Hi,We setup a new customer. I've checked and to me the customer and tax code set up is all correctAlthough they have been set up with S1 Tax code, correct price including tax hasn't been pulled through properly while creating customer agreement.  The problem is Tax code which should "add" 10% to the total price seems not to be applied properly to the particular account although setup has been done."Price" and "Price incl. Tax" should be different (+10%), but for some reason they remain the same when I try to set up the Pricing Agreement It can be because of baseline price, that is 0.00 over sales part base price. But I can see that all customers have actually 0.00e Price, but for them Tax code worked fine. Base Price is 0, but Price including Tax is 10% higher that Sales Price. Request your suggestions, what can be the issue and how to resolve it.

Hi all, it is not (by default) possible to add location and object based notes in the MWO Service Classic App.I can see the notes created in IFS Cloud, but I cant create anything else than a Task based note in the App.Is it possible to enable this somewhere? Thanks,Chris

Hello,We are using IFS Applications 10 UPD19. I have created a new Quick Report, but it is not accessible via our integration OData endpoint (/QuickReports.svc), resulting in a RESOURCE_NOT_FOUND error. Other, older Quick Reports are accessible through the same API endpoint. In the API Explorer, we can see a Default Application Type (Main) and a Compatibility Application Type (Int). Our Power BI connection uses the Int type. It seems the new Quick Report is not being published to the Int application type's metadata. When published they are supposed to be listed here below, and I do see my report if i open the Main application type, but not in the  Intone for the new report i published.Is there an additional step required to publish a specific new Quick Report to a Compatibility Application Type's OData service? A cache to refresh ? Thank you.

Hi All.Please help me,  I would like to set up the withholding tax on APP 8, as in Italy this needs to be handled separately. Could someone help me with this from the very beginning? The Italian equivalent is Ritenuta d'acconto, which can be applied at different percentages. What basic data settings are required? This should appear during the payment process, and is it controlled by transaction PP49?

A customer are currently using SSO with Multi-Factor Authentication, and when IFS Support needs to assist with debugging in their environment, dedicated accounts must be created. This process is taking significant time, causing delays and frustration. The project is now in a critical phase, and any delays in addressing support cases could jeopardize the planned Go Live.Could you please advise how Unified Support typically handles this situation with other SSO customers, and if there are alternative secure approaches we can propose?

Hi Everyone, I add a case of a SO where the By Products costs is over the total costs of the of the main product.IFS block the receive of the SO   What could the the set up to avoid this message, and permit to  receive the SO?

Does IFS support “New Outlook” - we have some users that have switched over to the new Outlook and everytime they try to open an attachment they get the pop up stating “This action isn’t supported yet - The New Outlook for WIndows doesn’t currently support this action.  You can switch back to Classic Outlook for WIndows and try again”

Hi All,I use external file assistant to upload the credit card transactions to IFS. Accidentally i uploaded the same file twice how can i remove the duplicated transactions? I can see all the transactions in the credit card transactions window since all belong to non reimbursable credit card type. It is not allowed to delete the transactions from credit card transactions window since the card type is not re imburasableThanks in advance.

Hi, IFS Cloud version 24R2. (Below sample data are from a IFS Demo environment) In the RMA there are multiple lines (from a single customer order). Release → Approve for Credit Create Credit Invoice  View Credit Invoice Four separate invoices have been created. This is quite inconvenient/inaccurate as the customer has about 100 lines at times. Causing to create 100 credit invoices to the same Customer and Customer Order. Is there a possibility to create a single Credit Invoice for multiple RMA| lines ? Any setting or any other window for that ?

Hello all. I have acidently posted a serial part back to the inventory over a work order return. That was the first transaction for this part serial. As it was wrong I have issued it away from the stock over the work order material issue.Now we have received exactly this part - serial number over a purchase order from owr supplier. When I try to register the arrival (RMT receive with serial / Lots in the “Register Arrival” window) I receive the error message:So this serial part has current position “issued” and while we have activated the checkbox “Stop PO Arrivals of Issued Serials” by the Main Part, I receive this error message and cannot register the receipt of this serial.As I know if I will uncheck the checkbox and then register the rereceipt, it will not be possible to set the checkbox back. And I would like to keep this checkbox set, as I need the control, that we don”t post the same serial twice on the inventory.Is their any other possibility to register the receipt of this par

Hi Experts, As for the customer’s requirement we are configuring a new screen inside of this steps overview screenlike if we click on step 1 we can go inside the new screen for step 1 and add relevant data.In there we need to go to the step 3 without going back to the overview screen of steps. For this in the new screen can we have a drop down of steps id in the header of the screen in MWOSimilar to this in screen in MWO header Thank you,Heshala. 

