While changing the Disposition Line status to Part Identified, the following error message is displayed:

“The value Of the inventory transaction may not be 0 for xxx on Site xx.”

Test Steps;

  1. Open the Disposition Shop Order screen.
  2. Right-click (RMB) on the Disposition Line and choose Part Identified.
  3. The below error message will appear.

Hi @XitThilaB ,

For the respective part, the Ownership field is not defined in the Inventory Part In Stock page. This missing ownership information results in the transaction value validation error during the status change.

Recommend performing data repair was carried out to assign the Ownership value as Customer Owned. After updating this field, the error no longer occurs, and the Disposition Shop Order can be successfully approved without further issues.

Cheers,

SN

Hi @XitThilaB,

Please check whether the Ownership field is defined in the Inventory Part In Stock page. If not you need to update via a data repair script to get this fixed.
