How to duplicate a purchase requisition (e.g. a recurring requisition with many lines) Supplier delivery scheduleApply a delivery schedule to suppliers. This schedule is taken into account in the expression of requirements on DAs – Possible on Cloud ?Can they update SFPP (Supplier For Purchase Part) prices ? Hi, we have a requirement to update existing Customer Orders in IFS with a new External Transport Leadtime via a migration job. When we update this manually in Apps10, the Planned Ship Date is updated on each Customer Order Line, and a dialog box pops up to allow us to replicate the changes to any pegged orders.When I update the leadtime in the migration job, the Planned Ship Date is updated successfully on all Customer Order Lines, but the changes are not replicated to pegged orders. In Posting Proposal there is a RMB > Final Invoice PostingFinance only want the user to be able to able to RMB > Final Invoice Post when the Supplier Invoice has been attached.Any ideas on how this can be achieved, if at all?Thank you.

Hi BR experts,Could you please advise me on the following issue?When the customer orders the BR report, they get an empty report.But when I order the same report I get the report with data.To investigate the problem, I removed filters from the report one by one, until only the company filter remained. The filter looks like this: DIM_COMPANY.CODE IN &CompanyI defined it with a parameter Company with the default value: 8031,8111,8114,8115. The report appears empty, but when I change the filter to:DIM_COMPANY.CODE IN '8031','8111','8114','8115'with hardcoded values, the report shows data. Have you encountered such an issue? Do you know any solution or workaround on how to define a filter with a multi value parameter so that the report displays data?I would be grateful for any suggestions.Best regards,Adam

Hi,I am trying to create a task with mass insert and then want to use the newly created task id from mass insert to update the existing the record.But when i am taking the newly created task id reference in mass update through xpath_node, xml is running but field is not updating.<perform_batch><perform_mass_insert result name = “New task”>//Task creation code</perform_mass_insert><mass_update_table_name><user_def1 xpath_node = “//Newtask/task/task_id” /> --Here this field not updating</mass_update_table_name> Please suggest.

Can we create an excel output from Order report? If yes, how is this achieved.

I have received a new SSL certificate along with the Private Key but every time I try to upload the certificate it requests a password.  One wasn’t provided.  Is there a way to load the SSL certificate and private key into Certlm.msc without the password.  Just wondering if I can load the SSL certificate and private key whether I could then export the loaded certificate and create a password that could then be used in the IFS installer.cmd or F1mage.exe. Thanking you in advance for your advice.

We have cloned the DEV environment from the PRD database and recreated the IFS Middleware for the DEV environment. I have a navigationLink in a custom page and it does take me to the desired page with the search filters in place but is like the search is not being executed, i still see the previous search.Here it is an example The search values are coming from my custom page and are correct but i have to manually click the search buttonAfter i click the search button i can see the propper record but now if i select another record from my custom page the new values in the search will be updated but the record being shown still the same as previous screenshot

We have a CTO Part that is large and when completed will not fit onto a single mode of transportation.Can we, once received on the Shop Order, disassemble into shipping handling units (i.e.4) and then ship each of the shipping handling units as separate shipments with Customer Oder Quantity of 1 or how can we ship on four trucks at .25 for each shipment?Other suggestions?

Hi, We got few suppliers with delivery dates for specific days of week. Is it possible to set up IFS to create purchase order requisition only for specific days of week? So far I do not see that option in Cloud.  Thank you, Lukasz   

Hi Team, This is related to a warehouse which is set as a remote warehouse. in this there are 2 picking locations exists, one is 25DO and other is 25L. when we set the drop off location to 25DO and run the transport task, system is created a transport task but without considering the forward to location and when we execute this, new transport task line is not created automatically. And if we set the drop off location to 25L instead to 25DO, system is working as expected. When we create manual transport task, system is working as expected.Do anyone have any idea why this happened?    

HiDoes IFS have any kind of approval process for changes to supplier bank accounts. We are searching for a method, where two users must approve a change of a bank account, before it is being valid to use.

I am trying to pare down what an LTU licensed Shop Floor User can see when they log into IFS.  I have created a context in which the user cannot see anything on the left nav bar except for the Shop Floor Work Bench, and then I want to create another context in which the user can only see certain command buttons on the Workbench screen.  Can a user have more than 1 context assigned to them, and if so, does one take priority over another?  How many contexts can a user have?

There seems to be two areas for basic data for Contact Roles within IFSCloud 23.1.11. Relationship Management > Customer Relationship Management > Basic Data > CRM Contact RolesandApplication Base Setup > Enterprise > Basic Data > Contact Roles What is the purpose of the two datasets? Within Customer Contacts, role can be selected and this considers Basic Data. Within Sales Quotation process role can be selected and this considers CRM Contact Roles. I’d expect both to consider the same dataset.

In our metal shop, we’re attempting to optimize raw material by producing parts that will consume full steel sheets. As an example, if we are producing A123, Quantity 50, we want to automatically produce Quantity 50 of B123. These two parts/quantities can be produced on one sheet of sheet. We looked at the byproduct receipt function, however we do not think that will work. To us, the byproduct receipt function is more for donuts and donut holes. If you are making a donut, you simply punch out the center and you have your finished product. Hi All,From a customer, I received a requirement for organize a fixed delivery day from the supplier. Suppose for a supplier the fixed delivery day is marked on Wednesday, they want to realise the following:MRP must be create Purchase Requisition for this supplier with a Wanted delivery date always on a Wednesday.  If the supply date is in week 10 - Tuesday, the system must calculate forwards to give a purchase requisitions with wanted delivery date on week 9 - Wednesday.I checked the route ID but this is only related to the customer orders.Does anyone have an idea how to solve this in standard ifs?
