Hello,

 

how can I change the general terms of the purchase order? I cannot find the current general terms in the report. Where Can I find them?

Can you check Document Phrase, probably general terms are getting fetched on Purchase Order Print from there in your case.

Hi ​@pongenae,

In IFS Cloud, the General Terms of a Purchase Order are not stored directly on the PO. They are normally fetched dynamically and printed from master data, which is why you may not see them clearly in the PO report.

Supplier → Purchase → General

  • Payment terms

  • Delivery terms

  • Legal / commercial conditions

Company → Purchase → General

Once you update those new POs will pick up the updated terms automatically.
