 After creating an Expense sheet and processing it to the point of payment,  when I Click on Transfer Payments, I am faced with this error - (after I select the Company, Method ID from the drop downs and select ok)The Bank ID is updated in the Payroll Information: Does anyone have an idea regarding this?Thanks & Regards,Ruvini

Hi,I have 2 valid absence limits for ARTT, one line ending at 30th April and the other line ending at 31st December. However, when register an ARTT absence before 30th April system always deducts automatically from the line ending at 31st December (highlighted line) instead of  the line at 30th April.  Is there a way to control this? How can I select the 30th April line to get deducted when registering ARTT leaves? Thank you.RegardsNimesh

Hi All,I’m trying to add a Property code to an Organization Unit in a ‘Matrix’ Organization Structure in IFS Cloud. But, I cannot see any properties, even though the ‘only Assigned Properties’ checkbox is disabled. Currently, there are values defined in the ‘Property Field Definition’ (basic data) for ‘Context’ type = ‘Organization’. I can assign a property to top most level level in the Matrix by adding values to the available records when the ‘only Assigned Properties’ checkbox is disabled.  There’s no issue when adding property codes for Company structures for any level.We can do this in APP9 and APP10 environments without any issue. Please let me know if there is any other window or steps need to be taken that wasn’t mentioned to add properties to lower level Organization Unit in a Matrix Structure. Version: IFS Cloud 22R2 Thank you in advance for your help. 😊

Hi All,In my case, Monday to Friday is 8hrs working day and Saturday is 4hrs/half day working day. Sunday is a holiday.Below is my working hours schedule. My question is, if an employee applies for a leave from Monday to Saturday the limit should be reduce 5.5 days. But in my case, it is reducing 6 days. Allocate full day for Saturday as well. I need application to consider Saturday as a half day when calculate LIMIT USED.   Regards,Malinda

Hello  We have a need for system to automatically fill gap between the schedule and attendance hours. For example if employee is scheduled to work 08:00-16:00 and starts working at 09:00 we would like system to automatically generate line of absence for time period between 08:00 and 09:00. 

An employee was created with an incorrect spelling on his surname and it requires correcting and due to the way Person Records are created a New Person Record is required to show the correct spelling also. How can we update the Employee File to show correct name and to link to a new person ID without having to create the Employee again with a new Employee Number? Thanks, 

Hi community!I have recently received a need from the business where we are looking into if it is possible to require our timeclock users to provide a reason if there is a deviation to their timestamp vs their work schedule. Since I have worked very little with the “Time Management” in IFS Apps 10 I wanted your initial feedback if this is even possible out of the box in IFS?To elaborate here is and example of what we are trying to achieve:Employee-1 is on a schedule where he is working Mon-Fri 08.00 to 16.00.On Tuesday he goes to the dentist and is not able to clock in before 09.00 which means that he is working 1 hour less that day than what his schedule says.We would like a solution where he is prompted to insert a reason (hopefully predefined list of values) for his 1-hour delay.The reason for us wanting this is that according to the Norwegian work regulations some absence is with pay, and some is not. Best regardsJoakim

Hi We are having issues with managers being able to amend or delete sickness that has been entered into Aurena.  E.g., I had a manager put an employee down as sick on the 27th and 28th February however they were only off work on the 27th. The manager had no access to amend the sick line. Which is the best screen to use for amending and deleting sickness? The data access screen is set to ‘can modify’ and ‘can remove’ for managers. Thanks

Has anyone used this option while setting up wage codes? I have a scenario where an employee enters the amount for being on call support and not hours. I was wondering if following field can be used for that purpose? I tried a set up with Increment type Wage code and wage code type ‘Increment amount’ but that didn’t work.Another solution is to enter some hours and payroll multiplies it with the amount factor, but if we have this option available then it can be used.  

I am working with a customer that is creating items via the configurator.  They would like to inherit the lot/batch number of a component (manufactured or raw material) to the configured item as the lot/batch number of the configured item.Yes, there is a neat lot/batch origin feature on a normal product structure component item but that same feature has not been developed on the configuration structure component item.Has anyone encountered the issue before and if so, how did you resolve it?  Do you think this might be good suggestion for R&D?  Oh, this neat little flag also does NOT exist on the Interim Order component lines either. The lot/batch origin flag DOES appear on the shop order component lines.  Hence I think we may not have followed that concept through far enough. Thanks! 

My customer has the organization units with the names for example MARKETING, FINANCE, HR instead of having the cost center as org.unit. In overview window “Organization Units” each org.code (MARKETING, FINANCE, HR etc) has a value in the field Cost.center (from Financials). My question: How to set up the posting control for posting type PRJT and the Control Type: to have the cost.center (from the organization unit) in code part for cost.center (not the org.unit).

Hi All,In my case, employee add their working time against the project activities. Normal schedule hours per day is 8hrs. But employee is allowed to report more than 8hrs. Any functionality in IFS to block employee adding more than 8hrs. Regards,MalinG

In timeregistration - grid view - Aurena, we can move sideways by using tab.  But how can we move Up and Down in the “weekday-columns” … We can not figure out how this works….  We run IFS 10, update 15, Aurena Hoping for answers :)Regards, Heidi
