In IFSAPPS10, is there a way of updating project estimates by creating a project forecast from IFS itself.

Usually, you can create a project forecast (Budget type) and make it the active budget if required.
I’m not quite sure what is the business requirement to revise the estimate values based on a forecast. However, I believe you should go for a modification to quire this requirement.
