The period to which employee appraisals can be defined in Performance Periods page  and then the performance of the employee will be appraised for the performance period in use.

In Aurena, you can use Performance Evaluations page to start a New Employee Evaluation 

If you want to do an objective based performance evaluation, you can use Objectives and Activities Tab and General Performance Tab can be used for a non objective based performance evaluation. 

Through the same page you can do the Supervisor Review.

To do a self Review, you can use My Performance Evaluation Details page
