For our German businesses we are looking to track breaks and lunch in time card. I have set up flex day rules and flex break rules for 0.5 Lunch after 6 hours and 0.25 Break after 9 hours. However when clocking in and out throughout the day, we lose the time card break records. Are we missing any simple setup that will show the breaks in interval. We intend to use Timeclock to support tha capture of non-working time but managers still want to see a break has been taken when an employee physically clocks in a simple result. Version: 24R2.6

Hi, I saw that in Cloud there is a possibility to export/import a personal profile in the same way as it works in IFS 9. That's good, although something is left. 😊There is no problem with performing a single export.However, I wanted to ask how do I perform a bulk export of all profiles (select all + export).I would be grateful for your feedback. Regards,Patrycja 

In 25R1 SU2, I’m trying to connect the Standard Entity JtTaskTransactionUtil to the Projection WorkTaskHandling. But when I try to create the Key Mappings for the Entity Association the Child Entity Key, LoV is empty. Is this a bug or am I doing something wrong? 

Hello,Current our company uses the FASN (Failure Analysis Setup Navigator) to follow the Maintenance Strategy for each Item Class.But sometimes are performed specifics studies, assessments and this studies must be inside the IFS and connected to that specific Item Class.Of course we can attach inside of each Item Class their respective studies, although we need a more centralized library, where I can identify all my studies/assessment files and manage where they are applied.Is there any documentation management where we can do this kind of thing? And use IFS as a live library for strategy in FASN?

Hi,  When will 25R2 release notes be available for customers? I believe we would usually have the Release Notes by now with 3 weeks to go until GA of 25R2.  I understand that I have the road map for 25R2 but it's the detailed release notes that I'd like. :)  Thanks Tom  

Working in earlier with IFS Developer Studio using Marble, I do remember that I could get hints and guidance when writing code. For example, if a added an attribute to projection entity, I could easily see (by a tool tip or something alike) which settings/preferences I could use for that object. Like a reference documentation in the editor.Is this still possbile to switch on? What do I miss in my setup?/Fredrik 

I made a mistake when creating the product structures and set them to ‘Build’. Now I want to change the status back to ‘Tentative’. Is this possible?I need to do this because I also want to delete the part number, which is incorrect.Is there any way to do this?

Hi,In Aurena, we have a projection GLVoucherRowsAnalysisInside we have the entry date "EntryDate": "2021-01-14T09:46:58Z",But this field is not in the Voucher Row table, it is in Voucher Table. So this field is not indexed. Is there a way to index it ? or create a custom field that we can index ? I have created Cf_objversion to display the hidden objversion on the row level, but same issue …How to access the Objversion as it could replace the EntryDate?The idea is to use this column to create an update query that appends new lines to our Fabric Datalake. But if it s not indexed, the query is very very slow (we use standard Aurena API EndPoint). So it works well on voucherdate, but this date is not interesting for incremental refresh.

We have 5 fixed asset objects in IFS that we had in our books for several years but no depreciation has been made on them, they have been marked exclude from depreciation.Now we have to depreciate them this year but when we change the setting to be included the depreciation is starting back in time, from when they where acquired.  We found a solution to starting depreciation a specific date by creating a new depreciation method but we still have an issue for 2 of the 5 fixed assets objects. They where depreciated once in 2018 and therefor we can't change the depreciation method so we still need help with a solution for those two objects.  Its not possible to add a new line or remove the existing line under the book tab 

Hello,How have Swedish IFS customers resolved the case about business presentation when the deductible tax is not based on VAT percent but an deductible amount?For example, the VAT in total is 314,32 SEK ( food is 12 % and alcohol is 25 % VAT) but depending on how many people there are, you can deduct more or less VAT. Hi!Where can I find the Interval setting for events in PM actions in IFS? I want to configure different PMs to generate at different intervals within the same event. I´m usin IFS Cloud. Its described in a answer 3 years ago;  “When you enter the event data into your PMs you just enter as follows.PM ‘X’ - Event = <event name> , Start = 1, Interval = 1 PM ‘Y’ Event = <event name> , Start = 1, Interval = 3Now when running your event generation for event <event name> you will get PM ’X’ generated each time and PM ‘Y’ every third time.” kind regards Emma

HI, is possible to indicate in a “warranty” task under the “part required material” screen in MWO that this specific “required material” is under warranty. I don’t see this option when the field engineer create a new one “required material”.  Also in IFS cloud. backoffice is not be able to identify this “material line” as “warranty”I’m using IFS cloud 25R1

Hello,I'm looking for a document or even a video tutorial that clearly explains, step by step, how the sustainability management module works. I need something that shows the exact sequence of data entry events in the order they are supposed to happen. I'm trying to explore the module, but I keep running into things that don't make sense to me. For example, at the moment I can't figure out how to enter measurements into the sustainability plan, it does´t offer me this function. 

Jinsu virtual invoices are  transferred from “Virtual Invoices in Progress page”. The file automatically goes to the user download folder.  The customer requires it to be stored on the FTP server. This is only possible if running the Jinsui Export file once again using the External File Assistant. Through a routing rule / routing address setup, it is possible to set the path to the folder on the FTP.Issue is that the export can only be done for one virtual invoice at the time. The customer has around 1000 invoices so this solution will not fit.Is there anyone who have come across the same issue and found a solution to have the Jinsui file stored on the FTP without having the user to manually move the file from their download folder to the FTP?

Community,wondering how to resolve below issue? I am trying to approve below supplier payment, got this error - no SUPIA number series which is available in the system, please refer to below screenshots. 

I have been told it is not possible to have a menu option/button from a form (eg Functional Object) taking the user to a Lobby and passing a parameter to the same, where the link is dynamic using the environments URL rather than hard-coding it, creating extra work when db is copied having to change hard coded URL’s. Isn’t there a way to have a dynamic URL in this scenario? e.g. https://prod.domain.se/main/ifsapplications/web/lobby/9bc0e701-c84a-4cc9-990b-f98dcb475ed1 and https://test.domain.se/main/ifsapplications/web/lobby/9bc0e701-c84a-4cc9-990b-f98dcb475ed1

Hey,Issue: Individual repair prices for are not visible in IFS for external repair services.We are using Purchase orders to send out parts for external repair and they are generated from disposition shop orders. I was wondering if IFS has function to upload repair vendor price lists and then pick individual repair prices  and combination of repair (standard repair, extended repair, etc) which would then generate the total cost for repair to purchase order. Is anyone using similar solution and how have you set this up?We are using supplier for purchase part price list for new parts (uploaded with migration from supplier catalog), but repair prices seems to be trickier. We are using IFSAPP10 and moving to IFSCloud next year.
