Hello,I’m looking for guidance on an issue I’m encountering with PMRP and the use of standard inventory.I have a project configured to use standard inventory and to automatically generate MTRs. The parts involved are within their lead times, and I’ve confirmed that MTR creation should be possible. However, when I run PMRP by Activity for the entire project (leaving Activity Sequence blank), only one activity receives an MTR. The other three activities generate purchase requisitions instead—even though I know sufficient excess exists in standard inventory.If I run PMRP on each activity individually, or if I use a Planned Netting Group, all activities generate the expected MTRs. This leads me to believe that when PMRP is executed for the full project, only the final activity processed is considered for standard inventory availability.Has anyone experienced this behavior or know what configuration or process I might be overlooking?Tha

We have an issue where a part has been set up on different sites, but the Inventory UoM is different on each site.  This is causing a problem when trying to return stock that was sent out from a Bonded site but is to be returned to a Duty Paid Site.  Below is the detail of the part that is set up incorrectly across the different sites.The correct UoM is CS6 which should have been used, not CS3 Overview screen showing the sites and differences in set up.  We have an RMA that has been created where the stock was dispatched from PEBAU but is being returned to PEPAU.  We cannot complete this RMA as when we enter the Qty to return on the originating RMA, the volume to retur

I’m currently unable to complete the POD matching process for the customer. When the order was generated, one line was deleted and replaced due to an incorrect process. As a result, the customer will not accept the POD match, and the invoice cannot be generated.I attempted a manual match for the line item 4 as shown on the screen, but the OK button remains disabled.Appreciate if anyone got an idea how to help push this through. Thanks

I have a line on a CO that has a supply code of ‘Project’Normally we would create a purchase requisition on the project to drive demand for the part to be purchased, however due to annual leave and permission sets we are unable to. Am I able to create a manual purchase requisition and peg it into the project at a later date? If not, is there a way to drive demand while we wait for the project manager to return from annual leave?

Hello,My customer would like to either: send a PO by email using the RMB “Send Email” option to the contact email defined on the PO (standard behavior), or send the PO to a one-time email address that is not stored in the supplier master data. I tested printing the PO and manually entering an email address on the pop up appearing. This works from a technical standpoint; however, the email sent is the standard IFS email, without any of the customized text (e.g. “Dear [Supplier_NO], please find attached PO [PO_ID] …”).Could you please advise on how to achieve this requirement while keeping the customized email content?Best regards,Laura

I am calling the ReceiveEinvoiceService to import External Supplier Invoices into IFS.  I would like to send tax information per invoice line.  For each invoice line, I want to specify multiple tax percentages to be applied.  Below is a sample of the Tax Information for an individual Line in IFS.  I can specify multiple tax percentages for it.  It looks like the api request for this endpoint has an array of taxes I can provide.  I can specify the MessageLine and TaxRatePercent for the tax, but sadly not the Tax Code.  I am hoping that if I provide the tax percents that the Tax Codes would be automatically filled in based on the Supplier. I have tried only specify the taxes inside of the tax array, but ifs shows the following error: Invoice lines Tax Amount should not be a null value for Invoi

I have encountered an issue with custom fields in the MWO client. When I add an editable custom field under Task Information, I can successfully edit it from the MWO client. However, when I add the same custom field under Customer Information, I am unable to enter any value in that field using the MWO client. Apps for Page Designer MWO Service APP Is this expected behavior, or am I missing a configuration step? Hi, the company I work for have a repair / rework process where we get back an item from a customer that needs repairs. To make sure that we have received it and tracking where the item is physically, we use a return order to receive it back to stock and after the repair is done, we ship it out on a customer order to the same customer. As the item should be repaired and then sent back, the return and customer order, is set at zero cost to the part number. However while in stock, the item has a inventory value which causes issues for our finance department, specially if the item is in stock in two different periods. To update the process we had a thought of returning the item to stock as Customer Owned instead as it technically already is customer owned as well. The issue we are having is that in our Return Material Authorization on part line level, we don’t have the option to set the ownership on the return. After checking through the community and readin

Cloud 22.2.4.In the Purchase Requisition Lines page and Customer Order Lines page, and possibly other pages, there are two search attributes labelled as ‘Site’. This is causing confusion as it is not clear which attribute to use for searching for records in a user’s site. Is this a bug?
