Hi Heroes,I need to protect all employees personal/home address and restrict access to special managers. The work address MUST stay accessible to all employees. Is there is a way to do it thru Access Attribute ? which one ? Any suggestion is much appreciated .Thanks 

A team member recently was assigned a new supervisor.  Before this the team member did not have issues with expense sheets.  Since he got a new supervisor he is able to confirm his expense sheet but gets the following message:Does this have anything to do with getting a new supervisor?  Does anyone know the fix to this? 

Is there a way in IFS to calcuate a different pay amount in payroll based on the tyupe of work being done?  We have a scenario where we want to pay a premium for hours spent on certain kinds of work order tasks.  I’m curious if there’s some function in IFS to do payroll or wage code calculations based on work order task information.

I have a Custom Tab against certain profile - I have updated the page in that profile and copied layout to all users in that profile.  However - the user is reporting the screen looking different then what I  have set up in the profile. Not sure how to make this right

I am trying to delete a User that I’ve created, but am getting this error:The Fnd User “user.name” is used by 1 rows in another object (User Finance).I also get the following error when trying to remove the User from the Company:The User Finance “user.name” is used by 1 rows in another object (Purchase Authorizer).The Company is the only thing I can see left assigned to the User (which as above, it won’t let me remove):Running a database query against the USER_FINANCE view returns a result also:

When I try to authorize my employees, I got the error 'Access Denied. You cannot authorize records within Time Pers Diary logical unit.'. I used TIME_PERS_DIARY_AUTH attribute in my access role. I can see time reporting and can do confirm, but cannot authorize. What am I missing or any ideas where else to check?

Hi All,  Customer gets Syntactical error when uploading the employee payments ISO20022 (PAIN.001.001.03 CORE) xml file to the bank. But, they don’t have any issue with the supplier payments with this format.   Is there any reason for such validation errors?Any input is highly appreciated.

Set Code Part option is not available in Aurena client even though it is available in IEE for end users. Is there a setting has to be enabled specifically for Aurena? 

Hi, Community, Need your expertise on HR clocking and more.We are acquired by our parent company year ago, and the parent company is starting the standardize program, standardize the time clocking system. we are on APP10(upgraded from APP8 at technical level only), never use time clocking system before. Parent company’s expectation is to have everyone of the company using time clocking via IFS, plus we have lots of contractor working on production line, they also need manufacturing clocking to get the payment. your feedback is very much appreciated. Thank you.

Hi all, I would like to hear how you (IFS10 users) are reconciling Credit Card Transactions. Our Credit Card company is invoicing us in the local currency, invoicing us in DKK as we are based in Denmark. The Credit Card Transactions can be in different currencies, like USD, EUR, GBP, etc..Reconciling the Supplier Invoice against the transactions was never an issue on IFS8, as here TX7 was also posted in the local currency (DKK). IFS8 screenshots. Credit Card Transaction of GBP 32,40 - but TX7 posted as DKK 273,32 Now on IFS10, IFS has changed the TX7 posting, and it is now in the Credit Card Transaction Currency. We can’t see any benefit for this and are running into big issues on reconciling/matching the balances. This as we now have an Invoice in local Currency (DKK), b

In the person table we have various Access group for a region and now we want to have combined data of various access group for that region.Can we use Organizational hierarchy table for that or we can have some other option also in the person table to combine those access group.

Is it possible to add training calendar available in HCM to outlook calendar in IFS Apps10?

Is it possible to safely attach the P60 pdf to the employee self-service in IFS.It’s a shame that along with the Payment Details tab and Payslip tab there wasn’t another tab for document attachments that only the actual employee could only see the attached document being the P60. Thought of document management > objects connnections but locking each P60 to the actual employee within the self-service section.  But would document management be secure enough to stop other employees seeing someone elses P60 information. If not, does anyone know whether it would be possible for employees P60 pdf to be locked with a separate password and then emailed to the employee? Thanking you in advance. John

Hi AllWe’re running every hour a task  Create Absence for Next Day which calls Time_Pers_Diary_Util_API.Forward_Absence__ For unknown reason for some employees we’re getting text: Error while processing record for Company ID xxx, Employee No xxxx and Account Date 2021-07-16 : ORA-01843: not a valid monthWhen I tried to debug this, it’s a procedure: Absence_Registration_API.Proceed_Ongoing_Abs which actually triggers an exception.What could be possible reason for that issue?/Wiktor

Hi Team,Please let me know whether there is any functionality to set the Employee Status as terminated or similar, depends on the Employment End Date.  Setting the Status through (RMB options) set Employee Status or Terminate Employment is not an option as user has to manually track the Employment End Date.

Hi,Does anybody have any documentation as to what Employee Self-service actually includes?Background: we looked at the employee web client in 7.5 but never did anything with it.We now have Apps 9 and we are looking for a solution where employees can update personal data, view payslips etc.. but I can’t find any information/screen shots of what “Employee Self-Service” actually can do. Also does it require a full IFS license or a LTU licence?Can employees access from a website or do they need to be logged onto the company network? Is this available through an app on mobiles so that they can update it themselves.We are also investigating upgrading so feedback from Apps 9 or 10 would be great. Thanks

Hello,We are planning to change our Pension provider in the coming months, and subsequently we need to do some setup in payroll and then migrate employees across to the new pension provider.We  have a number of existing contribution types linked to the existing pension provider via Institution id. We need to re-align the contribution type id to new institution ids setup for the new pension provider.Once this is done, we can then look to amend the employee contributions within Payroll Information to end date the existing and create new contributions for the new pension.Are you able to advise how we go about this please?RegardsShaun

Hello Every night we run “Background Job” for “Batch_Schedule_Chain_API.Run_Batch_Schedule_Chain__” this produces some Warnings which we would like to clear. Two types mainly:“Person <PERSON> has Use HR Schedule check box selected, but no employee is connected to the person.” - this is when Employee is no longer active, simple solution is to remove “Use HR Schedule” from “Resource Detail → Details”, another option is to set “End Date” to “Resource Detail → Capacity Basis”. “Person <PERSON> has Use HR Schedule check box selected, but has no employment with a valid schedule.” - This is the warning we get when Employee Schedule have end date somewhere in the upcoming year (usually permanent employees have schedule with end date of 9999-12-31). For example we have employees with the fixed term employment ending later this year. What would be the common method to avoid this type of warning? Should we set schedule with 9999-12-31 end date and th
