Hi All,When creating a Purchase Order, we would like to filter the PG field (see screenshot) based on the supplier record: The supplier record contains only the PGs relevant to that specific supplier. Filtering the PG field accordingly would ensure that users see only the valid values. This would improve data accuracy and limit the selection to relevant options.  Could you please advise if there is any standard functionality in IFS, or an automation process, that would allow this?Thank you in advance.Best regards,Fatimetou Taleb

We are working with EDI Orders and also intercompany MHS orders.In our customer settings, we have customer calendars, which are useful to enter Dates on which Customers will receive goods (as example, customer want to receive only on Monday goods, than the system will calculate the possible delivery date only on mondays.)It seems, that this function does not work, if the customer order is create from an EDI ORDER Message. Is that a bug, or depends it on the different way of order creation by EDI functionality? Same issue for Backorder Options, they will also ignored for EDI Orders.Is there any way to solve this problem?Thanks for your feedback.Andre

Hi, This is regarding the Swedish Rule for reporting VAT on Foreign Currency invoices of Swedish Suppliers. Would like to know your ideas on the best possible way to handle this. The customer receives the VAT amount in Domestic currency from the Supplier and that amount must be used by the customer for VAT reporting. For example: for a EUR ccy invoice, supplier sends the VAT in SEK amount as well. The customer only calculates the Gross Amount in SEK using the rates in IFS. However, the customer does not know which date the Supplier used to arrive at the VAT in SEK when they send the preliminary invoice. Therefor, there are differences in VAT which the customer today moves into a currency account. Example:Amounts on Invoice from the SupplierGross in EUR        100VAT in EUR              25Total in EUR          125VAT in SEK            250SEK Amounts Calculated by Customer at Booking DateGross

Hi! I have a Project Connected to my Request in NGSM. I’ve created a Work Request Task and issued Material against the Request Work Task, I was expecting to see the Material Cost of this on my connected Project but can’t.  Any advice getting the costs to appear on my Project from my Request would be appreciated. I’m assuming there’s a posting control(s) that I’m missing?

Hello Community,Is there a way to enable more detailed logging in IFS to trace all incoming API requests — including failed or incomplete ones?Currently, I only see entries in the access logs for successful connection requests.Example: Out of 16 calls triggered from Boomi, if 2 return “connection refused”, I don’t see those calls captured in the access logs. Similarly, API calls that eventually time out are also missing from the logs.other 14 calls were logged well with 200 status.Question: Can IFS be configured to log these failed/blocked/timeout API attempts as well? If yes, what settings or configuration changes are required to enable this level of detailed logging? Any guidance or best practices would be much appreciated.NOTE:- this is for IFS10 applications

Hi experts,I refer to a dialog the user goes trough to get a PDF (View or Print) for one or more customers. I could make up 4 of the 5 figures.But I could not make any sense with the Debit. That should be “new invoices” in the given period - here 08 and 09 2025I only could see 3 “new” invoices - the red ones but they summ up to 57595,62.Far from the 107,840.28I tried different logic but don’t come near the figure shown in the PDF.Any ideas?The data coming from INVOICE_TAB and LEDGER_ITEM_TAB Thank you very much.BRMichael 

Does anyone know the problem with reading customer payments via CAMT054C if the sender has sent payment for more than one invoice? DnB (bank) converts outgoing structured payments to incoming unstructured payments in the file. This means that multiple payment references (KID/OCR) comes in the same XML tag and IFS is unable to match these automatically. This causes a lot of work for our customers. The problem has been discovered in Sweden. I do not know if this also applies in other countries and/or for other banks.?

Hello Team, I am trying to create quick report in 25R1 version. We have report which needs to be generate data with specific column values along with some null columns. When I am trying to prepare following kind of query then 25R1 is not allowing me to save the query.  I cant use Alise here as report needs to have specific structure.  May I know what would resolution here? Note- following query is given for example actually query needs to have many null column along with some actual data columns.

