Hello, I would like to ask, how to setup few restriction to users with View access in certain Document class. I have user IC.TEST that have View Access to bellow document but he is able to do several strange actions to the document that should not be allowed.Could you please check and advice how to not allow mentioned actions bellow:Generated Access ResultsIs it possible to restrict edit, delete and unlock options for object connections in tab Objects in Document revision for users that have granted View access through certain Document Class ? If it is possible, could you please recommend me how to set up ?

Hi,When IFS Cloud starts the user has a starting page which is also where the “blue house” sits. The user can then themselves change the starting page.What I would like to know is if we can centrally control which starting page the user should be on when logged in for the first time.The problem we are trying to solve is the following: The customer wants to build their own lobby page with links to other lobbies and with the ability to put in some information text if needed. The lobby will be adapted so that it works well on a phone.When the phone users log in the first time we want to put them on this lobby page hence it would be useful if there was some sort of user setting for this or some sort of system parameterWe really miss not having the base profiles in the system this would typically be the place where it would be solved if they were on Applications 10The Customer is on IFS Cloud 22R1 and expect to go live in April. 

HiI have set up internal trade between to sites within the same company, and this is running in our production database. We did a copy of PROD to TEST-environment late last year, but internal trade doesn not seem to work - the connectivity setup is the same, set to ON and the processes are running in Database processes, but the message that is created in the OUT-messagebox only gets status Released, not Accepted - as we get in PROD-environment. And the message is not transferred to IN-messagebox. So this is the purchase order which is sent and should create a customer order on the receiving site. Is there any other processes or queues or technical setup that could be set to OFF when doing a copy of the database like this?As i said - all connetivity setup and customer/supplier setup is correct as it is running in PROD.Best regardsSonja Berg

Trying to connect to IFS Cloud 25r2 environment using IFS Report Designer v200.3.0003Initially received a missing Client error.On checking IAM Clients, noticed that IFS_report_designer was missing.Added IFS_report_designer as per techdoc - Setup IAM Client for IFS Report Designer Unfortunately, when trying to connect using IFS Report Designer I now received the Invalid parameter: redirect_uri   Any advice much appreciated.

I can’t seem to get the capability check to consider excess supply (a purchase order) during its calculation. I have a [level 2] purchased component that is included within the critical path determined by the capability check. I then created a PO for this part to arrive in tomorrow. When I re-ran the capability check it does not considering this purchase order. It is using the lead time of the this purchase part, even though we have “excess supply” arriving tomorrow. I have tested using both Inventory Part settings DOP Netting = “Netting” and “Auto Netting”. Neither setting for my purchase component is correctly netting against the PO. I also tried applying these setting for all parts in the multi-level structure. The capability check still was not netting against the excess supply / PO. IFS documentation states the netting applies to both excess inventory and excess supply quantities. Does this hold true for DOP Netting and Capability Check Netting? Is there an

Within the Workflow Configuration the fuction of “Mandatory” for Attachments seems to be not working.Expected results is when a workflow has select of “Mandatory” for attachments the Request should not be allowed to finish without an attachment.  

Hi, currently we have Task Notes being copied up to Request Notes as a ‘Task History’ line code note, what mechanism or process controls this? i cant see a Business Rule or App Parameter that controls this behaviour.  I need to add extra data to it (Original Text Block code used for eg). I could recreate this with a new Business Rule, but would need to turn the existing functionality off.  Is this possible at all?Thanks

I am wondering if there is a way to create a URL navigation for a lobby that has a dynamic date range. I know in Work Tasks your search filter can have a range using -10D to -1D but in the URL it will hard code the dates,  for example:Filter in Work Tasks:URL: Is there a way that the URL can always calculate -10D to -1D?  Basically I want our team to be able to click a link and it will show them all tasks which are between 1-10 days expired.  I want to do a similar link for tasks about to expire. 

Community, for new purchase part that received into stock, system does not automatically enabled the supplier warranty, this works fine for those parts that will be built onto final assembly and dellivered to customer ultimately,  but not for the parts that used in facility. any settings we missied?  we are on APP10. 

Hello,We are on 24R1 and I enabled an object connection of EcoActionObjectConn and EcrObjectConn on the RoutingHead and DocIssue logical units. I’ve refreshed the object connection cache but when I go to the Change Request screen and into the object connection tab, I do see the RoutingHead LU but it does not seem to be pulling in a default drop down list of object keys. it’s the same story with the DocIssue LU.Is there a reason for this? It seems to work with the EngPartRevision LU. See image below.I just hope to get a better understanding if there’s something I potentially missed or if this is some sort of bug. Thank you.

 Hi all,Within the Edit Address work task, I’m able to define a task end location.We are using manual allocation.However, it’s not clear to me how this end‑location information is passed to MWO or the Dispatch Console (given that we’re not using PSO). Specifically, I’m trying to understand how the technician is informed not only of the initial task location, but also of the final destination.Essentially, it works like defining a route segment with a start and end point, but without using a linear asset.Could someone please provide some guidance on how this is intended to work?Thank you 

I am looking to create a business rule that performs an action at a 2x specific time of day, every day. For example at 8am and 8pm every single day.  Im assuming ill be using the ‘perform_send_to_monitor’ XML Business Rule, however the only implementations i currently have of this, trigger events at either a specific Time/Date value, or in x minutes or hours.  The specific Time/Date value would work once, but i need to to be a reoccuring event. Any ideas how i would need to achieve this? Also, the FSM documentation n the relevant section refers to ‘Perform Message’ report. Hi everyone,I need some clarification regarding the IFS MWO Maintenance App for ComputerWhen I open an object and click on "Map Position", instead of seeing the asset’s map location, I only see my current position.At the moment, we are unable to use IFS MWO mobile app on a device. Does anyone know if there is a specific setting that needs to be enabled for the “Map Position” to display the asset’s location instead of the user’s current location?Alternatively, is this a known behavior or possibly a bug in the desktop app?Thanks in advance for any insights!
