Dear All,I need to export some data from an operational report (standard report designer report).The quick report I created with the below query is not giving me data.select * from <report_id> where result_key = <result_key> https://community.ifs.com/framework-experience-infrastructure-cloud-integration-dev-tools-50/need-to-extract-excel-format-from-ifs-pdf-file-8042?postid=27880#post27880 I can see the record in Report Archive and I can open the document and XML. But the data is not available in XXX_XXX_XXX_REP for that result key.I would appreciate if someone can assist me with this.Application service update: 23.1.6Thank you in Advance!

I am not able to see the invoice in Project transaction screen after executing automatic forward supplier Invoices, please any suggestion,  why and at what kind of situation will face this issue

Hi,We call a custom api in our workflow. It works as expected; but if even there is error. It shows successfull message to the user. When we inspect workflow we can see the exact error. How can we show this exact error (either generated by IFS or by us in the custom api by error_sys) to the user in the workflow? we can add failure end event to the workflow but it always give the same error. It does not show the exact error.   

One of our customers makes the delivery more products from one of Customer Order. The deliveries are performed from more supply countries. In each of the countries, the customer is VAT registered.Change of the supply country is needed to be performed after the Customer Order creation. It’s not known in advance.How to set up the Customer Order to be able the following invoices will have a different VAT ID, according to the supply country? In the standard, as I know, is possible to specify the supply country just on the Customer Order Header. Can anybody have the experience with them? Thank you for the help in advance.Pavel

When we scrap material on a shop order operation, the  “Scrapping in Operation” transaction is only pulling through the labour component of the scrapped part.  From what i have seen all the cost buckets that make the unit cost of the part including the material should be included. We have rolled up the part cost and everything appears as it should be elsewhere.  How do we configure the system so it pulls the material components into the scrapping in Operation transaction? Any advise would be appreciated.

Dear Community, Does anyone know if it is possible to create a Command button to navigate to an assistant? I know we can do this from a lobby, but I want to add a button on the Incidents List page to create a new incident with the Assistant. I had considered using an external URL navigation to the full http path, but that seems counter intuitive. Any ideas? David.

Hi,Recently we had a customer where  documents in the document_ticket_temp path are getting piled up drastically. These files are not with the usual file naming format. But formed with different characters. Ex:9fa28a97-0248-4d49-8c1a-d91d04a38cc2 with type “File”. These files are not getting deleted, but daily hundreds of these types of files are accumulating.  Unfortunately, still we were not able to find from where these files are coming.  We checked ‘Application Messages’ at the same time that the documents are getting generated inside the Temp path. Then checked whether any integrations are dealing with this. No clue for this was found.  Took an IFS_HOME dump to see whether we would get any help.Has any of you experienced  these types of issues, where “9fa28a97-0248-4d49-8c1a-d91d04a38cc2” randomly named files are getting generated but not getting deleted inside the documen

Hi Admin team, Since the beginning of this year, all the contents of the posts on the community have been blocked for me. They are covered by block of plain colour patch like purple. Not sure whether just me get this issue or same to some of the members. Is this issue related to expiry of my membership or not?

Hi All, One of our customers would like to connect an existing SQL server data warehouse to their IFS Cloud.  What would be the best approach to do this?We are looking into solutions like, using the APIs, information sources or using IFSINFO user combined with IALs  but haven’t figured out a recommendation from IFS to do this. Thank you all for your input.

However, if there is a need to get separate work lists for each trigger type,.how to configure the system to assign different work templates for accumulated and limit triggers, ensuring each work order reflects the appropriate maintenance actions?Your assistance would be much appreciated.

Good morning, We have an issue with the Difference between actual revenue and recognized revenue, GP23/GP25 do not kick in when we have capitalized revenue, but recognized revenue = 0.We work with IFS 10 UPD 16, does anybody know if the issue was corrected in later updates? Thanks,Cora

Hi, Is there a way to link a sales part (inventory or non-inventory) to an income type for tax withholding puposes? Scenario: The customer is setup with withholding tax, but only some services/parts are subject to withholding taxes. I would like to default the withholdong taxes using two criteria: 1- the customer setup and 2- sales part setup. However, it seems I can only define the withholding tax at the customer level.  Note: I tried tax classes but tax withholding are not available here.Thanks

One of our users has experienced this but I am unable to recreate this scenario.  I have added up to 10 replacement parts, .e.g. Part A replaced by Part B, Part B replaced by Part C but still haven’t been able to determine the tipping point.  Thanks in advance

How do you handle the costs for different time types when using Resource Groups and Job Rate Management?For example, we have a Resource Group ‘Engineers’ which allow you to add one cost value and sales part value.  We then assign work to engineers within that resource group via Mobile Work Order.When the engineer books their time they select one of the following time types - Standard, 1.5x, 2x, depending on their contractual hours.How does the costs associated with those time types get added to the work order if the resource group only has one cost assigned to it?  Similarly, how does the sales part relating to the time type get added to the work order to ensure the customer is charged the appropriate rate?

We have a situation where a customer prefers to pay under a single invoice name. To accommodate this, we need to consolidate all their prices under one price list. However, since they have different prices for the same items at different plants, we need to assign four different prices to the same items. Unfortunately, the sales price list only allows us to set a single price per part, or two prices if the part is listed in two different currencies. The differences in prices are the shipping prices if that helps anything.

What is the difference between Approved and Released status for Document Revision?Document Revision once Approved can no longer be edited. What is the purpose / reason for then having to change the status to Released? Is there any harm / functionality misses in leaving a Document Revision in status Approved?
