Hi All,

The requirement is, when sending out e mails (promotions) to our customers through CRM, we want to see how many customers have read our sales promotional e mails, how many have forwarded them etc., How can we get this information through IFS Cloud CRM?

For this purpose, I think you have to integrate with tools like Mailchimp or Marketo and store the responses in CRM side.

In R&D, we are investigating on this type of integration from CRM and give flexibility to configure according to customer need via external tools and IFS workflows. We are planning to release a first version in 25R1.
