In IFS Apps 10, we have made Page Designer modifications to MaintEngApp (for Mobile Work Order) and associated them with a specific context in order to map them to a user group. Now we are looking for a way to duplicate these changes, but associate them with a different context/group. What would happen if we placed these in an Application Configuration Package, exported them to XML, then modified the XML, changing the context values (SCOPE_ID), then import the ACP back into the same environment? 

Hi,I'm having trouble displaying records when selecting aggrements on a purchase order. The problem is unusual because when the application is in English aggrements are visible (screen1). However, when I switch to Polish, the contracts are not visible and cannot be selected from the list (screen2). All caches (screen3) and language caches (screen4) have been refreshed. Have any of you encountered a similar problem?regardsDaniel

Hey Community, we want to use the customer credit management. Does anybody know how to limit the access within the tabel “Customer Credit Analysis”? So far if we set up CRM for each customer, everybody which has access to that table see the turnover of the lase 365 days of all customers.In Credit Management Basic Data it is possible to set up Credit Analysis Groups and allocate User to that Groups. Nevertheless we set up such group with only one User, and allocate that group to one customer, all other user are able to see the Customer Credit Analysis for that Customer.regards Sebastian

There is no active application version for [ScanIt]."All the necessary Wadaco client settings have been correctly configured, and the required permissions are granted for my user. Additionally, I have downloaded the latest version of the IFS Scan It app from the App Store.I’d appreciate it if you could provide a resolution or guidance to resolve this issue.  

When using the bank statement template/upload function for bank reconciliation, how can I upload a Cust/Supp ID on the bank statement for automatic matching?

Hi all.I need to be able to navigate to a survey using the client script. The goToScreen() function does not seem to allow this and gives a null reference error. Here is the line I am using: goToScreen("DebriefSurvey5");The idea is to press a button to go to an individual survey.Another instance I need to do this is when I want to sometimes not show a mandatory survey that is followed by another survey. I need to be able to navigate to a survey screen in this case.

Hi all,When I fetch a Part (in mobile), it will be cut off if there are more then 8 numbers after the . (dot). The field is a String, adjusting the metadata hasn't been succesfull so far. However the value is correct in a Alert, but when pushing the data via a savadatatransaction the value is cut off again..See screenshot.  

IFS CLOUDI would like to know some information related to Spain Localization .1.In our TEST environment, it was possible for me to enable Spain localization and do the necessary mapping for SII and Generate XML, however i have not configured IFS connect for this yet . Does this mean that i can enable the localization without further cost?2.If there are some instruction on enabling transformers to get the Generated file , please provide steps2.Also When i enable this Localization what i'm interested only to use SII but with that one more service get enabled and it shows this is mandotory . Does this mean I have to use that as well. We are currently manually preparing this 347 to 115 . We haven't planned use this functionality right now but later on . can you please if this is mandotory to use it ?3-. To submit SII , should we use third party service to submit this to TAX Authority . is it a must or are there any alternatives

Dear FMS experts.I have a commitment notification (email) via a Business Rule (BR) that is sent as Request have ETA in jeopardy. The existing BR updates the Request Events and add a Event Type “Sent Email” that triggers and email that is hardcoded to one individual email address.The new requirement is to send the email to different recipients, such as engineers and manager[1] I am struggling to find how the Event Type “Sent Email” is linked to a singular email address[2] can I modify the XML message to include a parameters that look at engineer and manager?Please see the BR in the next screenshot and XML_message code

Hi Team,We have below requirement:We have implemented budget control in IFS only on certain ‘controlled’ WBS (activities), there are other activities which have a budget and are not controlled or have no budget at all.As well as having this control on an individual activity level the system is also applying it at a project level, so if the spend against all activities is greater than the total budget against all activities it stops purchasing.  We do not want this.  We only want it applied at the specific activity level.There is an option for ‘Control on total budget’ but this relates to what ‘cost elements’ are included in the calculation.  We only have two cost elements (COST and REVENUE) so this doesn’t really do anything.Can we look into whether it’s possible to turn this control on the total budget off somehow?So essentially we use the below toggle to turn budget control on for projects and apply it for any activity that has an entry in the ‘Project Budget Control Rules List’What

