Hi,Perhaps someone can help me with the following scenario (on a productive environment):Initial situation:-The "Create Forecast" job has already been executed for the current period The user creates a new forecast part AND defines a predecessor and sets the "Inheritance" parameter to "YES"→ The forecast is now to be calculated for the new partProblem:In Application 9, the user executed the "Create Forecast" job again to obtain a forecast for the new part Since Application 10, the "Create Forecast " job can only be run once per period (IFS error message: "The period has already been aggregated. Create Forecast can only be run once per period")Question:→ How can a forecast be calculated for the new forecast part based on the previous one?→ The calculation should be be executed immediately, i.e. without having to wait for the start of the next period.

current 25R1. The existing Duplicate Check Rules appear very narrow to Customer names and Leads.  Are there future plans to include creating Contacts and Persons?

Currently there is no functionality to search and replace mass data in Aurena client.Product Version: 25.2.5This is required to correct part of the text or correct misspelt words in fields.We used that a lot in Apps 10.Will that be available again soon?

Hello,I’m testing MWO app on Windows on 25.2.5 and a transport task was created.A mobile user have to receive the material so the transport task is visible in Move Stock>Incoming Stock – Direct :The user can execute the transport task, it removes the lines from the list.In order to see the transaction on the back offfice, I manually synchronize on the MWO app : When the synchronization is finished, the transport task is again visible and ready to execute and no transaction was created. What seems to be the problem here ?Thanks for your help

IFS Cloud 25R2, Knowledge Article(KA) which appeared in Work Task, the same work task transferred to Mobile, can we see the KA in MWO ?… 

Hi everyone,have you ever encountered a scenario where a mobile warehouse (a physical van/truck), managed in IFS as a Remote Warehouse, is temporarily moved from one site to another? How did you manage that situation?In my case, I have:one company two sites two central warehouses (one per site) multiple vans, each modeled in IFS as Remote Warehouses (mobile stock physically on trucks)Service requests are opened for specific service organizations, which procure materials from a given site. However, vans may move between sites.This creates an issue:the demand on the task is linked to Site A, but the van (i.e. the mobile/remote warehouse physically carrying the stock) is currently operating under Site B.In addition, the technician is driving the van and executes the work using the IFS mobile app, consuming materials directly from the VAN (Remote Warehouse).This raises two key questions:how should material reservation be managed in this cross-site scenario? how should execution/consumption

Hi,  I have a requirement where Work Tasks should be Bundled together for ease of Scheduling but still require the ability to flexibly change the status of the Bundled Work Tasks individually - is this possible using MWO in 25R2? See example below.  Bundle Task 1Work Task 1 Work Task 2  Bundle Task 1 is then assigned to a Technician and executed on MWO. Question - can the technician update the status of Work Task 2 to something like Incomplete and marking Work Task 1 and Bundle Task 1 as Work Done?  ThanksTom 

Hi,What is the best way to keep the Material Line visible in the MWO app while disabling all edit-related actions such as Issue, Un-Issue, Edit, and Delete?I have already tried removing the relevant options from the workflow configuration, but these actions are still visible in the application.Could you advise if there is another configuration, permission set, or projection setting that controls the visibility of these options or can this be a bug? Cloud version - 25.2.4 /Indika

Hi,maybe someone can consult what actions should be done to activate mobile user?:In is not allowed to activate it manually. The field is inactive when switching on the function to edit data.

Hi All,When we have an Incompleted assignment in a request work task, the request work task cannot be transferred to “Work Done” status automatically even after we completed a different assignment with the same resource. We can mannually change the request work task status at from the header.Is this the built functionality?  TIA.

Hi Guys, I need help on getting this up and running - I have my first problem as the routing of the application message - getting an error. The text of the message intended to send to the credit card interface below in the xml. Is there information on how this can be setup in IFS Cloud.  What did you use during testing for the Routing Address and Routing Rule to test with the Paypal Test Account? Test Steps:Create Customer Order for Client set to Credit Card PaymentFor a manual authorization the following error is displayed - “Field [TRANS_DATE] is mandatory for Credit Card Transactions and requires a value.”The Release of the Customer Order should trigger the Credit Card approval - but returns the error [“APPLICATION_MESSAGE” doesn’t match any routing rule]. Your help on this would be appreciated. We do not have IFS Help Screen information related to the added module. Thx

Hi everyone,I'm looking for some insight on Calculation Formulas in HR and Payroll. A few questions:Does the Calculation Formulas feature work in HR modules other than Time & Attendance and Payroll? If so, how can it be used in those modules? And does anyone have examples to share? How do the Calculation results affect in HR process flow? We are trying to setup SSO through Azure Entra. When the user click the new login button he’s promted to Azure for login details, so far so good. After a successfull login through Azure (which also is clear from the Azure logs) the user is however faced with:  In IFS the Login Event Details I find entries such as :  The IAM provider is setup with Syncmode Force. In Azure the following APIs are granted to the application:  There’s no IdP attribute mappers for this IdP. In Azure the users email and upn is the same as the directory_id in IFS.What could possibly be incorrectly configured?

The available documentation does not provide step‑by‑step instructions for editing a Case's time stamp or changing the case owner after a case has been reopened in error.   How can this be accomplished?  In Shop Floor Clockings you can correct this data for manufacturing reporting.  Is there a similar area for Cases?

How to bulk edit Business Opportunities in IFS Cloud:Navigate to Business Opportunities and open Page Designer Under OpportunityOverviewPage, expand Content and select Business Opportunities list Scroll down to Opportunities List details and enable Crudactions Under Crudactions, enable EditAny updates made to Business Opportunities will update the Business Opportunity. However, you can skip sales process stages on Business Opportunities and the skipped stages will not close on Business Opportunity. I haven’t found a solution to this yet.

​​​​In Apps10 I recall a feature that looked similar to this where a lobby element at the bottom was context sensitive. Is there an ability to add lobby elements to any page, not on a lobby page, possible in cloud?

Hi all,When we create a Custom Field for the mobile app (MWO - ServiceEngApp), there are following 3 steps included.Creating the custom attribute in Entity Configuration. (Solution Manager> Configuration> Entity Configurations> Entity Configuration) Adding the custom attribute in Mobile App Entity. (Solution Manager> Mobile Apps> Configuration> Entity Details) Adding the custom attribute in the mobile app’s page. (Solution Manager> Mobile Apps> Configuration> Apps for Page Designer)Out of these 3, only #1 can be included in an Application Configuration Package (ACP). Therefore, what is the best way to handle migration/ deployment of the other 2 items across different environments, without manually creating them again? Any insight on how you have managed this is highly appreciated! Thanks,Dulshan.

We are using a couple of lobbies in IFS Cloud for KPI measuring.Is there a good way to monitor these lobbies on big screens out in production? Is there a tool in IFS that can export a printout of the lobby, or is there some way for other application to read Lobby elements?  

Hi,We have strange situation in apps 10 with manufactured parts. FIFO is valuation method for all kind of parts.Despite identical material (bacflush costs) and labor costs being recorded across the period, inventory receipts from the same shop order (SO 325985) are reflecting progressively higher unit costs. Material issues and operation reports are auto-backflushed at receipt creation Multiple receipts from SO 325985 exhibit incrementally escalating unit costs (ranging from 0.1501 to 1.0610 per unit) Material composition and labor standards remain consistent across all receipts within the period (12–13 March 2025)Any thoughts how to investigate this issue?
