Hello all,

Trick question !

Is it possible to define a contractor (service provider) employment agreement in HR, so that this employee can clock in their hours on IFS, but only their managers can see this information ?

HR employees would not be able to see these clock-ins, even though they have the role of HR Manager.

Hi,

To be able to achieve this you must be very limited with to whom you grant “HR Application manager” access.

Normally we only grant this to a very few number of persons - persons having signed secrecy agreements….

If you don’t grant HR Application manager you can handle this on access roles, otherwise HR Application managers can see everything in HCM.

(Even if they can’t authorize in time card they can still see...)

So I guess my answer is no.

Regards,

Maria

Hi Maria, thanks for your answer.

I agree with your comment, but an another hand, is it right that only HR Manager can create an employee and to setup their organization and position.

I tested to create an employee with an RH access (and not a HR Manager) but impossible for me to complete the process of new employment because without an HR Manager account, I cannot see the Organizations and Positions.

Hi again,

What does that HR Admin role look like - do you have organizational access ticked?

And the HR admin har access from the organization top and include subordinates?

Maria
