Hi,

In IFS Cloud page Purchase Receipts History we have the column Actual Arrival Date we can see the date and time. But we only see time 00:00 but the time in the Receipt is 10:01.

Is the Actual Arrival Date in the Purchase Receipts History page fetched from the Actual Arrival Date in the Receipt page? 

If yes, is it correct that the time is not fetched to the Actual Arrival Date in the Purchase Receipts History page?

 

 

Hi ​@Natalie , What is the cloud version you are using? 

I have checked in 24R2 latest core environments, and the times are correctly shown in Purchase Receipt History window as well.

Yes, both fields should have the same value. 

I did a quick test in Core environments with 24R2 SU1 and 25R1 and they both show now the correct timestamp in Purchase Receipts History, so it’s already fixed.

We have version 24R1 SU3. Do you know in which version the time for Actual Arrival Date for Purchase Reciepts History is solved in?

I couldn’t find any related support case reporting and fixing this, so probably it has been fixed during product development of new releases. 

As said, it’s fixed in 24.2.1 and 25R1 GA
