confirmation before I go messing with Permission Sets.As always, many thanks, and let me know if you have any clarifying questions!Regards,Randy

Hello, Why in the IPAP we find in need both “Customer Schedule Forecast” and “Master Schedule Unconsommed Forecast”.  Do you have any explanation ? Because on the IPAP, the projected quantity is completely false.We work with IFS CLOUD-25R1.

Hi community. In IFS Cloud you can use shop order process types for manufactoring inventory parts for create the shop order, release the shop order and reserve the material from the shop order automatically.Now I wanna create the shop order report and print it automatically. There is no standard function in IFS Cloud 25R2. Right? I think I could use a custom event with an action with workflow. I have never worked with workflows in IFS Cloud. I have tried to design it with 2 IFS API tasks. But I have no idea, how to set the parameters. Maybe there is an easier way. I hope someone can help me ^^
