When converting a Lead to a Customer, we ‘d like to make the Account No field read only or hide it from view, to prevent users from manually entering details.How do we do this in Cloud (23R1), is is possible? 

As Part of a Service Management implementation we’re considering setting up the Service Technicians vans as a form of Mobile Warehouse but the Support documentation we’ve been able to find indicates that this is primarily intended for use in Part Searches, it makes no reference to what impact this would have on MRPIf our client manages some of the items contained within warehouse type VAN, will these parts be considered when MRP runs if they are also managed on a Safety Stock or Reorder point planning basis?

We are using the Advanced Planning Board to schedule resources within [certain] work centers. (The resource represents employees/workers rather than machines in our setup.) The APB tool is not loading the resource with its maximum capacity each day. Rather than loading a resource at the full 8 hours it can handle, we are seeing 4-6 hours being allocated per resource per day. Is there a setting or configuration needed per resources to achieve this?Because the resources are not scheduling to their full “potential”/capacity, the work center is also showing less 100% capacity each day (generally we are seeing around 60% capacity for the work center).We would like the APB tool to schedule these resources at their full capacity, resulting in work centers at [or close to] 100% capacity each day.

24R2. As soon as work task is finished IFS automatically generates time records for assigned person/employee.Is there a function to roll out this record/records for all Team participants?Customer needs information of time records spent by every Team member.

I use the Child Relation Editor to link to related tables without issue. In the example below I can successfully link to PRODUCT and use field form PRODUCT on this screen.  I now want to link to product_ext so the link would be stock_serial_id → product → product_extHow do I do that? I have tried the below.  However I get the error below when adding a field from PRODUCT_EXT so my linking method must be incorrect.  Any help on the correct procedure would be appreciated.Thanks,Barry

Hello, If we have a task that is allocated to a resource, they have not clicked on any statuses, if the resource wishes to move that task to the following day, i just want to confirm that the drag drop function applies to this scenario. Can we simply drag the task to the following day in console if it is the same resource without restrictions?

The PROJECT INVOICE should  have direct access to the Customer details with hyperlink. This is already in place and active with the CUSTOMER INVOICE.

Hi All,We are using IFS Cloud 24R2 and MWo app based on this version.When Downtime Enablement Per Work Type Category is enabled then it works fine in IFS Cloud. How about assignments that are executed from MWo, as there seems no functionality in MWo where the downtime is asked for mobile used before closing assignment. The mobile user completes the work assignment and work task moves to Work Done status without asking for downtime registration.Please correct me if there is any setting or configuration that need to be done for Mobile app to use the downtime feature ?Thanks for your responses and help in advance.Regards,Srinivas

Hi,I am facing an issue with mismatch in Unused Days in ‘Absence Limit Days’ Please see above screenshot, it is showing Days Used as 6 and Days Unused as 20. When clicking on Details, it is showing Unused Days as 18. I have checked employee has applied only 4 days leave, so why it is showing unused days as 18, it should be 20 days? Hello everyone,our customer performs many manual changes in PSO. When we execute a mass change, we encounter the following issue: only some of the unplanned activities are assigned to the selected resource, while the rest are returned to the unplanned activities pool.According to the documentation, there should be an option to fix activities to a specific date and time. However, this option is not visible in our system. How can we enable this option?I have admin rights, and we are using version 6.13.0.51.  Thank you in advance!

 I am currently working with a client undergoing a major organizational restructuring. Naturally, this will impact various aspects of IFS, but especially the graphical organization structure.Everything from the hierarchy of organizational units to transfers between different units will be affected over a three-month period. This is not a very common scenario in any organization—certainly not on this scale—given how many individuals and units are involved.What is the best way to approach this? Dear all,We were exploring the IFSAPP10 online documentation and we found the RCM ANalysis module, which has the Receive/Prepare/Execute the RCM Analysis.I have some questions about this functionality.1. Is this available for IFS App10?2. how do I use it, can someone share any support document? Is there any image as example? We already reconciled the 4/1/25 bank rec.  A clerk made an error and brought in another bank rec with a date of 4/1/25.  IFS will not let us remove the bank rec.  The error is that there are matched transactions.  I believe it is from the original 4/1/25 bank rec.Is there a way to un-finalize the original 4/1/25 bank rec? Thanks  

When I right click on a IFS page a huge options shows, Is there a way to minimize the number of options? 

Regarding the pain002 file status report upload, we have received 2 files. One file has ACTC - Accepted technical validation, and the other file has ACCP. Once we upload the file which has the status code ACTC, then the order got acknowledged and the status code got changed accordingly. But when we upload the next file which has status code ACCP against the payment order, the system says that cannot acknowledge the order which is already acknowledged and the status is also not getting updated, it remains with the previous status code.How to handle this in IFS?

Hello,I'm looking for a document or even a video tutorial that clearly explains, step by step, how the sustainability management module works. I need something that shows the exact sequence of data entry events in the order they are supposed to happen. I'm trying to explore the module, but I keep running into things that don't make sense to me. For example, at the moment I can't figure out how to enter measurements into the sustainability plan, it does´t offer me this function. 

HiWe would like to automate our server patching process which would require clean shutdown and then startup of the Weblogic components on the Apps server before and after. If possible we would also like to automate the startup and shutdown of the Weblogic components.We currently manually run mws-svr.cmd and enter the required info when prompted (Start > all > Password).Has anybody automated the running of this script and the interaction with it, and if so how?We are on Apps 10 Update15.Thanks in advance

When I reconfigure IFS APPS 10 SERVER with PATHTRU Balancer when server start no port is open on the apps server, when I check the status all are running

HelloThere is an issue where, after a change order has been updated to a PO, the PO still shows a box labeled 'Pending Changes.' The related change order status is 'PO Updated.' Has anyone else encountered this problem?   Thanks,Raana
