Question

Time report-automatic clock entry between work started to completed

Forum|alt.badge.img+11

Hi

For a task, the time difference between work started & completed is automatically clocked & gets filled in time reports. I need to manually go to work task clockings & delete it. Is there a way to avoid getting entry for it?

I need to show only the time which is manually filled by FSE.

Hey @anushakh

I did not completely understand the requirements.

Are you referring to Process ID 134?

Can you please rephrase?

Cheers!

If this is for IFS Cloud, you can turn off automatic clockings on the Site as well as in the workflow configuration.

Hi Anmise

This is off at site level

and also at workflow level--path mentioned below

The workflow is active too but still auto clocking is happening. Check this

And the “Auto Time” is inactive on the workflow, and the workflow has been applied to that particular task? If that’s the case, I’d call that a bug and raise a support case.

This is how it is off, but how to apply it to a particular task?

The data in the “Filters” tab control which tasks get a particular workflow associated. You can see this on the task in mobile, where you will see a field called “Configuration Applied” in the task details, if you actually have a workflow applied.

Would you be able to advise weather the issue is resolved in any of the versions already

I also have a simillar scenario. The customer does not have a work flow configuration too and the auto clocking on site level is turned off. However, the auto clocking still happens in 23R2. Can someone confirm whether this is resolved?