It’s a stock part.I create a maintenance PO :When I try to receive the PO from MWO, I can’t choose the receive location :After that, when I receive the part, the Receipt says that the part has been received into Arrival The problem is :My part isn’t in inventory I can’t issue it on my WT Thanks

Hi IFS Data Migration Friends!In APPS 10, using the migration Toolkit, we had an extremely useful feature available to us when migrating large containers called the "Container Processing Rates" form.In that form you were able to see how the processing of that container was doing, how many rows were migrated per minute and how many errors were generated as the deploy unfolds in real time. It looked like this:I miss my Container Processing Rates features :(For large containers, this was an early warning that we may need to wait for 3 or 4 hours to see this container fully migrated. It would let us investigate some errors while we waited for the migration to complete. It even help us to early-detect a few cases where the migration simply "got stuck" and nothing was moving ahead. Fast forward to the Data Migration Manager and now it seems that all that functionality is lost.Is there any place were we can find something similar? In core MWO application, there are some functionalities only available in the MWO navigator section, not as separate tiles (Ex: My Misc Allocations, My Work calendar).However, if mwo users wish to see them as tiles we can add it via Navigator designer.But the problem is that when the new tiles are added, they are being added to the mwo navigator as well. Therefore, they end up as duplicates in the mwo navigator. Is there a way to keep only one entry in mwo navigator, such as hiding unnecessary items from navigator? So the questions are; how do get the standard items to be visible in the Dasbhoard OR how do I remove the standard items from the Navigator?Thanks and Regards, 

Hello, I am attempting to create an arrival to receive a Purchase Order line via REST API. I am inspecting the endpoint calls that Aurena makes during the process, but i’m unable to figure out which call is actually performing the receipt. I see calls to CreateReceiptSet but the payload doesnt include the information from the arrival line (PO #, Line, Etc). I also see CreateArrivalReceipt, but it only uses what i assume is the OBJKEY that is returned from CreateReceiptSet. I know this is a little tricky because an assistant is involved, but I cant seem to make sense of the calls that are happening. Any tips for figuring out how this assistant works? 

Hello,I am looking to understand the logic of automatic reservations for customer orders. I would assume that the lines that are due the earliest would be reserved first, and that would flow until there is no more available inventory. Hi. I accidentally uploaded 4,000 invoices when I just needed 1. For each line the invoice number had 1 added on to it when I dragged down formula for 4,000 lines, therefore creating 4,000 separate invoices. Is there a way to mass cancel all of them without doing it one by one? Thank you

Hi there,My team is trying to create a Consultation role (CONSULTA) that only allows users to read information on the different screens of FSM without editing anything. Therefore, we would like to prevent tasks from being dragged to the board on the scheduleboard screen, and thus assigned. We have already tried to set the functions, in the role, associated with the scheduleboard to read only (picture below): But we are still able to drag and assign tasks.In addition, as an alternative, we have also tried to create a validation business rule that triggers an error message when someone with a Consultation user role tries to assign a task on the scheduleboard (picture below):However, this rule is also not working, because when we have more than one role associated with a user (For example, in this case the consultation role and team roles), the person_role.user_role input is only selecting one of these roles to use in the condition, so the rule does not work as it should for certain cases

For scheduling purposes, we want to be able to see a whole top level parent item and all its components all at once, with the current lead times of each part.  Is there a page where I can see all of that?  Or a report?

We have a problem in IFS APPS 10. When a customer order is created on IFS and the order type is “XPR”, IFS will issue the part from the last location used and not its default locationI think this is because the option below is set to “All locations” and not “Only specified location”.If I change it to “Only specified location” does that mean it will only use the default location?Or do I have to set something else?Thanks