Hi,IFS Cloud Application service update: 24.1.9We have a company set up with Inherit Authorizers from PurchaseIf we create a Purchase Order with No Part Order line for Qty 10 Unit Price GBP 100.00. Release and receive the Purchase Order.If we enter a Supplier Invoice for GBP 1000.00 it automatically matches to the PO and Authorizes the Payment Proposal - All good. We just final post the Invoice.If we are invoiced for Qty 1 and a second invoice Qty 9 the Supplier Invoices do not automatically get authorized.We enter a Supplier Invoice for GBP 100.00 it automatically fetches the PO Receipt and goes to Status Unbalanced > Excess Value. Invoice matched Status Message ID =

Iam trying to create an event or even an api call would be fine for when a background job finishes.  Specifically "Create Pick List for Customer Order".  Our goal is to have the associated order’s PCKNOTE document text updated after the shipment is created from the background job.  I have a custom api call that updates it when I test from SQL but I can’t figure out how to get the event to trigger.  We tried when a new record is inserted into the FRT_SHIPPING_INFO_TAB table.

Hello, In view ENG_PART_MASTER_MAIN I have column description and I want to create excel data migration, but in this excel data migration i cannot see this column Description, why? I want to add some items with part_no and description. In IFS I added this column but I still cannot see Description in excel.  Thanks

The Customer Hierarchy does an alpha-numeric sort at levels 1 and 2.  However, from level 3 on there is no sort on the records that appear in the tree.  That is compounded by the fact that it displays the standard 24 records at a time and you have to click show more repeatedly to make sure you can see all the unsorted records to find the one you need to work with (remove, move to another place in the hierarchy, etc.).  Has anyone found a reasonable way to work around this?

We have recently tested the toggle on a subproject and activity which excludes it from the Progress Calculation.Our scenario for this is we have a subproject with revenue but no cost - there is estimated revenue, planned revenue and posted revenue.  Currently, it would include this in the Periodical Cap process and consider this an overbilling as this subproject is basically 0% complete since there is not estimated or actual cost. In testing, I toggled this option on both the activity and the sub project and then approved the project so the Financial Project was created at that point.  The Financial project does not reflect the estimated revenue for this subproject - which I believe is correct. I ran the Periodical Cap process and the total estimated revenue does NOT include this subproject. However, I’ve got two issues. 

A couple journal entries were made this month after PCA’s were ran. Is there a way to run PCA’s for the same period after all the steps in the PCA Step Definition have already been Executed?

We are running IFS10 with MWO Service app version 10. ✅ Login works fine on newer iPads (iOS 18.5). ❌ On iPad 5th Gen (stuck on iOS 16.7.11), login fails with “Service not reachable.” iOS cannot be updated further on these devices. Business Impact:Our field engineers widely use older iPad 5th Gen devices. Replacing them would mean significant hardware costs and logistics challenges. We need to know if there is a planned MWO v10 update to restore compatibility with iOS 16.7.11, or if an older working IPA build can be used temporarily.

Hi!A customer reached out and asked about the the SMTP authentication for Event Actions in IFS Cloud 22R1. Are there an option to use a modern authentication (like Oauth 2.0) when connecting to Office 365 Exchange server ?  The background is that Microsoft are moving away from legacy authentication methods (in some areas it’s deprecated) and recommend upgrading your authentication method.  https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/exchange/clients-and-mobile-in-exchange-online/deprecation-of-basic-authentication-exchange-online 

We have an audit requirement which requires to report the last login date and time for a user in IFS. In APPS8 we could get this information from the SERVER_LOG_TAB using the log category “IFS Sessions’. However, IFS cloud does not have this category as a server log parameter.There are some details in the IAM_LOGIN_EVENT_DETAIL_TAB but seems like it does not keep the long-term history of sessions.Can you advise how to get this data recorded and retrieved on demand?

Dear Experts,We have developed a custom APIs to post transaction data (both header and line-level structures). These APIs have been tested successfully in DEV, TEST, and UAT environments without any issues.Recently, we cloned the UAT environment into a new environment (UAT2). However, in UAT2 the same custom integration fails with the following error:ORA-22813: operand value exceeds system limits The response is always 500 Internal Server Error.We already tried the following: Tested with the original payload (works fine in other environments). Sent a blank/empty JSON payload → still fails with the same error. Verified that standard IFS APIs with POST methods are working