Client asking to get the possibilty to close the shop order while the MRB case is still being solved. I know the IFS doesn´t allow to do this, however anyone has any expirience with this issue?

I am working on a shortage report for shop orders material. I have a concept of if full required hasn’t been issued of that material by the date required and date required < today then its fine I can mark it as a shortage, I want to look for future shortages (90 days) and I am thinking how to do that? any ideas? how can I suspect if the future date required (Say 5 days from now) the part will be on shortage or not?The only thought I have his to check if the SO/PO is against that demand (but that too is confusing how to do..)

Hi,  Could you please confirm whether the IFS Mobile app supports Android devices with 16KB memory page sizes?We’re reaching out due to a platform requirement: newer Android OS versions are enforcing 16KB memory page sizes. Apps not compiled with proper support for this may crash or fail to load on these devices.This is a critical concern for our environment, as users may begin to experience issues on newer Android OS versions if the app is not updated accordingly.Could you confirm if this support has already been implemented? We use IFS App10 UPD15. Our Middleware servers are Windows 2019 servers residing in our client’s AWS Cloud. We are configured our Development and QA servers using “SSL Proxy” since we have to go through a load balancer to our single instances. Our non-production applications are accessible using the proxy URL for the load balancer.We’re having issues with accessing our AWS production instance from Edge via the load balancer proxy URL - it says the SSL certificate for the URL is not valid.We want to view the files holding the Web Server configurations for our non-production instances so we can compare how each one is configured. We don’t know the location(s) of these config files - does anyone know their location(s) on the server?

If you use Pacejet, what did you do to substitute for the UPS End of Day Report?  My understanding is that Pacejet does not have a similar End of Day report.

I am trying to email the customer invoice to the customer using PDF_REPORT_CREATED In (IFS 7.5) event action. The customer was using Esker to send the customer invoice to the customer. We are trying to replace it with the standard IFS event but I am facing issues as below: The event would not trigger for Crystal layouts. In the print manager the job get posted in 'WAITING’ status. When printing the report it hits the Report Archive but for crystal report the show pdf does not get enabled and it would not get recorded in the PDF Report archive how can I save the crystal report PDF without manually saving to email the report to the customer. Tried sending a PDF file that is stored in the PDF_ARCHIVE_TAB by writing it to the oracle directory and attaching it but it didn't work. When a value is assigned to the attach_ variable the mail would not get sent. Will anyone will be able advice how I can sort it? Awaiting for the kind response.BR,Suni

I am in the process of moving all custom events from Apps8 to Apps10. I am able  to get all custom events functioning after some modification except for events which call "Error_SYS.Record_General()"   When the event is triggered it displays this: https://i.ibb.co/m4Wf1vF/Error.png For instance the message above is displayed when a user changes the count in the "Count Per Inventory Part" screen but does not add a note : a note needs to be added as to why the count is being changed or else the record will not save. The Event Action is below: DECLAREBEGINIF( '&NEW:NOTE_TEXT' IS NULL) THENError_SYS.Record_General('Error','Please add a note in the "Notes" field '); END IF;END;   The body and declaration of Error_SYS.Record_General is the same in Apps8 as it is in Apps10 so my code is correct. Any help with this error would be appreciate

Trying to convert an old APP9 work instruction to Cloud, and finding roadblocks along the way. This seems to be way more complicated than it should for such an important function. I’ve worked with other ERPs in the past which were way less complicated.Has anyone been able to get the end-to-end process working in cloud. Or does anyone have related documentation or video? I understand R&D is changing this functionality...any idea when? 

Have slight problem when importing a Workflow in ACP to another environment.Created a Workflow that I deployed in cfg Added Workflow to acp that was exported Imported acp to next environment Published acp Went to the Workflow details and it seemed to be a deployed Version there (Active, see print screen below). When granting the workflow from a Permission Set the Workflow didn’t show up in the list of available Workflows. I tried to Undeploy the version but then got the message ‘Deployment for the version_5 does not exist’. To work around the whole problem I had to clone the vesrion to a new one (version_6) that I could deploy.Is this a known problem?
