Hi,Everyone

Thank you for your help.

I'm experiencing an issue where IFS users are suddenly unable to log in, so I'm writing this to hopefully clarify the conditions under which this occurs.

The situation is as follows:

- IFS users are enabled to log in using both Azure AD SSO and their IFS original user.

- When this occurs, the IAM user status on the user screen displays "UPDATE_PASSWRD," requiring a password change for the IFS original user.

- The IFS password policy does not have a password expiration date, and password resets have not been performed.

- This issue is occurring with a user logging in using a handheld terminal as an IFS original user.

In the above configuration, if a handheld terminal is being used (as an IFS original user), do you know what conditions would require a password change?

Since the password policy does not have an expiration date, I was unaware that a password change for an IFS original user would automatically be required.

If anyone knows the conditions under which a password change would be required in this case, please let me know.

Best Regards.
