I’m trying to determine how the CO Plannable Qty is calculated.  I understand how the Plannable Qty is calculated; however, when I use the same logic using the Expected Lead time, I don’t get the numbers the system is getting.For example, in the screen shot, why is the CO Plannable Qty 2510 and not 2494?

After upgrading from App8 to cloud, the ‘Close Shop’ operation has been changed to ‘Park’. Does anyone have any insights or information regarding this change?

Is it possible to search on Service Groups in FSM beyond level A?We have our service regions in Org Service Group B in Place as shown below.However when you put the Org Service Group B field on the search pane on the Place screen and try to use it the dropdown displays a small black vertical line only as shown below. It should display the active Grp Level B values form the code table below.  What I did notice is tha if you place Org Service Group A on the search, the dropdown displays all active code values regardless of group level. So I can select “Scotland” for example, which is a Group B level however the search returns no results given the application is searching Org Service Group A for a value that is held in Org Service Group B  So it would appear that searching for anything other than level A is not supported - unless there is a workaround.I hope that makes sense.Thanks,Barry

Hello,is there a way to include the copy of report codes when creating a new company form the template company? We think  this is arranged in the component registration but how can see whether it's activated? below we see it is activated however report codes are not copied from template company to new company: 

We want to receive labels with serial numbers, but we do not want to register these serial numbers during purchase order receipt or keep them in inventory.The label is only used when a second serial number is required for the end product (as a customer-selectable CTO option).If this label is included in the product structure/shop order materials, the system should force serial number registration when the part is backflushed / issued into the tracked structure. With the current part-level serial tracking settings, I cannot find the right solution.Has anyone solved this requirement?

Hi, When I try to build transformer model file, I’m getting this below mentioned MAVEN dependency error. Transformer modelBUILD resultI tried adding repository to the POM.xml file as IFS documentation says (https://docs.ifs.com/techdocs/21r2/050_development/024_integration/015_connect/050_transformer/550_maven_http_deprecated/). The scenario is, external customer places an order at the demand site, with the supply code “Inter Purch Direct”.  The purchase order is sent to the supply site, and the internal customer order is created. The supply code of the internal customer order is “Purch Order Direct”, which means the supply site also buys from an external supplier. When this order is processed, the standard way is that first the PO of the supply site is completed through “register direct delivery” and then internal customer order will be delivered. Next, is to deliver the external customer order, again using register direct delivery. However, the requirement is to automatically deliver the external customer order at the moment of registering the direct delivery of the supply site PO. To elaborate more on the requirement, in the following example, S100187410 is the external customer order at site FRGLN which is the demand site. Hi, We are implementing parts of IFS Quality.  We’d like to load our historical Non-Conformance Reports.  currently IFS Cloud doesn’t allow backdated NCRs to be entered.   Short of doing a mod, is there a way to load these?  A data migration job that bypasses field validation? Has anyone done this?

We are on the path to converting to IFS cloud and I have (hopefully) a quick question.On the inbound 850 customer order creation we get the following error:Some of our customers will send a value for this and some will not.  I’ve asked our EDI provider if they can not send the field if blank.  Is there a way in IFS to handle this?  I’d like it to just ignore a blank and not go through the validation.Thanks,Tim

Has anyone seen this error message when loading or validating data for jobs with the Excel addin?  Last week we could load data the COA to the worksheet without error.  This week we are getting the above error for any of the migration jobs.  Office365Aurena  

I want to add a Navigation command group on a sub-section of Inventory Part On Hand Development.  In the screenshot below, the “header” section has an option for Commandgroups (yellow), but the sub-section that contains all of the information, Inventory Part Onhand Develop List, does not have an option for Commandgroups (red line).  Is it possible to add a Command group here?

I am looking to automate the shipping address (to Supplier A) on a PO for some component parts (from Supplier B) in IFS10There is no customer order attached to this demand, as such we cannot use the supply code (on sales part) to drive this change. We need to set this up on a per part as they only apply to a handful of parts that we order from Supplier B. (ie. We cannot set this up against the supplier record)  

Hi All, I wonder if anyone has any recommendations for Time Clock hardware?  We are upgrading from Apps 10 to IFS Cloud and will no longer be using our Kaba solution.  We have investigated Time Clock and are happy with the way it functions, but are unsure of how to implement something robust for our users. For example, I assume we will need a tablet with a built in card reader that essentially never times out that requires no interaction from the user other than a card swipe.  Does anyone have any success stories to share or recommendations for us? Many thanks, Scott

My company is upgrading from APP9 to Cloud. We’ve only found the Create Picklist for Customer Orders screen. Is there any screen or option to create picklist for customer order lines. We may have a customer order with 50 lines, all 50 are reserved, but we would only want to print the picklist for 25 of the lines. We’ve not found a way to print for specific customer order lines and avoid printing for the other 25 lines if they are on the same customer order. 

Hi,I use IFS Cloud (Application service update: 23.2.1).I create a new file type in the EDM basic data. This is for the .stp Extension (3D Files from CAD)Then I use this new file type when creating a new document revision. When I try to approve the revision, I have this message :“The number of PDF files and/or the combination of view and original files on this document is invalid for PDF signature and certification. If you are an end-user, talk to your system administrator. If you are calling this API from code, check your data or consider using the more specific method to sign your PDF file.”This file type is not PDF so I don’t want (and I can’t) use e-sign for this file.I use several document class to test and the result is the same.If I use a already created file type, this OK, I can validate it without any problems. Does somebody have any ideas about this issue ?Thanks for your feedback if you have same issue.Nicolas.

I’m testing new 25R1 functionality “Data Access Control” and creating a simple ACL that prevents users from modifying specific records in an Entity (in my case in AbcClass).I’m able to set condition on attribute AbcClass and that prevent ALL users from editing record for Class A but I want to add condition that some users (or user groups) are allowed to do that.So - I’m trying to use “Predefined Parameters” SESSION_USER and SESSION_USER_IN_GROUPS but in that case, “Save” button is not activated for some reason.Question is how those “Predefined Parameters” can be used? hiHow to delete the work clocking? I saw the delete button is available for some clockings but not for all. Ex. for task 8 below, the option does not come.
